Copy of your most recently issued W2 Form and/or 1099 Copy of your most recent bank statement and any other proof of savings REQUIRED FEES: Application fee: $75.00 Non-Refundable Application fee per applicant and Guarantor made payable to Bruma Realty LLC. We accept Cash, Check, Money order & Credit/Debit card (Use attached payment form). We also accept payment via Zelle (Chase QuickPay), Venmo and Paypal. Payments can be sent to: info@brumarealty.com. Apartment hold deposit: In most cases, we can hold the apartment for you while your application is being reviewed with a Deposit of $500, You may use the same form of payments acceptable for the application fee. The deposit is a commitment and binding if you are approved and will be credited to the total due at lease signing. If your application is denied, you will be refunded for the deposit. All apartments have a broker's fee unless otherwise listed. We encourage you to consult with the agent you are working with if you have any questions or concerns.
