Villa CONMIGO bed & breakfast and Bartolo Andalucía S.L. is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the information offered in this documentation. Check your reservation confirmation for the recent information provided by MalagaCar.com 1. THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES 1.1 BASIC RATE INCLUDES Half-empty fuel policy. The vehicle will be delivered with half a tank of fuel (between 30,- and 65,- depending on the hired car group) and you can return it empty. We don t charge refuelling service. Partial Damage Cover and theft with excess (CDW) and occupants insurance. Roadside Assistance with charge. 1.2 COMFORT PACK RATE INCLUDES Fuel policy same-same. As a general rule it will be half-half. The vehicle will be returned with the same fuel level as it was rented. If it is not returned with the same fuel level, the amount corresponding to the missing fuel will be charged. We do not charge refueling service. Priority Attention with quick delivery (customers with Full Pack Rate will be attended with priority in the office). To avoid the car being stolen with its keys make sure you keep an eye on the keys at all time. FREE additional driver. FREE road assistance.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ARRIVAL DATE When collecting your vehicle at the airport it is vital that you supply us with the correct flight details. We use the provided flight details to check on delays; this way we can assure you that your vehicle will not be given to another client and we will meet you at the airport. Should you not be sure that the flight number you provided us with is correct then please check it and respond to this with the correct flight number. In any case, should you have any changes to make to your booking please don t hesitate in advising us by responding to this . All bookings must include obligatorily a correct flight number. Please check all details before sending the form as any incorrect information will automatically make the booking void. The same applies for delivery in the train station in Málaga or the cruise terminal of the port of Málaga. 3. DETAILS OF THE CAR COLLECTION 3.1 COLLECTION AT MÁLAGA AIRPORT After collecting your luggage please DO NOT GO DOWNSTAIRS to the car rental desks but exit the sliding doors at the arrivals hall where you will find one of our representatives waiting with a MalagaCar.com sign. THEY WILL ASSIGN AN IDENTIFICATION NUMBER TO ENSURE YOUR TURN IN THE MINIBUS AND OUR OFFICES. PLEASE NEVER GO DIRECTLY TO THE BUS STOP WITHOUT HAVING BEEN RECEIVED BY OUR STAFF. They will indicate you the way to our Malagacar.com shuttle bus situated at the pick-up area about 100 metres right-hand after the taxi stop. An orange MalagaCar.com shuttle bus will be with you shortly to take you on the short, two minute, drive to our offices. Please remember that we are "Malagacar.com", as there are some other companies that call themselves MalagaCar, but this is not true. It is very easy to recognize us as our logo can be found on the contracts, uniforms, car keys, mini bus, etc. 3.2 COLLECTION AT MÁLAGA TRAIN STATION MARIA ZAMBRANO After leaving the platform go to the main exit of the station. Just outside the exit you will find one of our representatives with a MalagaCar.com sign who will identify himself as an employee of the company. Our office is located in the airport area. The employee WILL ASSIGN YOU AN IDENTIFYING NUMBER TO ENSURE YOUR TURN IN THE MINIBUS AND OUR OFFICE once you have arrived with our free minibus service. An orange minibus of Malagacar.com will pick you up to take you in a short trip of 7 kilometres (around 15 minutes) to our offices. You can easily recognize us by our logo, which you will find in contracts, uniforms, vehicle keys, etc. The car will be returned in our office located at Malaga Airport area. Our free minibus will pick you up to Malaga train station. 3.3 COLLECTION AT THE CRUISE TERMINAL AT MÁLAGA PORT After leaving the terminal just outside the exit you will find one of our representatives with a MalagaCar.com sign who will identify himself as an employee of the company. As the time of leaving the cruise ship is not always the same we require clients to call us when they are about to disembark so that we can be there within half an hour.

THE RENTAL PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE Insurance excess and theft (only if you choose Basic or Comfort Pack Rate) and damages to tyres, rims, hubcaps, side mirrors, windows, locks and the bottom of the vehicle. An additional insurance is available to cover the aforementioned damages and theft at (in the case of not taking out the insurance offered in the previous point, at the time of picking up the vehicle, MalagaCar.com reserves the right to charge the Excess amount as a deposit which will be returned to the client at the end of the contract if the vehicle is returned in the same conditions. Otherwise you will be charged according to the damage up to the amount marked in the chart). 4.1 Vehicles that are in groups A, B, C have an all risk insurance with 1.000,- excess. The additional insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is 15,- per day with a minimum of 35,- and a maximum of 210,- per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 7.50 per day. 4.2 Vehicles that are in groups AA, CA, CE, D, DA, EA, EC, EE, L, LC, LD, LF, LG, LH, LI, PA, PB, PC, PE, PF, PG, PH, PL, PQ, SA, SB, SE, SF, XA, XB, XC, XD have an all risk insurance with 1.200,- excess. The additional insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is 21,- per day with a minimum of 63,- and a maximum of 273,- per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 10,- per day. 4.3 Vehicles that are in groups LJ, LK, LL, LM, LN, LO, LS, LX, PU, PV, PZ, SM, SO, XG, XH, XJ, XM, XN, XQ, XU have an all risk insurance with 3.000,- excess. The additional insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is 25,- per day with a minimum of 75,- and a maximum of 390,- per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 14,- per day. 5. TOW SERVICE PRICES ONE-WAY Only if you choose Basic Rate km = 75,- / km = 110,- / km = 170,- / km = 220,- / km = 350,- / km = 30,- service + 1,30 / km 6. GPS - NAVIGATION SYSTEM The cost for the rental of a GPS navigation system is 5,- per day with a minimum of 15,- and a maximum of 50,- per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 1,80 per day. There will be required a deposit of 100,- 7. MAXI COSI SEATS, BABY SEATS AND BOOSTER SEATS Find below detailed information* for each seat according to the weight of the infant / child according to regulations. 7.1 The cost to rent a Baby seat or Maxi Cosi is 4,50 per day per seat with a maximum of 54,- per seat per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 2,- per day. 7.2 Isofix Baby seat on request can be rented subject to availability or type of car equipped with Isofix at the cost of 8,- per day per Baby seat with a maximum of 90,- per Baby seat per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 3,20 per day. 7.3 The cost to rent a booster seat is 2,- per day per booster seat with a maximum of 30,- per booster seat per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 1,- per day. *Up to age 9 months and up to 10 kg: Maxi Cosi. From 9 kg to 18 kg and from 9 months to 3 years old: Baby Seat. From 15 to 36 kg and 3 to 12 years old: Booster Seat. In case of renting any of the child restraint devices available, the client will be responsible for their suitability, use and placement in the vehicle.

COLLECTION OF VEHICLES BETWEEN 23h and 8h / 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. The collection of vehicles between the mentioned hours has a surcharge of 35,- 9. PAYMENT Payment is completed upon collection of your vehicle with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit/debit card. You can pay in cash (a valid debit or credit card is required) when you book the supplementary insurance (extra insurance) or the Full pack rate. The credit card holder must be the lessee (main driver). 10. DRIVERS AGE 10.1 Groups A, AA, B, C, CA, CE, D, DA. 21 years of age and must have been in possession of a valid driver s license for at least 1 year. Should the driver be younger than 25 years of age or have been in possession of his driving license between 1 and 4 years a surcharge of 6,50 per day is applicable with a minimum of 17,- and a maximum of 79,- for a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 4,- day Groups EA, EC, EE, PA, PB, PC, PE, PF, PG, PH, PL, PQ, SA, SB, XA, XB, XC, XD, XJ. 25 years of age and having been in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years. There is no upper age limit applicable. Should the driver be younger than 25 years of age or have been in possession of his driving license between 2 and 4 years a surcharge of 9,- per day is applicable with a minimum of 27,- and a maximum of 135,- for a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 4,80 per day Groups L, LC, LD, LF, LG, LH, LI, LJ, LK, LL, LM, LN, LO, LS, LX, PU, PV, PZ, SE, SF, SM, SO, XG, XH, XM, XN, XQ, XU. 27 years of age and having been in possession of a valid driving license for at least 5 years. 11. OTHER DETAILS OF INTEREST 11.1 Damages to the interior of the car, clutch, loss of keys, refuelling the wrong fuel type. In the event that the car receives any damage, a damage management fee of 50,- will be applied, except there has been contracted the full-risk insurance or Full Pack rate If the vehicle receives a fine during the rental period the lessee or main driver is held responsible. Said fines carry a cost of 40, MalagaCar.com offers a 2 hour courtesy period after the end time of the contracted rental without charge. After this time can be charged an extra day at the current rate You are not allowed to leave Spain (Peninsula) except traveling to Portugal or Gibraltar, amounting 8,- per day, with a minimum of 24,- and a maximum of 90,- and a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 3,- per day Upon collection of the vehicle you must at all times present your Passport / Identity card, driving license and a credit/debit card We do not guarantee car brand, model, colour or engine type when booking as we work with car groups The leasing company reserves the right to deny the rental of a vehicle to individuals when in doubt of the financial capacity and/or due to a history of outstanding invoices or incidents by the client.

Please check your vehicle well when you return it Upon arriving at our office, you will have to provide some personal information before collecting the booked vehicle. If you want to speed up this process, please click here to send us the required information via web In case the rental contract has to be extended, the car rental price may not be the same.
