7 CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL AGENDA ITEMS/POLICY ISSUES As of February 2, 2018 *Please note that this schedule may change at anytime due to scheduling conflicts and/or priority issues. February 13, 2018 *Regular Council Meeting 11:30 a.m. 1. ( ) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to appropriate $1,788, funds from sale of park properties in the 4720 Community Enrichment Fund for park improvements and other related projects as described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit A. 2. ( ) Resolution directing the City Manager to spend $3,400,000 for residential street reconstruction in accordance with Option No. 3 discussed at the December 19, 2017 City Council Meeting. 3. ( ) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to lease-purchase from Cascade Cart Solutions, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, 9, gallon refuse containers and 1, gallon recycle containers for a total amount of $593,135.46, with an estimated expenditure of $79, in FY The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC). The containers will be used in the City s automated collection program. 4. ( ) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a five-year service agreement with Trillion Aviation, Austin, Texas, in the amount of $600,000, for business development services for the Corpus Christi International Airport, in accordance with Request for Proposal No. 1245, based on the best value for the City. 5. ( ) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a supply agreement with Ferguson Enterprises Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas for Meter Boxes and Lids for the Utilities Department in accordance with Request for Bid (RFB) No. 1416, based on the lowest responsive, responsible bid for a total amount not to exceed $289,294.72, with $64, budgeted in FY The term of this agreement is for 36 months. 6. ( ) Resolution finding that the purchase of services for equipment maintenance of the TRAK Fuel Management System for Fleet Maintenance is a sole source procurement; and authorizing the City Manager or designee, to execute a service agreement with TRAK Engineering, Inc. of Tallahassee, Florida, for equipment maintenance for a total amount not to exceed $7,553.00, funded in FY by Fleet Maintenance Services, for a one year term, with an option to extend for nine additional one-year periods for a total potential multi-year amount of $75, /2/2018 3:56 PM 7
8 7. ( ) Ordinance amending the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan for OSO W.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, an element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, by relocating approximately 18 acres of land from Lift Station 13 service area as identified in the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan, Oso W.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, to the Airline Lift Station service area; amending related elements of the Comprehensive Plan of the City; providing for severance; and providing for publication. 8. ( ) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a ten-year lease agreement with The Corpus Christi Ballet for the property located at 1621 N. Mesquite Street in consideration of monthly rental payment of $ February 20, 2018 *Regular Council Meeting 11:30 a.m. 9.
