2 YESTERDAY IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS Global Ticker Daily Change Stocks Boosted By Earnings; BoE Keeps Rates on Hold U.S. stocks rose to extend all-time highs, with the S&P 500 Index marking its longest winning streak in four months, as speculation grew for looser global monetary policies while a better-than-forecast profit from JPMorgan Chase & Co. boosted optimism for bank earnings. The S&P 500 added 0.5 percent to 2, at 4 p.m. in New York, closing at a record for a fourth straight day, the longest such stretch since The Bank of England left its key rate at a record low and signaled it s readying stimulus for August as the economy reels from Britain s vote to leave the European Union. European stocks advanced for the fifth time in six days as companies reported better-than-estimated earnings, while U.K. stocks declined after the Bank of England refrained from an interest-rate cut. The Stoxx Europe 600 Index rose 0.8 percent to at the close, S&P % Dow Jones +0.73% NASDAQ +0.57% STOXX % FTSE % DAX % Crude Oil +2.08% Gold -0.60%

3 THE ASX YESTERDAY IN REVIEW AUS Ticker Change ASX Surpasses 5400 as Rally Continues; Unemployment Up Australian shares continued to rise as the market surpassed 5400 extending the yearly gain. It was a relatively choppy session, but the benchmark index S&P/ASX 200 managed to stay above the flat line for the entire session. The banks, Telstra and CSL have lead the charge to close higher by the end of the day. Mining and Energy shares were a drag on the market after crude oil prices slumped overnight. Health Care, Financials and Telecommunication stocks gained. The ASX 200 added 23 points or 0.4% to close at 5412 points. The broader All Ordinaries Index gained 0.4% as well and was last quoted at 5492 points. The Australian Bureau of Statistics released Australian jobs data which showed a slight uptick in unemployment as more people entered the work force. However the number of full-time employed persons increased by 38,400 while part-time employment decreased by 30,600. The mine will produce an average of 4.4m pounds of uranium per year at a cash cost of US$15.06 per pound. Establishing offtake agreements will be the next major milestones. Incitec Pivot Limited (IPL) is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial explosives, fertilisers, related products and services to the agriculture and mining industries. During the half year revenue declined 4%, while net profit slumped 79%. The share price of Incitec Pivot (IPL) has fallen 28% year-to-date.

Revenue growth is significantly above the average market revenue growth rate of 25-30%, which highlights the strength of Bulletproof s operations. Underlying EBITDA is expected to be $4.6m -$4.7m, an improvement from last year s $4.2m. The company announced a closing cash balance of $4.6m, a result of positive operating cashflow.
