RENTAL CONDITIONS ESCAPE USA Camper rate includes: 100 free miles for every rental day Cooking and eating utensils Free bedding equipment Free picnic chairs Statutory liability cover as required by law Centrally located depots Free starters pack 24 hour roadside assistance and free- phone helpline Multiple drivers at no extra cost No vehicle preparation fee Reliable and modern campervans No credit card fees Camper rate is exclusive of: Collision damage waiver (CDW), supplement liability insurance (SLI), additional mileage charges, optional extras, one- way rental fees and transport to and from the rental location. All rates and conditions are subject to change as required and without prior notification. Insurance There are 2 things to consider when renting a Campervan in America: Damage to the Escape Campervan. Damage to a third Party 1) Damage to the Escape Campervan Basic Campervan Insurance is included in the cost of the rental. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the Escape Campervan with an excess (deductible) of $2500. For clients peace of mind, we do offer: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) This costs only $10/Day and reduces Camper liability (or excess) to $0 CDW includes: - Cover for accidental damages - Windscreen (1 windscreen covered per rental) - Protection against theft and vandalism - Tire damage (2 tires covered per rental)

For more information please visit this link: statutory- limits/ Supplementary Liability Insurance (SLI) If your clients own travel insurance does not include liability cover to US$1,000,000, we can offer this to them for an additional $12.25/day. This is to protect your clients against 3rd party claims if they injure a person or damage someone else s property It's entirely the Clients decision which combination suits their budget, peace of mind level and also any other Travel Insurance they may have already purchased. Clients do not need to decide which option suits best now. We will explain any queries they have at the time of pick up and they can decide at pick up if they want to take extra insurance or not. U.S. and CANADIAN Residents: If clients are a U.S. or Canadian resident with a valid driver's license from either country and have Automotive insurance that provides full coverage for rental vehicles (including minivans), they may have coverage for our Campervans. They should check with their insurance company prior to pick up of rental vehicle. They will need to decline our CDW and SLI options and they will be responsible for making a claim through their insurance company. They should supply us with their insurance information at the time of pick up. Regardless of which Insurance option is selected, all clients will need to provide a valid Credit or Debit Card to allow Escape Campervans to Imprint before they depart. This is an imprint only. Funds are not collected or frozen and the purpose of the imprint is in the situation where damage occurs and the terms of the Rental Contract have been breached. Insurance exclusions: The renter is fully liable for any damage to the Escape Campers Campervan or third party property if: o The terms of the rental contract are breached. o If the driver is does not hold an appropriate driver s licence. o Damage to the Campervan is caused by wilful or reckless driving. o Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. o Driving on unsealed or restricted roads or restricted areas. o Water submersion or saltwater damage caused through own fault. U.S. and CANADIAN Residents: If clients are a U.S. or Canadian resident with a valid driver's license from either country and have automobile insurance that provides full coverage for rental vehicles (including minivans), they may

3 have coverage for our Campervans. They should check with their insurance company prior to pickup of rental vehicle. They will need to decline our CDW and SLI options and they will be responsible for making a claim through their insurance company. They should supply us with their insurance information at the time of Campervan collection. All USA or Canadian residents MUST also bring proof of address. A recent utility bill will suffice. If proof of address is not shown, Escape will complete a credit check before departure. Regardless of which Insurance option is selected, all clients will need to provide a valid Credit or Debit Card to allow Escape Campervans to Imprint before they depart. This is an imprint only. Cancellations If the confirmed booking is cancelled at least 30 days before pick- up / rental commencement, Escape will not impose any charges. If the confirmed booking is cancelled within Days of pick- up, Escape will charge 15% of the total rental value as a cancellation fee. If the confirmed booking is cancelled within 8-13 Days of pick- up, Escape will charge 25% of the total rental value as a cancellation fee. If the confirmed booking is cancelled within 7 days of pick- up or there is a no show, Escape will charge full balance. Deposit/credit card Escape requires a credit card imprint (Visa or MasterCard) from the customer. Driver requirements All drivers must hold a valid driver's license for the entire rental period and have a credit or debit card. Only drivers specified on the contract are allowed to drive Escape Campervans. The lead renters name should match the credit card held on file. All drivers must be 21 years of age or older. Proof of age must be ascertained by a valid driver's license (International drivers licence is recommended). There is no maximum age limit. There is no additional charge for extra drivers. There s no young driver fees. Minimum/Maximum rental period The minimum rental period is seven (7) days. There's no maximum rental period. One- ways One- way rentals available by request only. The one- way fee varies between $150 and $500. Changes It is possible to extend a rental without incurring a fee subject to availability. It is possible to shorten a rental within 21 Days of pick up. Shortening a rental will be quoted as a new rental and will be calculated at the retail rate with any current specials not applicable. Transfers Los Angeles: clients must make their own way to the camper location San Francisco and Las Vegas: clients must make their own way to the camper location. (public transport in SFO is excellent and very reasonable) Miami: Clients should call this number the day prior to pick up to arrange a pick up time and location.

4 New York: Clients should call this number the day prior to confirm a start time. Picking up / Dropping off the vehicle Vehicle can be picked- up at the camper locations between 11am and 4pm. Vehicle must be returned to the camper locations before 10am on the agreed drop- off date. Late returns of more than 1 hour will incur a full- day rental charge and possible other charges relating to compensating follow- on clients. Clients can book an afternoon return, but will be charged for the drop off day. Camper Allocations Escape has more than 400 individually painted designs. Clients may like to request either comic, nature, scenic or abstract when they book. We will do our best to match up client requests with their allocated Campervan. Escape reserves the right to upgrade a clients booking from a Ventura to a Mavericks. There would be no additional cost for the upgraded vehicle. Repairs Clients should contact Escape on our 24- hour free phone number if any problems or any irregularities develop with the camper. Failure to notify Escape immediately of any performance irregularities, or damage could affect grounds for compensation. In the event of a breakdown Escape will either: a) Provide a replacement vehicle b) Refund the lost days use of the vehicle c) Extend the hire to account for lost days Clients will not undertake any repairs without first contacting Escape. There will be no refund for days lost, towing and any other expenses arising from Operator error. Clients acknowledge that Escape Campervans Inc. will not be liable for retrospective claims due to vehicle malfunction or accident damage. Infringements and administration fees Escape reserves the right to charge the renter for any speeding, toll way or parking fines not reported on return of the vehicle. In addition to these costs, Escape reserves the right to charge for associated administration costs for processing the fines (irrespective of excess). An administration fee will be applicable per fine. The hire must maintain the water, oil and tire pressures during their journey. Hirers will be fully accountable for, but not limited to the following: Engine overheating, running out of oil, incorrect fuel put into vehicle, getting the vehicle stuck. Liability is total damage and expenses despite the liability amount listed on the rental agreement. (CDW relates to accident damage only) Animals No animals are permitted in our vehicles, excluding guide dogs. Smoking Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. Mileage Rates include 100 miles per day (averaged over the rental) Extra miles will be charged at 25 per mile. An additional 100 miles per day can be purchased for $15/day. (Giving a total of 200 miles per day) An unlimited miles package can be pre- purchased for $19/day. Extra mileage package options are only available for bookings 7+ days.

5 Travel restrictions Renter is liable for all damages to vehicle, tires, towing charges and other expenses as a result of a breakdown, collision, or other, associated with operating Escape Campervans vehicles in these areas. Escape Campervans insurance protection will also be null and void. The following are restricted areas: Anywhere in Mexico. Any unimproved road, trail, track Any off- road areas (dunes, beaches, riverbeds, logging roads, forest trails, dirt trails etc.) Any Salt plains including Burning Man festival, unless prior consent has been granted and the grooming fee has been paid. Death Valley between the dates 1st May and 30th September is one of the Worlds hottest places and not safe to operate a vehicle. If clients choose to travel through Death Valley in this period, they should be aware that they would be liable for any on road assistance costs and repair to the Campervan. Insurance will be void.
