The bidders from outside HP should also be registered with similar department of Statel Center Government anywhere in the country, but they have to register with HPPWD in HP within 2 months of the award letter 1 L.O The bidder will declare on the non judicial stamp paper that he is not black listed by any State GovtlAgencylDepartment in last five years and will furnish list of works executed in HPSEB within scheduled period and countersigned by Engineer-in-charge (Sr. Executive Engineer). 5. The bidder should have lincome taxi GST Employees Provident Fund Registration as required under the rules. 6. The EMD shall be received in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Sr. Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEBL, Kangra payable at Kangra, Distt. Kangra (HP). The EMD available against other works, if any, shall not be transferable to this tender. 7.
