( ) Ordinance authorizing execution of a sanitary sewer collection line construction and reimbursement agreement ( Agreement ) with Palm Land Investments Inc. ( Developer ), for the construction of a sanitary sewer collection line and appropriating $14, from the No Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer in accordance with the Agreement. 5.
