You will be charged for additional cleaning costs if evidence of smoking is found in one of our vehicles. Rentals of vehicles is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse rental of vehicles to any person. Budget operates random security screening and credit checking systems and rental of our vehicles will be conditional upon your successful completion of such checks. All additional drivers must meet the same criteria as the primary driver. They must be present at time of rental and present a full, valid and endorsement free driving licence which has been held for at least 2 years. Please see Drivers licence and ID requirements section for further information. Additional driver information For customers with contracted rates e.g.; a corporate account or quoting a Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number please refer to the contracted terms & conditions for the relevant account/ BCD number as they may vary from those detailed here. Additional drivers are permitted at a charge of GBP 9.00 per day per additional driver. All additional drivers must meet the same criteria as the primary driver. After hours returns OUT OF OFFICE HOURS: - COLLECTION Upon prior arrangement customer may collect vehicle out of office hours. This service is not guaranteed and must be requested at time of reservation directly with the rental location. 2 Credit card details Flight Number If customer fails to cancel a reservation a "no show" charge of GBP applies OUT OF OFFICE HOURS: - RETURN If the vehicle is returned out of office hours, the driver will remain liable for damage / theft of the vehicle until the location opens. Customers may return the vehicle out of office hours in line with the location out of hours procedure. There is no additional charge for this service. The vehicle should be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. Late Return Unless agreed differently, all customers must return the vehicle and any optional extras at the time/date and location stated on their rental agreement. If the customer believes they will be late, it is in their best interest to request an extension from us. If the customer is then late in returning their vehicle,they must pay for an extra day's rental for the vehicle and any optional extras plus a late return processing fee for each day/part of a day they are late. The processing fee is EUR10, GBP10 or the equivalent amount in the renting country currency. Age information The minimum age for drivers is 23 years. A fee of GBP 12 per day will apply to drivers under the age of 25 years. Drivers must be 27 years or older to rent group F and 30 years or older for Groups M & K. Customers over the age of 75 years are eligible to rent with the following specific conditions : 1. They must drive regularly; 2. They must provide us with a current letter from their insurance company proving that they hold a current motor insurance policy and that they have been driving for the last 5 years without accident/incident; 3. They must provide us with a current letter from their doctor stating that they are in good health; 4. They may be required to undergo a driving assessment accompanied with a Budget representative. Payment options DEBIT CARDS Debit cards may be used for payment of rental charges only. The following debit cards are accepted: Visa/MasterCard/Maestro We do not accept Electron cards or prepaid/specified value debit cards. CREDIT CARDS The following major credit cards are accepted: MasterCard /VISA/American Express We do not accept prepaid/specified value credit cards. No cash is accepted. Security deposit: The customer will be asked for a major credit card, driving licence and passport for identification. In the event that Excess Waiver is not purchased a deposit in line with the excess amount, depending on vehicle category reserved, will be pre-authorised on your credit card. Taking your vehicle outside the country

3 You may take the vehicle into the Republic of Ireland, an additional charge of GBP per rental period will apply. Vehicles may be driven within Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (with permission), but may not be taken off the island of Ireland. Waiver and protection options COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) Customers may be asked to leave a deposit to cover damage responsibility if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. The damage responsibility for the United Kingdom is the full value of the vehicle. CDW is available for a cost of GBP per day. If CDW is accepted, it will reduce the responsibility to the excess applicable at the rental location. The excess for groups A, B,C, E and P is GBP The excess for groups D, H, J, K and O is GBP The excess for group G and M is GBP SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (SCDW) In case of damage, the driver can reduce the excess charge by purchasing Super CDW. Super CDW is available for groups, A, B and C and P at GBP per day (up to a maximum charge of GBP ),which reduces excess to zero excluding damage to windscreens without WSP cover and loss or damage to GPS units.. Super CDW is available for groups D, E, K, O and J at GBP per day (up to a maximum charge of GBP ) which reduces excess to zero excluding damage to windscreens without WSP cover and loss or damage to GPS units. Super CDW is available for group H at GBP per day (up to maximum charge of GBP ) and for groups G and M at GBP per day ( up to maximum charge of GBP ), which reduces excess to zero excluding damage to windscreens without WSP cover and loss or damage to GPS units. THEFT PROTECTION (TP) If the Budget rental vehicle is stolen, the driver will be covered for the cost of replacing the vehicle if TP is purchased. TP is available for a cost of GBP 5.62 per day. If TP is accepted, it will reduce the responsibility to the excess applicable at the rental location. The excess for groups A, B,C, E and P is GBP The excess for groups D, H, J, K and O is GBP The excess for group G and B is GBP PAI is available at GBP 6.75 per day including VAT for all groups. A maximum of GBP 42,000 per insured person in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disablement. Medical expenses incurred due to an accident - a maximum of GBP 2, per person. Unlimited assistance and rescue costs Baggage up to GBP 2, per vehicle (Conditions and item limits apply) Windscreen protection is available at GBP 2.50 per day. Third party Liability is unlimited. Third party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property when using an Budget vehicle. Third party liability is included in the rental price.

Drivers license and ID requirements All drivers must present a full, valid and endorsement free driving licence which has been held for at least 2 years. Each driver must show photographic proof of identity at the start of the rental. Customers with a Northern Ireland Photocard Driver's Licence must produce both the Photocard and its paper counterpart. If your licence was issued outside the European Community, in addition you must provide an International Driving Licence. FastBreak Fastbreak is our priority service for corporate customers and people who hire a car frequently Fastbreak is not available at this location Fuel charges Customers are required to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as received, otherwise they will incur the cost to refuel the vehicle plus a refuelling charge of GBP VAT. Customers may prepay for a full tank of fuel at rental commencement. 5 One Way Rentals Domestic one way rentals are permitted. Domestic one way rentals refer to vehicles returned to a Budget location within Northern Ireland. International one way rentals are permitted. Information available on request from location. A drop charge of GBP applies in addition to the Cross Border charge. International one way rentals refer to vehicles returned to locations within the Republic of Ireland. Vehicles may not be taken off the Island of Ireland. Collecting and returning your vehicle The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information. DURING OFFICE HOURS Reservations for collection during office hours will be honoured if the customer is delayed beyond office opening hours due to circumstances beyond their control e.g. delayed flight. Provided the rental location is contacted directly, someone will be present for a further 1 hour, otherwise the reservation will be moved to the next morning. The vehicle should be returned in accordance with the terms & conditions of the Rental Agreement. We will guarantee all reservations for 2 hours from their reserved time.
