1 Summer 2018 Season Court Renewals Dates: May 14 th - Aug 31 st Season Courts are for Members Only 2017 Summer Court holders have until April 16 th in order to get priority renewal on last year s court time After which the court will be made available to the waiting list. How to renew: Corey Thompson If you wish to reserve a Summer court please contact Corey Timeline for Renewals Priority renewal deadline is May 4, If you were a seasonal court holder in you have priority renewal on that court time. After May 4, all current courts that have not been renewed are considered non-renewals, and the court will be made available for sale to the wait list and general public. Renewing Your Seasonal Court Step 1 (Captains): To ensure proper processing for your players, the court captain must submit the entire Court Roster with Share Breakdown & Seasonal Court Renewal Form no later than May 4. Please use the Season Court Roster form & Seasonal Court Renewal forms we have attached. You can turn in your forms to the front desk, or scan your completed forms to Corey@taconicracquet.com Step 1 (Players): In order to make the process as fast and easy as possible for our captains, please make sure that you get them Seasonal Court Player Payment Form fully completed. Step 2 (Captains/Players): A 25% deposit per court is due May 4. Payments will only be processed in the back office when a fully completed packet is submitted by the captain. All player s forms must be included. Payment Options Seasonal Court Information Option 1: 5% pay in full discount. Courts that pay in full by May 4 will save 5%. (Entire group must be paid in full by May 4 no exceptions) Option 2: Pay by using our Auto-Pay Program. Each player can pay their remaining balance in 3 installments taken on September 5 th, October 5 th and November 5th. The Seasonal Court Player Payment Form must be completed for each player & turned in to the desk no later than May 4. Change of Day or Time If you want to change your court day and time, we will try to accommodate your wishes beginning on May 7. All changes will be based on availability on a first come, first serve basis. Please complete the change section of the Season Court Captain Renewal Form as soon as possible. Tennis Ball Program As a FREE service to our customers, we offer premium grade tennis balls as part of your court, you can pick them up at the front desk each time you play. We kindly ask you to return these balls by dropping in the tennis recycle bin located near the indoor court entrance.

Auto-pay for the season court's balance will be taken in 3 installments, September 5 th, October 5 th, and November 5 th. Option 3: Non-Renewal No, we do not intend to renew our Seasonal Court for the season. I hereby release the court to your wait list. 7 Seasonal Court Rules Seasonal Court Rules Any group wishing to reserve their existing seasonal time has a right to that time until May 4, Those whose court times will not be offered seasonally for will be notified in writing. A 25% deposit of the total court cost or Pay In Full 5% discounted rate is required upon renewal. Courts not taking advantage of the 5% Pay In Full discount must leave a 25% deposit of the court share and players are to participate in the auto-pay program, or pay in full with no discount the first week of play. All financial information must be submitted by May 4. Failure to do so could result in the non-renewal of your seasonal court. We NEED everyone s . This will help us communicate better with your court members regarding emergency notifications, snow cancellations, e-newsletters, specials and important dates. Privacy is important to us; therefore, we will not sell, rent, or give your name or address to anyone. At any point, you can click the link at the bottom of our s to opt out. Cancellations & Refunds o You may cancel this contract without further obligation and for a full refund within three days from the date of registration. o From three days after registration through June 1 cancelled courts will be refunded, but the deposit will be non-refundable. o After June 1, the entire court fee is non-refundable for cancelled courts. Taconic Sport & Racquet will accept payments from individual group members only if organized by the captain and submitted with a completed Player Roster stating the individual player s names, address, phone numbers, s and amount each player owes. The club does not rent a specific court. The club rents only the day and time on any available court. Courts may be reassigned at any time at the discretion of the management. Seasonal courts may only use the facilities teaching staff. No outside teaching professionals are allowed to teach or use the facilities teaching equipment. Management reserves the right to provide instruction on adjacent courts. Management reserves the right to change all or part of this offering without prior notice. All Season Court Players must have a current Taconic Sport & Racquet Club Membership from the time of deposit through the end of the 2019 season. Non-Members are only allowed to substitute 1 time per month. The use of the Taconic Sport & Racquet Club s facility is strictly at the player s risk. Taconic Sport & Racquet Club is not responsible for injuries, accidents or damage to any person or to personal property arising from normal athletic activities in the premises. All groups and their guests hereby waive any claims for damages arising from their use of club s facilities. Seasonal court time unused by the playing groups because of personal reasons or holidays cannot be made up. However, in the event you are unable to use your seasonal court time and wish to resell it, you must notify the club in writing. If any portion of the court is sold, you will receive a make-up. It is the Captains responsibility to check if the court was sold.
