( ) Ordinance amending the FY 2014 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No to transfer budgeted funds in the amount of $390,000.00from Project E Oso Water Reclamation Plant Interim Ammonia Improvements, Phase One to the Laguna Shores Road Wastewater Force Main Replacement; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Contract for Professional Services with RVE, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $647,200.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $697, for the Laguna Shores Road Wastewater Force Main Replacement. 2. ( ) Case No Memo Court Construction, LLC: Rezoning from the CR-1/IO Resort Commercial District with an Island Overlay and the RM-AT/IO Multifamily AT District with an Island Overlay to the RM-AT/IO/PUD Multifamily AT District with an Island Overlay and a Planned Unit Development Overlay, not resulting in a change to the Future Land Use Plan. ( ) Ordinance exempting Kitty Hawk Subdivision Unit II, a subdivision located south of South Staples Street (FM 2444) and east of County Road 41, from payment of the wastewater lot/acreage fees pursuant to Section G.1. of the Unified Development Code; requiring the owner/developer to comply with the specified conditions. 5. ( ) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Contract for Professional Services with AGCM, Inc. from Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $71,725, for Fire Station No. 5 for construction support services. ( ) Approval of a waterline reimbursement agreement and appropriation of necessary funding for Coyote Real Estate Holdings, LLC, developer/owner of Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Coyote Acres 10. ( ) Ordinance amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinances titled "Streets and Sidewalks" in order to: (a) provide requirements and prohibitions related to street cuts; (b) clarify duties and responsibilities related to sidewalks and the repair of defective and/or unsafe sidewalks; and (c) provide the authority for an optional sidewalk repair program. 11.
