Memberships at Ebensburg Country Club are sold as a yearly membership running 1/1/19 through 12/31/19. Golf Season and open for play dates are established by golf course superintendent and professional staff. Membership in Ebensburg Country Club obligates each member to full payment of applicable dues for the year All membership pricing is subject to change at the discretion of the Ebensburg Country Club Board of Directors. Memberships are neither transferable nor refundable. This agreement entitles Member the right to use the facilities of the Ebensburg Country Club as they may exist from time to time. This right may be revoked at the discretion of the Board of Directors for violations of member regulations or for failure to pay membership dues by the due date. I hereby, for myself, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, including those based on claims of gross and common negligence against Ebensburg Country Club, its officers and employees, for any and all injuries which may be suffered by me as a result of any activities associated with the Ebensburg Country Club. 5 Ebensburg Country Club 2019 New Member Incentive Program NEW - Bring in a New Member and split the dues for the first year! New Member pays half of membership plus chit. The only new memberships that apply are regular base memberships, senior memberships and all-inclusive memberships. All other memberships are excluded. New Member must not have been a member last year. Current Member will get credit for half of new member s dues or half of current member s dues, whichever is less. Current Member can receive discount for only one new member and can only sponsor one new member. If current member sponsors a new member after his/her dues are paid, a refund will be issued for the applicable discount. All discounted dues for both current and new members must be paid in full. No monthly dues structure will apply. Any side deals between current members and new members will be outside of membership offer. All disputes will be decided by the Board of Directors. The following is a chart that indicates the net amount of dues for current members and new members based on the type of new member sponsored.
