The Junior 30 membership requires $500 initial payment due with application. All Junior members will be considered Junior Invitational Members until the initiation fee is paid in full, at which point they will be converted to Junior Full Golf members or Full Golf members depending on age at the time of conversion.

4 B a h a m a R o a d, Generational Membership INITIATION FEE $0 MONTHLY DUES* $235 family, $185 unmarried single PRIVILEGES Full golf, swimming facilities, all club-sponsored events, dining, DINING MINIMUM $60/month family or $40/month single This membership is open to any Mother, Father, Son or Daughter and their children under the age of 23, of a Primary Member. The Primary Member must be a Full Golf member having paid a Refundable or Non-Refundable Initiation Fee in order to be eligible to add Generational Members to their membership. In the event that the Primary Member leaves the Club the Generational Member must pay the associated initiation fee or resign concurrently with the primary member. Generational Memberships are not transferrable. Each Generational Member will be issued a house account to which monthly dues, dining minimums, and incidental fees are billed. *Must sign a one-year contract upon addition of a Generational Membership to primary account. Generational Grandchild Membership The Primary Member shall be ultimately responsible for all fees and charges incurred by a Generational Member. The membership use privileges of the Generational Members shall be recallable by the Club at any time in its sole discretion. The Club will offer Generational Memberships on a limited basis. MONTHLY DUES* $50, $25 for any additional grandchild This membership is restricted to any directly related grandchild of a Full Golf member under the age of 23. Any FG member may add a grandchild to their membership account for $50/month and $25/month for any additional grandchildren. The grandchildren will have the same club usage privileges as any other dependant of a FG member. All charges must be billed back to the primary member s account (grandchildren will not have house accounts). *Must sign 1-year contract upon addition of a grandchild to the account (new contract begins with each additional grandchild). 5 B a h a m a R o a d, Generational Membership FAQs Q: Does a Generational Member have Full Golf privileges? A: Yes, a Generational Member, has all of the privileges that any dependent would have under any other Full Golf member (golf, swimming, dining, children s activities, fishing). Q: Can a Generational Member bring guests to the Club? A: Yes, Generational Members may entertain guests with appropriate guest fees in all areas at the Club. Q: Can a Generational Member participate in Golf Association events? A: Yes, Generational Members, of eligible age, may be a member of the GLGA, GMGA, or Junior Golf Events by paying the associated membership and entry fees. Q: If the Primary Member resigns from the Club can a Generational Member assume their Full Golf dues and continue the membership? A: No, a Generational Member is dependent on a Full Golf Refundable or Non-Refundable for their membership and their privileges will be resigned concurrently when the Primary Resigns. If the Generational Member wishes to continue a membership, they will be required to join in a Full Golf category at that time. Q: I m married but the only golfer in my family; can I be a single Generational Member? A: Greenbrier is a family Club and the Rules and Bylaws state that any married person is considered a family membership and all family members under the age of 23 living at home or a full-time student will have membership privileges at the Club. Q: How will each Generational Member s house account be invoiced? A: Since the Primary Member is ultimately responsible for all financial obligations of the dependent Generational Members on the membership, the Primary Member will determine where house account invoices are to be delivered. In the event a Generational Member s account become 30 days past due the Primary Member will be notified immediately and the Generational Member s account suspended until paid in full. Q: I m currently an Invitational Member, but want to bring Generational Members onto my account, what do I need to do? A: First, the Invitational Member must convert to a Full Golf Refundable or Non-Refundable member by paying the associated initiation fee. After conversion, Generational Members will be allowed to submit an application to become dependent on the Full Golf member s account. Q: Will any future changes in the initiation fee affect the Generational Member s initiation fee? A: The Generational Members who are accepted will lock-in the 2019 fee. It is $4,000 for a Full Golf Non-Refundable Member. Q: When will a Generational Member be able to enjoy membership privileges? A: As soon as the application is submitted the approval process will begin. Membership privileges will begin no later than two weeks after submission of the application, but in most cases within 48 hours of submission of the completed application.
