1 AVIS General Terms and Conditions Reservations A reservation from the country of origin is required 24 hours (1 day) in advance. Rental periods and black out restrictions Rental Rates are calculated on 24-hour periods (1 day) Black out restrictions and periods may apply Renter/Additional Driver s Age Requirements and Fees Age requirements, fees, charges and surcharges apply for the Rental Rates: Young Driver Surcharge 20 to 22 years SGD 30 Daily Minimum Age* Maximum Age* Additional Driver Young Driver Age 20 to 22 years (Young Driver) 23 years (Regular Driver)** 74 years SGD 9.90 per day/maximum of $99 per rental * Minimum & Maximum age apply for both the renter and additional driver. ** For : See Insurance Excess (Non Waiverable Excess) and Super Cost Damage Waiver (SCDW) for Young Driver and driver over 66 years old. All rates are quoted in Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST and subject to change without prior notice. Driver s License requirements A valid driving license must be held for at least 12 months for citizens, Permanent Residence and foreigners who are residing in for more than 12 months. Foreigners who reside in for less than 12 months must possess a valid foreign license from the country of residence and International Driving Permit (IDP). If IDP is not available, an official translation of foreign license in English is required. Driver from ASEAN member countries only need to possess a valid driving license issued by the relevant driving license in order to drive in without IDP. Payment requirements Payment of Rental Rates can be by one of the following methods: Short & Long Term: Payment by Avis honored credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Diners Club) Payment by Avis Charge Card Payment by Avis Company Travel Order (ACTO) Leasing: Payment by Avis Company Travel Order (ACTO) with GIRO Limousine: Payment by Avis honored credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Diners Club), Cash Cash Rentals or Debit cards can only be accepted upon return of a rented vehicle and cannot be arranged or accepted at time of vehicle pick up. Delivery & Collection The following Delivery/Collection service fees apply for the Rental Rates (please consult your local Avis Reservations office for Delivery/Collection service availability): Delivery and Collection Within city limits/office hours: upon request, Outside city limits/office hours: n/a SGD 50 per delivery and/or collection All rates are quoted in Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST and subject to change without prior notice! Avis will hold the car for customers to a maximum of 24 hours from the flight arrival time stated on their boarding pass. Three hours for bookings without arrival flight details, walk-up and local customers.

2 Petrol Charges/Refueling fees and additional fees/surcharges The following fees, charges & surcharges apply for the Rental Rates: Petrol Charges (approx.) SGD 3.50/liter n/a Refueling Service Fees No Show Fees During Chinese New Year, Formula 1 Season, Christmas & New Year Airport Surcharges All rates are quoted in Dollars (SGD) and, are exclusive of GST and subject to change without prior notice. n/a Additional Fees Meet late arrival: SGD 100/rental airport locations upon request Cross Border Surcharges Cross Border Surcharge: SGD 50 per day/ maximum of $500. Additional Equipment The following fees apply for the Rental Rates: Baby Seats Additional Driver Wifi (Portable) GPS E-Scooter SGD 10/day SGD 9.90/day SGD 15/day SGD 15/day SGD 40/day All rates are quoted in Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST and subject to change without prior notice! GPS/Child Safety Seat/Child Booster Seat/Baby Seats/Additional Driver will be capped at 10 days. Cross Border/One Way Fee Policy One Way rental fees apply to all rentals regardless of rental period. In general, travel out of the country in rental vehicles is prohibited with the exception of where Avis vehicles may be taken into Malaysia (see Cross Border Surcharge). A Cross Border rental has to be advised at time of reservations! One-way rentals are only available within countries, with the exception of where Avis vehicles may be returned at Avis locations in Malaysia. Please consult your local Avis Reservations office for one-way rental fees and availability. One Way Fee The following One Way fees apply for the Rental Rates: International International OWF Domestic Domestic OWF Johor Bahru* SGD 150 KUL* SGD 300 Kuantan* SGD 350 Penang* SGD 400 * Vehicles may only be returned to an Avis Location in Malaysia. ² Please consult your local Avis Reservations office for one-way rental fees and availability. All rates are quoted in Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST and subject to change without prior notice. Airport to Downtown SGD 15 Downtown to Airport SGD 30 Festive Peak Season Deposit A flat deposit of SGD 200 will be required during peak seasons of rental. These seasons include pre, during and post Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa (Eid al-fitr), Formula 1 events, Christmas and New Year. When deposit is required to secure vehicle, our rental service agents will contact you via or phone number. It is crucial that customers input an and phone number that is used frequently. Failure to respond and submit the deposit will not be entertained. Through booking online, customers will have the responsibilties to read the full terms and conditions. Festive Peak Season Grace Period For customers who have reserved and not showed up at the counter 2 hours from indicated pick-up time, Avis may choose to release the vehicles to other customers on the waiting list. Customers should indicate their flight details in case of a flight delay which is a valid reason for a late show. Availability of car is subjective. Avis will not be held responsible for wrongfully charging customers no-show fees, keeping of deposits and inability to supply cars.

3 Insurance Excess (NWE) for CDW/TP & Super CDW (SCDW) The insurance excess is applicable providing the vehicle is used in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the rental agreement and the laws of the respective country. Failure to adhere to the Terms & Condition for the rental agreement and laws will result in the renter being responsible of all damage cost associated with the vehicle. SuperCDW is available as a counter sales product at selected locations in Asia and is not included in the respective Rental Rates. SuperCDW reduces renter financial responsibility (insurance excess). For additional information on SuperCDW, please see the information below. Please note: SuperTP is not available. In case the rented vehicle is stolen during the rental period, a police reports must be provided to Avis within a 24 hours period. 4 Cost for Collision Damage Waiver and additional covers (SCDW, SCDW+, TP): Collision Damage Waiver SGD 25 Super Collision Damage Waiver CDW + SGD 20 Super Collision Damage Waiver + CDW + SGD 35 Theft Protection SGD 15 Purchase of any of these insurances covers you both in and Malaysia to the NWE limits stated above. 5 Late Pickups and Dropoff Policy Late Pickup (Car Hire) Delayed flights or massive jams? We understand. If you re running late to pick up your car, we will hold it for you. In the event of a peak period (e.g. holidays, weekends), you will be given a grace period of 2 hours to pick up your car. Should you pass the 2-hour mark, we will forfeit the car to the next customer on our waiting list. Late Dropoff (Car Hire) We understand you might get delayed. If you re running late or need to extend your car rental - do make sure you contact us as soon as possible. Should you return the vehicle late - without notifying us or extending your hire - you may be subject to a late return fee. If you overrun past your agreed return date and time, you will be charged an extra day's rental plus a late return fee of SGD$10.70 (inclusive of GST) for each day or part of a day you are late. Overseas Rental I m going to return my hire car late overseas. Is this ok? We understand you might get delayed, so we try to be flexible. If you re running late or need to extend your car rental - do make sure you contact us as soon as possible. Should you return the vehicle late - without notifying us or extending your hire - you may be subject to a late return fee. If you overrun past your agreed return date and time, you will incur a late return fee If you still haven't returned the vehicle 24 hours later, then another late return fee will be applied A late return fee will continue to be added every 24 hour period thereafter, until you return the vehicle to the rental station Please note, if you return your vehicle after the agreed date and time, you will pay an additional days rental charge - plus a late return fee for each day (or part of a day) that you are late. How much is a late return fee? Depending on the country of rental, the daily late return fee will be (inclusive of VAT): 12 CHF (DKR, NKR or SKR) Between 10 and (country dependant) Or the equivalent amount in local currency Rental agreement: Please always review the rental terms and conditions and your rental agreement when you check the vehicle out.
