2 Rental Locations Pick up and drop off centre is located in Palmerston North (14 Heathcote Place, Palmerston North) Client Service Centre Operating Hours Daily, including weekends, Closed Christmas Day. Pick ups and drop offs must commence 30 minutes prior to closure. One way Rentals One-way rentals are not normally available but may be arranged an extra surcharge ( as agreed) Driver's Licence All drivers with a full car licence are insured. It is preferable that a driver is over 21 years of age and have held a full nz licence for 1 year. Licences must be sighted by motorhome check in staff prior to uplifting vehicle. Licences from approved countries or an international driver's licence are acceptable. If your licence is not in English an authorised/official translation must be provided. If you are a member of an automobile association bring your membership card as you may be entitled to reciprocal benefits. There is no charge for additional drivers. Hire Period The minimum hire is 3 days with the exception of 20 Dec 31 Jan when it is 10 days. Collections are available from 8.00am onwards, with returns no later than 4.30pm. Days of hire are calculated as the number of actual calendar days you have the vehicle. No Pets Permitted Sorry, pets and livestock are not permitted. New Zealand Traffic Rules The speed limit on the open road is 100kph. 90kph is the recommended limit for your motorhome. In built-up areas the limit is 50kph. A copy of the New Zealand Traffic Rules is supplied with your vehicle. Safety belts and child/baby restraints are required by law. Please advise if there are children under 5 years old travelling. Traffic Infringements If you are penalised for breaking any traffic laws, parking regulations or failing to pay any toll road fees, you are fully liable for any fines and/or administration costs. Airport and Hotel Transfers Our shuttle will pick you up from the airport, hotel or Palmerston North address and return you there.

3 Vehicle Security Deposit and Guarantee When you collect your vehicle we require a credit card imprint or cash bond to secure the vehicle and your accident damage excess liability as well as any extra costs such as fuel fill up, emptying the toilet cassette, driving fines and infringements, losses or breakages or not returning the vehicle to the specified location on the required date etc. The credit card must be valid for 28 days after the end of the hire. If no credit card is available the cash vehicle security bond will be NZ$2500 on all standard insurance policies The credit card imprint or cash will be held for 28 days after the return of the motorhome. A debit card will be treated as cash and the vehicle security bond will be deducted from the debit car. Road Diesel Tax This is included for North Island travel, but for trips down to the South Island it is charged on return according to how many kilometres have been driven at a rate of $0.06 per KM. Accidents and Breakdowns Any problems encountered with the vehicle or equipment must be reported to Manawatu motorhome rentals as soon as practicable. Failure to do so will compromise any claim that may eventuate after the hire has finished. Retrospective claims will not be accepted. If you have an accident or breakdown the liability of Manawatu Motorhome rentals, or its agents, extends to either replacing your vehicle with a similar one, or refunding your hire charge for any days you lose the total use of the vehicle. Any additional accommodation costs are at your expense and you should ensure your travel insurance covers this. All accidents must be reported to Manawatu motorhome rentals at once. Vehicle Return All vehicles must be returned with a full fuel tank and be filled up within 3km's of the drop off location. Refuelling at our Client Service Centre will be charged at our current rates per 1/4 tank plus an admin fee. Charges will apply should the vehicle be dropped off at a location other than that which was agreed upon. Vehicles must be returned with an empty toilet cassette and an empty grey water tank. Failure to do this will incur a cost of $ There is an option to pre-purchase an express return for $ where you can return the motorhome with a full toilet cassette and grey water tank. Conditions of Hire 1. All prices, tariffs and costs are those applying at the time of publication and Manawatu motorhome rentals, or its agents, reserve the right to alter them at any time without notice. Major credit cards are accepted at a charge rate of 3%: Mastercard, Visa (excludes Bankcard and

4 Diners). 2. Manawatu motorhomes accepts no responsibility for the detention, delay, loss, damage or injury which a hirer might experience no matter how or by whom it is caused. 3. Manawatu motorhome rentals rental agreement is the sole contract for hiring the vehicle, between the company and the hirer and passenger(s). 4. No refunds are payable on accommodation or for days when motorhomes are not available, where the hirer or passenger amends, cancels or seeks to vary agreements after departure. 5. Manawatu motorhome rentals reserves the right to provide a comparably high standard vehicle where a booked vehicle becomes unavailable through servicing or reasons beyond its control. 6. Deposits and Payments - NZ$n/a (as agreed) deposit is required at the time of confirmation, with final balance with vehicle pickup. 7. Amendment fees - once a booking is confirmed, two amendments can be made free of charge. Additional amendments will be $25 each. The amendment fee will be waived if the amendment increases the value of the hire. If an amendment is made that alters the date of pick up then any cancellation of the booking thereafter is charge at 100%, regardless of when the cancellation is made. 8. Cancellations Cancellations will incur the loss of the deposit. Cancellations and no shows on the day of pick up will be charged at 100% of hire. No refunds for cancellations permitted after travel has commenced. No refunds for vehicles returned early. 9. Substitution of vehicle. If, for any reason beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle at no extra cost to you. While we always try to provide a substitute vehicle with the transmission type requested, the substitution of manual for automatic or vice versa may be necessary. 10 Vehicle return. All vehicles must be returned to the nominated Client Service Centre with a full fuel tank, having been filled up within 3kms of the drop off location and the waste tanks (both grey water and toilet waste cassette) having been emptied. If they are not, then Manawatu motorhome rentals reserves the right to withhold part of the vehicle security deposit to cover the cost of filling the fuel tank and/or emptying the waste tanks. Should the vehicle be deemed to be in an unclean state when returned Manawatu motorhome rentals reserves the right to charge the hirer $150nzd. The hirer is required to empty the waste tanks, fill with fuel, wash all the dishes, sweep the floor and remove all personal rubbish. The outside of the vehicle must be clean enough to ascertain if any accident damage has occurred. 11. These conditions cannot be varied or altered or waived by any employee, agent or representative of the company or by anyone providing services or facilities. The company cannot be bound by any representative or statement unless it is confirmed in writing by the company's directors or management. Insurance Insurance is charged at $10 per day this includes front windscreen and tyres. An excess of NZ$2500 applies to all hires.

5 Standard Excess Insurance Cover All motorhomes come with fully comprehensive commercial insurance cover which insures against recoverable 3rd party accident damage, theft and break-ins (excluding personal belongings). A standard excess of NZ$2500 (per incident) applies in the event of any damage to either our vehicle or 3rd party property. Multiple windscreen and tyre damage is also covered in the standard policy as is overhead and under-body damage on the rented vehicle. A credit card imprint only (no money held or transferred) will be taken on vehicle collection. The security can be covered by cash, travellers cheques in NZ$ or a credit card. Should the insurance excess and the vehicle security guarantee be covered by credit card the amount will NOT be debited to your account and will only be done so in the case of accident.
