6 REQUIREMENTS A Division of Beaver Coach Sales & Service Rental Policy Terms & Conditions You must be 25 years of age to rent a vehicle with a valid driver license and insurance. DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS Deposit is due upon making the reservation. The deposit will be held throughout the reservation until return of the RV. Once the RV is returned, we have 10 days to refund the deposit back to the credit card given at the time of taking the reservation. Reservation cost cannot be deducted from the deposit. The actual cost of the rental will need to be paid the day of departure. Payment can be made by credit card, cashier s check, money order, personal check (paid a week before departure date), or cash. CANCELLATIONS Because most travelers book well in advance, after we reserve your dates for you, we turn down all other requests for your dates after they are booked. It is very difficult sometimes to re-rent dates that have already been marked as booked on the availability calendar. Cancellations that are made more than twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date will receive a refund of the balance paid minus credit card transaction fees on behalf of your original reservation transaction. RESCHEDULING If cancelled within less than 21 days of renter s arrival date, refunds will be given under the following conditions: - No refund will be given for any fees paid unless we are able to re-rent the RV for the duration of your dates or longer. - If the RV is re-rented for fewer nights than the duration of your contracted vacation, you will receive the amount equivalent to the re-rented dates, less a $75 cancellation fee and credit card transaction fees. We will refund anything we can recover from a new renter, minus the $75 + credit card transaction fee; if we get the RV re-rented. Once dates are taken off the calendar, it is difficult to re-rent them. Thank you for your understanding. If you need to change your reservation dates, funds paid to-date will be transferred to the new reservation dates with any differences in seasonal rates and taxes being collected or refunded at the time of the date change. There will be a $50 charge collected for any reservation date change made less than 21 days prior to your original arrival date. Because we reserve your dates for you, we turn down all other requests for your dates after they are booked. It is very difficult to re-rent dates that have already been taken off the calendar.

7 REFUNDS SUB-LEASE If you end your vacation early: NO refunds or credits will be given for any reduction of contracted dates within 21 days of your arrival date. If you decide to leave early, that is your decision and no refunds will be made if you vacate early. You may NOT sub-lease the RV, or leave early and allow someone else to remain for the length of your rental. If you plan to split time in the RV, you must notify our office and BOTH PARTIES must sign separate rental agreements. BOTH PARTIES will be held fully responsible for all terms, additional paperwork and arrangements. The security deposit paid may be affected by sub-let violations, regardless of which party violated. Original signer on this contract has financial responsibility for any person or property on/in the property/rv during your stay. RIGHT TO CANCEL INSURANCE We reserve the right to cancel this agreement without notice, prior to your arrival for any reason or condition we deem necessary. If we cancel the agreement prior to your stay, we will notify you as soon as we are able and we will refund your payments in full within ten (10) days if we cancel prior to your arrival. Insurance is not included in the pricing, as the renter you have a couple of options. Insurance is due by the day of departure, or we cannot release the RV to you. 1 st and Best Option: would be to contact your auto insurance provider and see if they will extend coverage to an RV Rental, as it is better coverage and usually less expensive. 2 nd Option: Purchase insurance directly through our insurance carrier, MBA Insurance, via their website or upon arrival at our office the day of reservation. PICK UP & DROP OFF Pick up will be the day of your reservation, we can make appointments between 12pm-3pm. We do ask that when you pick your rental to allot 1 1 ½ hours for us to go over the RV and any questions that you may have. Drop off time for the RV is by 11am. We request that you have it here before or by that time so we can get it ready for our next client to be able to enjoy their adventure. If you are needing the rental to be delivered to you and/or picked up by us, we can pre-arrange that at the time of reservation for an additional fee. PREP/CLEANING/DUMPING Happy Campers RV Rentals includes these fees in their rental charges, so you will not be charged extra if you forget to dump the holding tanks. Excessive cleaning will be charged at discretion. FUEL/PROPANE/DUMP TANK Upon receiving your rental, you will have a full tank of premium gas & propane. Returning the rental, we do ask that you make sure the gas tank is full; we will deduct the cost of filling the tank plus a $35 charge from your deposit if tank isn t full. Propane tank doesn t need to be refilled upon return.

8 PET POLICY Pets are allowed in our rentals for a fee of $125. We do ask that when you return the unit there is no sign of a pet (smell/odor). If pet is not mentioned and there is evidence that there was one inside the rental, the fee will be applied/deducted from the deposit. SMOKING POLICY We DO NOT allow smoking of any kind in our rentals. If there is any evidence of smoking found in the rental, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. OUT OF COUNTRY PARKING TICKETS Travel to Canada is allowed. Travel to Mexico is prohibited. Yes! You may park one (1) vehicle on our lot free of charge, however, we are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur. Keys for the vehicle will need to be left at our office in case we need to move the vehicle during your absence. During your rental period, if any tickets, parking violations, and/or toll fees are given to the driver, you are to be held fully responsible for payment and notifying Happy Campers RV Rentals of these occurrences. Failing to make payment and notifying us will result in charges of the fines and an additional $50.00 for the occurrence. ROOF STORAGE TOWING We DO NOT allow roof storage or walking on the tops of our rentals due to the design, they are not made for additional weight. If there is any evidence that you/someone was on the roof, the deposit will be forfeited immediately. If any damage is caused due to either incident, clients will be held liable for repairs. For precautionary measures, we allow towing of boats and trailers but do not allow for vehicles to be towed behind our RV s. Prior notice of towing is required, RV s have towing weight limits. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND Upon return of the unit we do ask that you walk through the unit to make sure all personal items are accounted for. If perishables are left behind, those will be tossed right away. If clothes/electronics are left behind, we will call and hold the items for 7 days. After that, the items will be donated to a local charity. If any items need to be shipped, you will need to provide payment for shipping and a $10 fee. I understand and agree to the Rental Policy Terms and Conditions for Happy Campers RV Rentals; if anything were to happen, I accept full responsibility and understand I could forfeit partial or full security deposit.
