4 CONCESSION CATEGORIES When applying for a concession card, please ensure that you show proof of address, age and entitlement e.g. current letter of award. The Season Ticket is not transferable. 2. The ticket must be passed to the starter prior to commencement of play for validation. 3. The ticket must be carried at all times while on the course and produced on request to Fife Golf Trust staff. 4. Fife Golf Trust reserve the right to close any course during adverse weather conditions or on particular days to reserve the tee for competitions (Open Events included). Refunds are not available in these instances. 5. Please note that prices quoted allow the Season Ticket holder use of one stated course, except holders of Rover Tickets. 6. All 17/18 season tickets are valid until with the exception of Direct Debit Rover holders. 7. All cheques must be made payable to Fife Golf Trust. 8. Payment by Debit/Credit Card is only available at the GOLF COURSES (Not Auchterderran) by Application Form. Please note that a charge will be added for Credit Card payments. 9. Refunds, other than 4 above, would only be paid in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Fife Golf Trust. 10. Concessions see Concession Categories 11. In respect of the Concession Season Ticket Fife Golf Trust may on more than one occasion require the holder to present their eligibility documents for confirmation of continued entitlement to the Concession. 13. Your signature on the Application Form is your acceptance of the season ticket conditions. 14. Lost/stolen cards must be reported to any of the FGT Golf Pros/Starters. The joining Fee payment must be made at one of the 6 FGT Golf Pro/Starter shops on completion of the application form. This payment is non-refundable. 2. In addition to the application form the applicant must present Passport or Driving Licence ID in addition to a recent utility bill or bank statement. 3. Direct Debit customers must provide a valid address. Note: will be the normal means of communication. 4. Membership is immediately valid from date of the Initial Payment. 5. Direct Debits will be taken from your account on the 15th of every month, or next banking day, bar December and January when no payment is required. 6. Any member paying by Direct Debit will be notified via 10 working days in advance of any changes to their Direct Debit payment. After a minimum membership period, when a minimum of 3 months payments have been made members can cancel their direct debit via their bank. Written notice using the Cancellation Form (on website) or via would be appreciated.. 7. If a direct debit payment is missed an will be sent to the member advising of the amount due and that membership (playing rights) has been suspended. The member will be advised that they will not be permitted to rejoin the scheme until all amounts due are paid in full. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid, the FGT Rover Direct Debit membership will be cancelled and the member will be invoiced for any outstanding monies. 8. If a direct debit payment is missed and all outstanding amounts are not paid within one month of the missed payment then the Initial Payment will need to be paid in addition to any outstanding monies in order to rejoin the FGT Direct Debit scheme. If you request Fife Golf Trust to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Fife Golf Trust or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society - if you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Fife Golf Trust asks you to.
