Members can be remved frm subfund grups because f bad perfrmance and placed in an NJSIG subfund where they d nt receive the benefit f the pl pricing. We need the ability t cmpare member's lsses t thers in the same subfund and ther subfunds. We currently d this thrugh reprts. There shuldn't be a cntrast f managing claims "frm thers" and managing the claims "against thers", the claim handling expectatins are the same. We currently are nt ding imprts frm a TPA but, this can change in the future and we need t make sure the system we are purchasing can accmmdate. Our E&O line is being handled by a TPA (Summit Risk) and because they are dllar fr dllar reinsured we d nt imprt any data. Again, this may change in the future and we wuld need t be prepared. 15. Yes the expectatin is fr the claims management system t generate and submit bth the FROI and SROI's t the state. We are nly in the state f NJ. Our current system has an FROI/SROI mdule that submits bth the FROI and SROI. There is a schedule setup fr bth with a management tl and reprts that allw us t manage the prcesses utside the schedules. If there are errrs in the submissin they will be identified in the mdule, crrectins are made and the schedule picks up the claim t resubmit. 17. Rw #63 - CMS imprt/exprt: Will NJSIG be reprting t CMS directly frm the claims system, r are submissins ruted thrugh a third party (e.g. ISO, Mitchell, etc.)? NJSIG currently has a CMS mdule and all the submissins and crrectins are dne in ur current claims management system. We d use a third party reprting entity and that third party is Exam Wrks frmally knwn as Guld and Lamb. 18. Rw #183 - Vendr Certificate f Liability Tracking We currently use a separate plicy management system called NAVRISK and all the plicy infrmatin like members, buildings, vehicles, student cunt, reinsurers, certificates and brker infrmatin is stred in that system. We are lking fr a claims management system that is scalable and can handle the plicy management functins, if we decide t mve thse prcesses int ne system. We will nt be mving the Plicy data during this implementatin, this wuld

6 be a future prject if we decide t g that directin, and part f ur evaluatin f the claims management system is t see if yur system can handle these future needs.
