PROGRAMME 13:00 REGISTRATION at Orpen Memorial Hall, Mosheshesford Club 20km & 40km Cycle: 20km: From Mosheshesford Club to Aartappelhoogte and back. 40km: A circular route from Mosheshesford Club, via Donkerhoek, Eliasdale and Aartappelhoogte. 14:00 Cycles start from MOSHESHESFORD CLUB 18:30 REGISTRATION 18:00 Meal served at Orpen Memorial Hall DAY 2: SATURDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2015: Mountain Trail 23km: A self-guided trail from Steepside Bridge to Two Peaks and back. Basic map reading / orienteering skills are required. 07:00 Meet at STEEPSIDE BRIDGE, near the Camp Site. Remember to TAKE YOUR OWN LUNCH AND ENOUGH WATER! Kraai River Croc Event: 2 man ARK boats from Kraai River Bridge to Riverside. 6 Crocs Rock! 27, 28 FEBRUARY & 1 MARCH 2015 WAIVER AND INDEMNITY I, the undersigned Identity number: [hereinafter referred to as the "INDEMNITY GRANTOR"] do hereby waiver any claim which can be made against the organizers of the Crocs Rock Event, Mosheshesford Club, the land owners of the area traversed and all their employees, any of the mentioned persons or organizations representatives or agents [hereinafter referred as the "INDEMNIFIED PERSONS"], which may arise from any adventure and / or sporting activities offered by the INDEMNlFIED PERSONS and specifically with regard to the Crocs Rock Event. The INDEMNITY GRANTOR hereby releases the INDEMNIFIED PERSONS from all liability and holds each and all of the INDEMNIFIED PERSONS harmless against all claims, damages, injuries, losses, debts, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in any way connected with any adventure and / or sporting activities offered by the INDEMNIFIED PERSONS, including without limitation: 1. Any personal injury or loss of life; 2. Any loss of support, maintenance or other claims or damages arising from or connected with a personal injury or loss of life to the INDEMNITY GRANTOR; 3. Any loss or damage to property belonging to the INDEMNITY GRANTOR or any third party, which may occur whilst participating in the said event; Whether arising out of strict liability, statute or otherwise and whether caused by the negligence or gross negligence on the part of the INDEMNIFIED PERSONS or any other person or otherwise. I am fully aware of the dangers associated with taking part in the event being an extreme mountain wilderness event on unmarked trails, an inaccessible river, and of the dangers to which we will expose ourselves to, in respect of, wild animals such as antelope and feline species, poisonous snakes, all insect and other species that may be found in the area to be traversed. We are fully aware of the possibility of human interference other than that of the organizers and the INDEMNITY GRANTOR folly accepts all the risks associated therewith. We declare that we are physically fit and healthy so far as may reasonably be determined and undertake to inform the organizers of any condition, medical or otherwise past and / or present, which may have an impact on our participation and the participation of others in the aforesaid activities. Each clause of this Deed of Indemnity is independent and severable from all other clauses. The acknowledgements, agreements and undertakings in this indemnity shall be deemed to be made in favour of the INDEMNIFIED PERSONS- Each clement of the release from liability and / or indemnity in respect of each cause or activity covered by this release from liability and / or indemnity shall be separate and severable from the other elements. This indemnity shall in all respects be governed by the Laws of the Republic of South Africa and all disputes, actions and other matters arising in connection therewith, shall be determined in accordance with such laws.
