2 YESTERDAY IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS Global Ticker Daily Change US Stocks Retreat from 2016 Highs U.S. stocks slipped from their highest levels this year, with declines in consumer and industrial shares overshadowing gains in health-care companies, as investors looked for fresh reasons to continue a rally. The Standard & Poor s 500 Index dropped 0.3 percent to 2, at 4 p.m. in New York, the biggest slide in more than a week. The main U.S. equity benchmark retreated after extending 2016 gains on Friday, an advance that came amid reports showing the pace of job creation remained robust and manufacturing activity improved. That bolstered confidence in the economy, while central banks have signalled they will continue their efforts to support growth. European stocks rose for the first time in three days on confidence that the strength in the U.S. economy will help global growth. The Stoxx Europe 600 Index rose 0.4 percent at the close, paring an advance of as much as 1.1 percent. S&P % Dow Jones -0.31% NASDAQ -0.46% STOXX % FTSE % DAX % Crude Oil -3.45% Gold -0.51%

3 THE ASX YESTERDAY IN REVIEW AUS Ticker Change ASX Closes Little Changed The Australian share market closed flat after reversing gains in the post-noon session. The benchmark index ASX 200 dropped 0.1% at 4995 points. Most of the sectors finished in the green yesterday. Utilities added 0.7%. This was followed by Information Technology, lifting 0.6%, buoyed by a 6.5% rise in Xero Limited (XRO) and a 3.2% increase in Technology One (TNE). The Energy sector as a whole declined 2.9%, after crude oil prices lowered 4% on Friday. Woodside Petroleum (WPL) dropped 2.7%, Santos Limited (STO) sank 4.4% and Oil Search (OSH) decreased 2.6%. Total value of inflation adjusted retail sales in Australia was unchanged in February, while the figure increased 0.3% in the previous month. Building approvals rose 3.1% in February, a significant increase over the 6.6% contraction in January. TFS DATE Raises CODE $60million COMPANY via Institutional Share ANNOUNCEMENT Placement Indian Sandalwood suppliers TFS Corporation (ASX:TFC) have successfully implemented an institutional share placement, raising $60.45million. The placement received overwhelming demand from both existing and new institutional shareholders. Under the placement, TFS will issue approximately 39 million new ordinary shares at an 8% discount of $1.55 per share, based on TFS closing price of $1.685 on the 30th of March Moreover, the proceeds from the placement will be used to fund the acquisition of around 221 hectares of MIS Grower Interests, in five MIS Projects, expecting to amount to a maximum cost of $53million.
