The dorms have approximately 60 beds in total, vary in size and average ere are 8 beds in 7 individual dorms. If you decide to camp in an unpowered site, which are wiin walking distance from e dorms, you will need to bring a tent, van or similar. There are toilet and limited shower facilities available. what to bring Sleeping bag and pillow, WARM gear, Toiletries, Torch, Snacks, Bible, Hat and Sunscreen, Water Bottle, Good walking shoes, Old cloes, Beanie. If you have special food requirements, you will have to bring your own food - sorry about at. spsorship We would love as many people as possible to come. 2 THE SCHEDULE Friday 10 october There is no official start time but you can arrive anytime after 3pm. You will have to provide your own dinner at night, or grab someing e way ere. After you get settled and set up, a late supper will be available after 7pm. Saturday 11 october Starting e day wi prayer at 7am, breakfast at 8.30am, morning meeting at 10am, lunch at 12.30am, arvo activities at 2pm, dinner at 6.00pm, lantern walk (lanterns supplied) and bfire 8.30pm... saturday arvo activities 1. Paddock Family Challenge (shorter course): $10pp 2. Go Carting (2 hrs, max 50 people): $20pp 3. Paintballing (2 hrs, incl 200 rounds): $20pp +plus $15 per additial 100 rounds 4. Photography (getting your digital SLR off auto): $0pp 5. The farm yard (petting zoo and yabbie fishing): $5pp 6. Join e Saturday night BBQ setup team: $0pp sunday 12 october Breakfast 8am, pack up and tidy 9am, The Door Church service starts at 10am and is being held at e camp. We will close wi a sausage sizzle lunch around 12pm. Depart for home around 1pm. There will be a 10am service at Cockburn Central as well as at e camp, but no 5pm Arvo service. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST THE paddock dorms 60 beds available a first come basis $30 per pers - 1 bed $45 per pers - all meals TOTAL: $75 per pers an unpowered site A single spot for a tent, van or vehicle $10 per pers - per site $45 per pers - all meals TOTAL: $55 per pers additial notes Children (pre-primary age and under) are free. People under e age of 18 to be accompanied by parent or guardian if sleeping in e dorm facilities or an unpowered site. People who wish to come for just Saturday and leaving after e evening meal are most welcome. The cost of is opti is $40 per pers plus e cost of your chosen Saturday arvo activity. Feel free to just come up for e Sunday morning service if you wish, ere is no cost.
