The availability can vary between stations, not all car types are available at each location. The cars are classified into groups according to the type of car. Reservations can only be made for a specific group, not for a particular type of car. Our vehicles are regularly serviced and checked prior to every rental. PRICES Avis can offer you a wide variety of prices suitable for your individual needs. Rates for replacement cars, special weekend and holiday rates, as well as special company prices. The rental is charged according to the time of rental - in some cases the mileage driven is charged additionally. Payment is made for full units (hour, day, etc.). Partial units are rounded to the next full unit. Included in the price are oil, cleaning and servicing of the car, insurance against third party, but gas is excluded. Some rates also include supplementary services such as additional insurances. RESERVATION Avis has a unique reservation and rental system. The ""real time online system"" allows us to proceed the reservation at the desired destination worldwide and confirm it immediately. Information about prices, rental conditions, station address, types of vehicles, insurances, and so on are available at your finger tips. You can either call the Avis international reservation office at or simply <a href="" "" class=""bodylink"" target=_blank"">reserve via Internet</a>. 2 At some stations an additional service charge may apply (e.g. airport locations) of 100,- kuna per rental. LONG TERM RENTAL Avis can offer you attractive prices for long-term rentals. For information please contact your nearest Avis station. Additional Driver Information The car can be driven apart from the renter also by an additional driver named by the renter. If the renter is a company the car can be driven by entitled members of the company or the person who is named as additional driver in the rental agreement. HRK per day, HRK per week, HRK maximum (tax inclusive) Age Requirements The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 21 years old. Young driver is up to 24 years old - additional charge for young driver. Young drivers are allowed to drive all vehicle groups, but have to follow laws and regulations of Republic of Croatia regarding speed limit. Drivers License and ID Requirements Driver/renter must posses a driving licence for at least one year. Foreign driving licences are accepted when presented in original or in a well readable, certified translation in Latin letters. International driving licences are only accepted when presented together with a national driving licence. Payment Options For your convenience you can settle your bill by using your credit card. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa. Likewise we accept all Avis methods of payment. For replacement car rentals please note the special conditions. Collecting and Returning Your Vehicle AMENDED RETURN STATION If the car is returned to a station other than agreed - outside the same city - at time of Check Out and noted in the Rental Agreement, an amended return fee of HRK HRK is being charged for the additional fleet disposition cost.

3 After Hours Information If the car is returned after working hours of the drop off office, the after hour fee of kuna will be charged Taking Your Vehicle Outside the Country For travelling outside Croatia special conditions apply. The entry into some countries with an Avis vehicle is not allowed. Information will be given at time of check out, and these conditions will also be printed on the Rental Agreement. Delivery and Collection We can offer you a delivery and collection service. The fee for this service is 150,- kuna for inner city delivery. For delivery and collection outside our office hours we charge 200,- kuna and on public holidays 300,- kuna. For delivery and collection outside town special arrangements should be made with the station, depending on the distance. One Way Rentals Conditions for one way rentals can be obtained at every Avis station, as well as conditions and prices for one way rentals outside Croatia. One way fee within Croatia - please refer to reservations centre. Waiver and Protection Options INSURANCES WE OFFER In case of damage or loss of the Avis vehicle the renter is responsible for the cost of replacement. Avis can offer the option to reduce this liability as indicated in the table below - insurance in case of damage of Avis vehicle (CDW) or - insurance in case of theft of Avis vehicle or parts of it (TP)

For some rates and for all car groups Avis can offer an additional reduction of liability, the so called "Super-CDW". INSURANCE OF PASSENGER Avis can offer a personal accident insurance at a charge of 55.00,- kuna per day. This insures all passengers in the Avis vehicle up to a maximum of ,- kuna in case of death and up to ,- kuna in case of invalidity. THIRD PARTY INSURANCE Insurance cover is provided in accordance with the law of Croatia. Our customers are therefore insured against third party claims. Special Equipment ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT On request : GPS device HRK per day, WIFI device HRK per day, Child safety seat HRK per day, Child booster seat HRK per day, Snow chain HRK per day, Snow tyres HRK per day - all charges taxable.
