5 Minimum Spending Program The Board of Governors may institute a minimum-spending program, as they deem necessary: 1. Only a la carte food charges are applied. 2. The minimum is non-transferable. 3. Members will be divided into two (2) groups according to the initial of their last name. A. Calculating minimum for A-M will be first to the last day of the month. B. Calculating minimum for N-Z will be 16th to the 15th of the following month. 4. Membership is minimum of 24-month. 5. Minimum spending requirements vary according to membership category. ***Exceptions NNR (non-resident) no minimum ***Special problems will be individually considered upon receipt of written explanation in advance. Authorization and Release If membership is terminated for any reason whatsoever, the balance of all dues and other charges, such as amounts due under a minimum spending program, (collectively the Unpaid Balance ) shall be immediately due and payable. I hereby authorize and release the club to use my credit card to pay any Unpaid Balance owed at the time of termination of membership or any Unpaid Balance over 60 days old without notice to me. All members must provide the following information to the Club: 1) name of major credit card (ie. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, etc.); 2) name of cardholder as it appears on the credit card; 3) expiration date of credit card; and 4) billing zip code, all in a format reasonably acceptable to the Club. Said credit card information must be updated at least annually or at such other interval as the Club reasonably requires. Failure to provide the updated credit card information to the Club when required shall be grounds for termination of membership.
