Standard daily rate Following is a table indicating the Standard daily rate, inclusive of: unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection (TP), airport fees (ROA), road taxes (OAM) and invoicing charges (CAF). GROUP STANDARD RATE Per day B C D F X K G One day of rental is equal to 24 hours, calculated from the time of vehicle pick- up. Deductibles amounts a) Theft deductibles and liability elimination/reduction THEFT DEDUCTIBLES GROUP FTP* - DEDUCTIBLES (can be eliminated) FTN* - DEDUCTIBLES (CANNOT be eliminated) B 2, C 2, D 2, F / X / K 2, G 2, (*)VAT EXEMPT (FC) The rate includes: - - Third- party liability (RCA), which guarantees insurance coverage for Civil Liability towards third parties, including passengers, animals and objects (excluding those being transported). Passengers in the vehicle are treated as third parties. Third- party liability (RCA) insurance coverage is included in the rate and has a single overall liability limit of 15,000,000. 3 b) Damage deductibles and liability elimination/reduction DAMAGE DEDUCTIBLES GROUP FCD* - DEDUCTIBLES (can be eliminated) FDN* - DEDUCTIBLES (CANNOT be eliminated) B C D F / X / K 1, G 1, (*)VAT EXEMPT (FC) The rate includes: - - Third- party liability (RCA), which guarantees insurance coverage for Civil Liability towards third parties, including passengers, animals and objects (excluding those being transported). Passengers in the vehicle are treated as third parties. Third- party liability (RCA) insurance coverage is included in the rate and has a single overall liability limit of 15,000,000. Collision damage waiver CDW, the activation of which, if such an event should occur, means that only the damage deductible FCD* amount will be due. The rental contract contains specific provisions concerning liability with regard to use of the vehicle. Among these, of particular importance is the observance of the rules of proper and diligent use (for example, avoiding dirt roads and observing common rules of care and attention and maintenance), as well as compliance with traffic regulations. In case of failure to do so, even if the Customer has signed a liability waiver clause, the entire cost of the damage will be charged to the Customer. For further details, we invite our Customers to review, in particular, articles 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the current Maggiore General Conditions and we wish to remind you that, as well as in the cases expressly specified, the liability limitations will not be operative in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence pursuant to article 1229 of the civil code. 4 c) Supplement for elimination/reduction of damage and theft liability STK (including VAT) PERIOD 1-5 (DAYS) 6 (DAYS) 7-20 (DAYS) (DAYS) EXTRA DAYS per day Lump sum per day per month per day B C D F X K G GROUP The STK supplement totally eliminates the FTP* deductible costs with the exception of thefts taking place in Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Molise, Calabria and Sicily (for which the theft deductible costs will not be entirely eliminated, but instead reduced to the amounts shown in the FTN* table) and FCD*, except for rentals starting in Campania, Puglia, Basilicata and Molise (for which the deductible costs are not totally eliminated, but reduced to the amounts shown in the FDN* table). The rental contract contains specific provisions concerning liability with regard to use of the vehicle. Among these, of particular importance is the observance of the rules of proper and diligent use (for example, avoiding dirt roads and observing common rules of care and attention and maintenance), as well as compliance with traffic regulations. Services, accessories and supplements Following are the economic conditions regarding services, accessories and supplements that can be purchased by the Customer on- line or directly at the agency. At the opening of the rental agreement letter a credit limit block will be implemented, on a traditional credit card registered to the user, of an amount equal to that of any estimated accessories/supplements plus 600 euro (2,000 euro if the STK supplement has not been purchased) as a security guarantee for the rental. Supplements Young drivers (YDR) Age: euro per day. Other authorized drivers(ot1/ot2) 8.10 euro per day for each authorized driver. Safe time (ESB) euro per rental, to extend vehicle pick- up time at the agency, on the day of pick- up booked, up until agency closing time. The supplement may only be purchased during the booking phase. Late pick- up (PTL) euro per rental for delays in vehicle pick- up during the rental agreement letter opening phase. One- way trip for cars within the network of Smile Rent agencies (VAL) Return of the vehicle to a town other than the one in which the vehicle was picked- up: euro (VAL). Surcharge for vehicle pick- up at an agency in mainland Italy and drop- off at an agency in Sicily or vice versa: euro (VAS). Rentals starting in mainland Italy and ending in Sardinia (and vice versa) are not allowed. Failure to observe this restriction will result a penalty being charged (SAR) (see sections on penalties). Subject to prior authorization, which must be inserted during the rental agreement letter opening stage, it is also possible to return the car outside of the authorized Smile Rent network, to an agency belonging to the Maggiore network, by paying a supplement of euro (VAB). 6 Airport fee(roa) [Included in the prepaid rate] 16% for all rentals that start at Italian airports. This surcharge will be applied to all rental items except for fuel and CAF (invoicing charges). Invoicing charges (CAF) [Included in the prepaid rate] 2.50 euro per rental for invoicing administrative costs. Refuelling service (RIF/CAR) euro + cost of missing litres, according to average prices ascertained, increased by 30% (as indicated in the rental agreement letter) for recovery of variable supply costs. Accessories and additional services Accessories Upon request and subject to availability: - child seat: euro per day, for amaximum of euro per rental(se1/se2/se3); - booster seats: 7.00 euro per day, for a maximum of euro per rental (RIA/RA2/RA3); - snow chains: 8.90 euro per day for a maximum of euro per rental (CAT); - ski- racks: euro per rental (SCI); - satellite navigator MIO MOOV SPIRIT 200/300 (GPS): euro per day for a maximum of euro per rental; - window shades: 5.75 euro per rental (TEN) - (available at selected agencies); - lightweight stroller: euro per rental (SEB) - (available at selected agencies); - road maps: 3.55 euro per rental (MAP). 7 4. Penalties and miscellaneous If the vehicle is returned to any agency other than the one authorized, within the Smile Rent network, a penalty of euro (FC*) (VAP) will be applied. If the vehicle is returned to an agency other than the one authorized belonging to the Maggiore network (but not belonging to the Smile Rent network), a penalty of euro (FC*)(VSB) will be applied on the spot. If the vehicle is returned late, after the time indicated in the rental agreement letter, an extra day will be charged at the standard published rate. In case you wish to prolong the rental period, the extra days will be charged at the standard published rate, referring to the vehicle effectively being rented. The vehicle may not be returned abroad. If the vehicle is returned abroad, a penalty of 2, (FC*) will be applied and invoiced (REN). Return of the lightweight stroller to any agency other than the one in which the rental started: euro (PSP). Handling of administrative documentation (fines, parking fees, road tolls, accidents, etc.): euro (GRV/GMU). Malfunction of the speedometer or inability to detect the mileage covered entails a set charge of 250 km per day. Penalty for failure or delay to report an accident: euro (PMR) (FC*). Vehicle cleaning 7.00 euro (PPS) (FC*). Extra cleaning of the vehicle: euro, subject to claims for further damages(psv) (FC*). Violation of the rule prohibiting redelivery to/from Sardinia (not allowed): euro, subject to claims for further damages (SAR) (FC*). In the case of "late booking cancellation" (as set out in the "terms and conditions for advance bookings") or in the case of a delay in picking up the rental as agreed when booking, unless a "Safe Time" (ESB) or "Late Pick- up" (PTL) supplement was purchased, the Advance Booking Penalty (PPR) (FC*) will apply, for an amount equal to that paid in advance when booking. 8 Failure to return: chains euro (MRC) (FC*); special chains euro (MRT) (FC*); ski- rack euro (MRP) (FC*); child seat - lightweight stroller euro (MRS) (FC*); keys euro (CHI) (FC*); reflective vest18.00 euro (MRG) (FC*); steering lock50.00 euro (MRB) (FC*); for all types of navigator, failure to return this accessory or any damage to it will result in a penalty of euro (PNS) (FC*); for all types of navigator, failure to return or damage to any one of the components included in the accessory kit (eg. window support, battery charger) will result in the application of a penalty of euro (PKT) (FC*). 5. Optional coverage Personal accident insurance (PAI) euro per day. Personal Travel Insurance (PTI) euro per day. Super PAI (SPI) euro per day. Personal accident insurance (PAI) Customers who sign up for PAI must pay the above surcharge. Drivers over 75 years of age cannot be insured. Agg. Settembre 2014 Pagina 8 di 14

9 The PAI guarantee includes accident coverage for the DRIVER, within the limits described below: Death or permanent disability: 51, euro. There is a deductible equal to 3% of the degree of permanent disability established, when the disability caused by the accident is greater than 3% of the total. If the disability is equal to or less than 3% of the total, no compensation will be paid to the Person insured. Medical expenses for accidents: 5,165.00euro. The guarantee is provided up to the amount indicated, for expenses incurred following hospitalization resulting from the accident. Reimbursement of treatment costs for physical therapy, medicines, thermal treatments (excluding, in all cases, hotel expenses), the purchase or hire of prosthetic and therapeutic equipment (only if the accident as caused anatomical and functional losses) will be recognized with a limit of 30% of the insured amount defined above. Rental costs will only be reimbursed if undertaken within a year of the accident. Fixed deductible of 1, for each accident. Daily hospitalization allowance of euro deductible 5 days, maximum indemnity 15 days. Claim notifications can be addressed to: Maggiore Rent S.p.a. An important range of services following a car accident during vehicle rental: Medical advice following an accident or sudden illness. Return home for health reasons: if the event occurs during a trip, over 50 km from the Insured driver s place of residence and the condition of the Insured driver is such that the doctors at the operations centre, in agreement with the on- site doctors, recommend transfer to a medical establishment near his/her place of residence, the operations centre will define the methods to be used for the return home and will endeavour to: 1) Arrange the patient s transfer to his place of residence or to an equipped hospital in his region, provided that they are both in Italy, by the most appropriate means of transport: air ambulance, airliner on a stretcher, train/sleeping car, ambulance. 2) Assist the patient, if necessary, during his/her return home, with medical/nursing staff. All organizational costs and those relative to transporting the patient, including the fees for on- site and accompanying doctors/nurses, are at the expense of the Company, up to a maximum of 5, euro. 11 Return home of other Insured persons Following the provision of a return home for health reasons, the company will also organize the return home of other Insured persons travelling with the Insured driver if they are not objectively able to return home using the means of transport as initially planned, by offering train tickets (1st class) or air tickets (economy class) up to a maximum of 1, euro. Family member travel If, following a car accident during a trip in the vehicle, over 50 km from the place of residence, involving hospitalization of the Insured driver in a hospital on- site, for a period greater than 10 days and the presence of a family member is requested, the operational structure will provide the family member with a round- trip ticket for travel by train (1st class) or by plane (economy class) for a trip of over 6 hours, up to a maximum of euro. This does not include the family member s accommodation or any other expenses beyond those of the trip itself. Transporting the body Following a fatal car accident during a trip, the operations centre will organize transportation of the body to the burial site in Italy. Should identification of the body by a family member be necessary, the Company will provide a round- trip ticket (accommodation expenses are not included) by train (1st class) or by plane (economy class) for a trip of over 6 hours. The overall maximum amount available for transporting the body and the family member's travel is 5, euro per claim. Baggage and personal belongings stowed in unlocked vehicle sand clearly visible, as well as thefts that take place between the hours of and 6.00 if the vehicle is left unattended, are all excluded.
