Freesale: No vehicles are sold on a complete freesale basis. At peak times, and for automatic, estate or speciality vehicles rental length restrictions may apply. Cars will have a full tank of fuel at start of rental and should be returned with a full tank, otherwise refuelling charges will apply. 250 miles per day is included. Price for additional miles is GBP 0.12 per mile including VAT. LONDON CONGESTION CHARGING The charging hours within the Congestion Zone are from 7.00AM PM. The fee is applicable from Monday to Friday. No charge will be made at weekends or on public holidays. Drivers should look out for the Congestion Charge signs en route. Please be aware that all Budget s fleet and premises in the UK are no-smoking environments. You may be charged for additional cleaning costs if evidence of smoking is found in one of our vehicles. Additional driver information Additional drivers are permitted at a cost of GBP per day up to a maximum charge of GBP per rental. Age information

2 You must be at least 23 years old + 1 years driving experience to rent at this location. If you are aged between 23 and 25 years old you must pay a young driver surcharge of GBP incl VAT (GBP including Premium location fee) per day up to a maximum of 10 days' fee. No maximum renting age restrictions apply. In some locations, drivers over the age of 70 will require insurance clearance prior to rent. Please contact the renting branch. Payment options For customers with contracted rates e.g.; a corporate account or quoting a Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number please refer to the contracted terms & conditions for the relevant account/ BCD number as they may vary from those detailed here. A deposit is required to cover any costs in case of damage or theft. Please refer to Waiver & Protection Options for further information on driver liability. Cash: Payment by cash is not accepted. Debit cards: Payment by Debit card is not accepted Credit cards: A major credit card in the name of the primary driver must be produced at time of rental. The following major credit cards are accepted: MasterCard VISA Diners Club American Express Visa Electron card is not accepted. Taking your vehicle outside the country Continental Cover is available to purchase at some locations at time of rental for any travel within the continent. Please contact the branch 2 days prior to travel for details and to arrange. Charges: 1-7 days 90, 8-14 days 126, days 156, days 216. Charges include VAT and exclude any additional premium location fees that may be applicable. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) If the Budget rental vehicle is damaged, the driver will be covered for the cost of the repair if CDW is purchased. The driver will however have to pay an excess charge

SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (SCDW) In case of damage, the driver can reduce the excess charge by purchasing Super CDW. Super CDW is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. THEFT PROTECTION (TP) If the Budget rental vehicle is stolen, the driver will be covered for the cost of replacing the vehicle if TP is purchased. The driver will however have to pay an excess charge towards the replacement cost. TP is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. SUPER THEFT PROTECTION (STP) In case of theft, the driver can reduce the excess charge by purchasing Super TP. Super TP is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. SUPER PERSONAL INSURANCE (SPAI) A maximum of GBP 126,000 per insured person in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disablement. Medical expenses incurred due to an accident - a maximum of GBP 6,300 per person. Drivers license and ID requirements All drivers of the vehicle must be in possession of a full, valid driving licence which they must have held for a minimum of 12 months. UK drivers with a photo card driving licence should present the photo card. Failure to bring a valid photo card driving licence may result in the rental being refused. Old paper style licences are accepted. We may require customers to consent to their licence records being accessed as needed*. Expired photo card licences will not be accepted and rental will be refused. All UK customers will need to hold a full and valid licence free from any endorsements excluded in our terms & conditions. If your licence is in non-roman alphabet (e.g. Japanese), you will need the original licence AND an international driving permit. In the UK, if any driver has any unspent driving convictions for: - careless, reckless or dangerous driving, - driving or attempting to drive whilst under the influence of drink or drugs, - using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks, - theft or unauthorised taking of a vehicle or, - been disqualified (or anything similar) in the last 10 years or Or if you have 2 or more unspent convictions for offences not listed above, your rental will be refused. * The following Budget stores will require customers to bring their DVLA 'Share my Licence' code at the time of rental; Barrow In Furness, Blackpool Airport, Bolton, Carlisle, Chester, Lancaster, Reading, Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington, Warrington Bank Quay Train Station, Workington. For more information regarding the paper licence changes at these locations please contact the store directly. Residents of EC countries can use own licence from country of origin. Non-EC residents can use own licence for max 12 months after entry to UK. Please be aware that the issuing date on US licences will change when a customer changes address so it is important to bring proof that they have held a licence for over 12 months. Drivers will need to be in possession of a valid credit card in their own name, to cover the damage excess deposit. UK residents should also provide 2 forms of proof of address e.g. utility bills / bank statements (or similar). None UK residents should provide their passport. FastBreak Fastbreak is our priority service for corporate customers and people who hire a car

6 frequently. Fastbreak is not available at this location. Fuel charges Cars will have a full tank of fuel at start of rental and should be returned with a full tank, otherwise refuelling charges will apply. Fuel Up Front can be purchased at rental checkout. Pay for a tank of fuel up front at rental checkout, charged at the average fuel price for the UK as stated on the EU fuel index: No refund is made for any unused fuel. One Way Rentals One way rentals are allowed only withing UK Mainland London van locations at a cost of GBP per rental. International one way rentals are not allowed. Collecting and returning your vehicle The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information. During Office Hours If you are delayed due to a delayed flight an additional charge may apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when booking. If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 24 hours. After this time your reserved car may be released and rented to another customer. Out of Office Hours Collection It may be possible to collect the vehicle out of office hours. This must be requested at the time of booking. This service is not available if the rental is booked online and is available at selected airport and railway locations on a request basis only. A charge of GBP will apply. Flight number / train arrival details must be provided in advance in the reservation. We need the following information when you make your booking. Flight number Contact telephone number Credit card details If you do not collect the vehicle a No Show charge of GBP will apply. Out of Office Hours Return If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff. You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of booking. There is no charge for this service. Late Return

7 Unless agreed differently, all customers must return the vehicle and any optional extras at the time/date and location stated on their rental agreement. If the customer believes they will be late, it is in their best interest to request an extension from us. If the customer is then late in returning their vehicle,they must pay for an extra day's rental for the vehicle and any optional extras plus a late return processing fee for each day/part of a day they are late. The processing fee is EUR10, UKL10 or the equivalent amount in the renting country currency. Special equipment Child and baby seats are available at a cost of GBP per day up to a maximum charge of GBP per rental. GPS units are available at a cost of GBP per day, up to a maximum charge of GBP per rental. A charge of GBP VAT will apply if you rent a GPS unit and do not return it when you check-in your rental vehicle or if the unit is returned damaged. Roadside Assitance Plus is available for GBP 5.00 per day, up to a maximum charge of GBP per rental. Roadside Assistance Plus provides roadside assistance if your break down as a result of flat batteries, flat tyres, keys locked in the vehicle, lost keys, running out of fuel. You will only need to pay for the costs of any additional items needed to get the vehicle back on the road, like fuel or tyres. Mobile Wi-Fi is available for GBP per day, up to a maximum charge of GBP per rental. A charge of VAT will apply if you rent a Wi-Fi unit and do not return it when you check-in your rental vehicle. This charge will be in addition to the charge for the use of the Wi-Fi unit. This is also charged if returned damaged. Sack Trucks are available for GBP 6.95 per day, up to maximum charge of GBP per rental. A charge of VAT will apply if you rent a Sack truck unit and do not return it when you check-in your rental vehicle. This charge will be in addition to the charge for the use of the GPS unit. (***This is also charged if returned damaged) Hand control for disabled drivers are available on request. Travel Partner is available for GBP 8.99 per day up to a maximum charge of GBP per rental.
