We provide self-towing travel trailer rentals as well as trailer delivery and setup to campsites on Vancouver Island. Whether you are going on a solo trip or taking friends and family, we have a trailer that will suit your needs. Camp in luxury and comfort in our 32ft Gulf Stream Kingsport travel trailer, or hitch and go in one of our compact, lightweight and super versatile nucamp trailers. 2 Revy RV Rental Terms and Conditions Rental Season Our rental season is May to September. Revy RV does not offer pick ups or drop offs on Sundays or Holidays A Rental Day is determined on a per night basis.. Rental dates may be extended if available but not contracted. Rates Rates will vary depending on the unit rented. Please see our Rental Inventory page. A Set up charge of $95.00 and a Preparation fee of $70.00 applies to all rentals and is not included in rental rates. Pick Up and Drop Off Location and Hours Your reserved RV can be picked up and dropped off at Revy RV Vancouver Island, located at 6482 Norcross Rd. Duncan, BC V9L 5T3 Self-Towed Trailers Self-Towed Trailers can be picked up between 1:00pm to 4:00pm and must be returned between 9:00am and 11:00am. Late charges for late returns will apply. Sorry no refunds for early returns. Delivered Trailers Trailers will be delivered anytime between 1:00pm and 4:00pm (exceptions can be made in advance) (See Rental Returns for further details)

3 Licensing and Driver Requirements (see Insurance for further detail) All drivers for self-towed trailers must produce a valid driver s license upon pickup. The minimum age for RV rental is 21 years of age for delivered units and 25 years of age or older for self-towed units. All renters must possess a valid credit card. Delivered Trailers A Setup Charge of $95.00 and a Preparation fee of $70.00 applies to all rentals. Delivered Units cannot be moved without permission from Revy RV We want to make sure you are completely comfortable with the use of your rental so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Please allow us to spend approximately 60 minutes or more with you to go over the operation of your RV and to complete all necessary paperwork. We encourage our clients to examine the until with us during this time to ensure there is no previous damage. What s Included All trailers are equipped with the following items: Water Hose, Sewer Hose, Operator's Manual, 110 V Adaptor, Fire Extinguisher, Water Pressure Regulator, Extra Fuses, Sponges, Dish Soap and Cleaning supplies. The preparation fee of $70.00 covers pre-delivery preparations, the first tank of propane, consumable supplies provided including holding tank chemicals, toilet paper and potable water fill. Delivered units include accident insurance with deductible (See Insurance - Delivered Units section).

Insurance (see required insurance section below) Self-towed trailers require rental vehicle insurance for towed vehicles which can be purchased from ICBC. Vehicle Specifications for Towing All self-towed units require suitable tow vehicle, hitch, wiring and brake controller to rent a trailer to be towed. The tow package on your vehicle must be a complete tow package with 7 pin wiring and break controller, a 2 5/16 ball and your hitch should be rated appropriately for the trailer weight. The vehicle to be used must also be suitable to handle the weight of the trailer requested. Please ensure your equipment is working in advance of pickup. We will assist you to make sure your vehicle meets all the above requirements.

5 Rental Returns Self-Towed Trailers can be picked up between 1:00pm to 4:00pm and must be returned between 9:00am and 11:00am. Late charges for late returns will apply. Sorry no refunds for early returns All renters must be physically present at time of rental return and may not send someone in their place to close their contract. All rented units must be returned to the store in the same conditions as received. The unit must be clean and undamaged. Any damaged caused is the sole responsibility of the renter, costs for damages must be settled at the end of the rental period. Damage must be noted in advance to prevent charges. Holding tanks must be regularly drained and flushed during use and when you have completed your stay. All holding tanks must be emptied upon return. Payment All renters must possess a valid credit card. Payment can be made by VISA or Mastercard. Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notification with no charge. If you need to cancel your booking within the 7 days prior to your pick-up date we will work with you to either re-schedule or try to rent your reserved time. Failure to re-rent or re-schedule the unit will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellation once the rental period has started will result in no refund off the total rental contract. Deposit A security deposit will be required at pick-up to cover cleaning, mileage or damage. Rentals require a security deposit of $ An open credit card authorization is taken at departure for all rentals. Security deposits must be made by credit card and are processed. Deposits are refunded only when the trailer is returned clean, undamaged, on time, holding tanks empty and all equipment included in the rental must be present. Customers are asked to examine their trailer for previous damage prior to taking delivery or acceptance of the unit. If damage occurs during your rental period please contact Revy RV immediately. All damage repairs must be authorized by Revy RV before proceeding.

6 Insurance Ask your insurance provider about one of the following. *ICBC RoadStar Package or Rental Vehicle Policy APV281L* Self towed trailers require rental vehicle insurance for towed vehicles which can be purchased from ICBC. The minimum coverage is as follows: Collision and Comprehension - Maximum $500 Deductible, $2,000,000. Liability Coverage on the towing vehicle and - $1,000,000. on the rental trailer Revy RV maintains liability coverage on all their rental trailers to a maximum of $1,000, 000 for any bodily injury and property damage liability claims arising from the operation or use of its rental vehicles. Premiums for this basic public liability coverage are included in all rental rates, which also includes premiums for collision insurance and comprehensive insurance with a deductible of $1,000 per occurrence. In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rental, whether or not due to the fault of the rental customer, the customer s responsibility for direct and accidental loss or damage is limited to a maximum of $1,000 per occurrence. There is no limit however if the rental trailer incurs loss or damage not covered by insurance as outlined below. The renter is 100% responsible if damages are caused by: Any movement of the rental unit once it is delivered whether directly or indirectly without our express permission; Failure to maintain all fluid levels; Failure to use specified fuel or use of contaminated fuel; or fuel in water system; Operation by anyone under 21 years of age or not licensed; Deliberate or willful damage by renter or guests; Travel in restricted areas (see below); Towing of any kind (delivered trailers); Freezing of the vehicle s systems; Damage occurring in an accident that the renter has failed to report to the police and Revy RV; Nature damage (hail, storm, tornados); Our insurance does not cover liability for loss of personal property, nor does it cover cost for accommodation, transportation or replacement of vehicle. Pet Policy Pets are permitted. Customer agrees to clean up after their pet and return unit in same condition as received, or be subject to a cleaning fee up to $250. Revy RV must be informed when travelling with a pet at time of booking. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Revy RV rental units.

7 Travel Restrictions No travel permitted: in BC north of Hwy. 16 and Hwy. 97; to Mexico; to any outdoor festivals, events or concerts (including Burning Man); to Death Valley, California, from June 1st to August 31st; on roads designated on official provincial or state maps as other roads gravel or dirt. Insurance coverage and the Limited Risk 'CDR' Plan are void if traveling in restricted areas without authorization, and the renter would be subject to a $2,000 penalty. All repairs, damages and delays caused by mechanical breakdowns in restricted areas are the responsibility of the renter. Please note that Revy RV prohibits customers from parking their units within city limits when traveling through Montreal and Ottawa. In the event of vandalism, hit and run, or theft, the insurance and the Limited Risk 'CDR' Plan would be void. RV Availability and Upgrades On rare occasions, it may be necessary to offer a unit other than the one originally booked. Revy RV reserves the right to substitute the unit with one of equal or greater value at no extra cost to the renter. Should a lower rated unit be offered, the responsibility of the Revy RV is limited to the refund of the difference in the gross rental rate. Should the renter refuse to accept the unit, no refund will be offered. Repairs & Refund Revy RV must be notified and must give authorization before any repairs occur. Customer must present receipts to our booking agent at time of return. General Conditions Rental unit descriptions and rates are subject to change without notice however, once reserved, rates will not change. Revy RV will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by renters which may have resulted from rental units being damaged, stolen, or returned late by previous renters.
