R450 per person R350 per person You provide your own 4x4 vehicles; we will have instructors to assist you on the 4x4 track. You will experience driving through mud, water crossings, axel twisters, balance bridge, ascending/descending hills, pole bridges, rocky paths et cetera on our 4x4 test track, offering you typical Southern African driving terrain under controlled conditions. Grade 2-4 rating. The objective is to expose your sales staff to your latest 4x4/4x2/soft-roader under controlled conditions whilst they experience your latest vehicle on a 4x4 track in a 1200 ha Game Reserve. A 4x4 trail through the reserve is included. Promotional material/equipment maybe displayed at the venue and on route to the 4x4 track. The price excludes the reserves entrance fees of an R200 p.p.p. day. These rates apply to everybody that enters the reserve. A full catering service is also available on request.

The objective is to expose your potential clients/media/sales staff to your latest 4x4/4x2/soft-roader under controlled conditions whilst they experience your latest vehicle/s on a natural 4x4 track in a 1200 ha Game Reserve boosting 4 of the big 5. A 4x4 trail through the reserve is included. Promotional material/equipment maybe displayed at the venue and on route to the 4x4 track. Getting up close to Lions, Rhino s, Cheetahs, Buffalo to name just a few of the African wildlife you will encounter on the day. The open-air shooting range will provide everyone with enough ammunition to build up your confidence! For those of you that haven t used a weapon before or do not have experience in target shooting Our instructor will be there to give you some pointers and ensure that everyone is safe. The weapons being used will be 50 rounds on the Airgun and 50 rounds on the Paintball gun. Included is the arrival coffee/tea/fruit juice for the duration of the day. The objective is to expose everyone to a new, fun experience and to encourage mutual respect and achieve common goals. Experience the brute power of these offroad machines as they take you from obstacle to obstacle at idling speed! We only use the latest vehicles available on the market. 4 Africa Fun Day 2-5 People R People R550 per person People R450 per person 21+ People R400 per person During this fun event everyone will get 10 shots at a target with an Air gun, Crossbow, Paintball gun and a Slingshot. Includes the arrival coffee/tea/fruit juice/water for the duration of the day. Combo-Blindfold & 4x4 Teambuilding Fun Day 2-5 People R People R980 per person People R680 per person 21+ People R550 per person We will provide the 4x4 vehicle with an Instructor that will be present at all times. The group will be divided into teams of 4 people with 3 of them blindfolded and one to navigate the team through the 4x4 track. The primary objective is to encourage a commitment to building trust and enhancing communication. Includes the arrival coffee/tea/fruit juice/water for the duration of the day Combo - 4x4 Fun Day & Africa Fun Day 2-5 People R People R1 020 per person People R910 per person 21+ People R810 per person We will provide the 4x4 vehicles and instructors to assist you on this adventure option. You will be driving on a 4x4 tracks and then have a go on the shooting range with a Slingshot, Airgun, and Paintball gun. The winner will be the one with the highest score on all of these events. 5 Protea 4x4 Driver Training Academy Driver Private Training course during weekdays Passenger/child R2 450 per driver R3 450 per driver Plus, R350 per passenger/child Our training facility in the Rhino & Lion Nature Reserve boasts some of the most rugged wilderness areas that Gauteng offers. The facility is an accredited training venue for Mitsubishi Motors South Africa, Chrysler Jeep & Dodge, FIAT, Mercedes-Benz and various other manufacturers. Minimum deadline for bookings will be 15 working days prior to the intended date and time of the activity you wish to book for, any shorter period may result in us not been able to assist you. All participant need to sign a Protea 4x4 Adventures indemnity form prior to the activity. All of the above prices include coffee/tea/juice for the duration of the activity. These prices do not include any catering; catering services is available on request. No alcohol is allowed on or during any of these activities unless by prior arrangement on certain activities. In the event of a cancellation or postponement by your group prior to the booked and confirmed date you will be liable for 100% payment for the booked event.

All participants need to be dressed casual, comfortable shoes, jeans, a hat, sun block and a jacket depending on the type of activity and during which time of the year it takes place. The above activities are only guidelines - you may alter it or combine some of the activities with one another. Please feel free to contact us to assist you with customised packages. The facilities are used entirely at your own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for any loss or damage or any personal injury that may be suffered by any person/s using the facilities. You will be held responsible and/or liable for any damage caused by you or any member of your party. The booking company undertakes to pay any damage caused within 2 days after receiving the invoice for repairs to the damage property or equipment. The Instructors reserve the right to exclude anybody from any of the activities if in their sole consideration / option they feel that a person(s) is not fit to participate in these activities. Maximum time allowed for any late arrivals will be ½ hour, the activity will then be deemed cancelled and you will forfeit your full payment. The time with which your group starts late will be deducted from the time it normally takes to do the activity and you will lose out on the benefit of the proposed activity for your group. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total bill is payable in advance to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date, no refunds for no-shows. In the event of cancellation or postponement days prior to the booked date, you will receive a refund of minus 20% per person. If you postpone or cancel 7 30 days prior to the event you will forfeited your full deposit. If you should cancel or postpone 1 7 days prior to the event you will be liable for 100% payment of the booking value. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Protea you will be refunded in full.
