3 About Be a Superhero on the 15th May and make a difference to local children! Sign up your school, college, university, business or place of work then dust off your superhero outfit and join in! This is your chance to step up for Cash for Kids, reveal the superhero in you or your company and make a real difference to local disabled and disadvantaged children. Let us know how you re going to be involved and get fundraising today! Are you locking your boss up? Holding a super quiz or a onesie day? Running a superhero dress up day at your nursery or school? Maybe doing a challenge and getting sponsored by your family and friends? Then let us know! The wackier your idea, the better and no contribution is too small if we all work together we can make a huge difference! Your activity can take place any time but ideally between the 11th and 15th May. We might even be able to come and see you! Why not sign up your company to participate in our Corporate Challenge event on 8th May in Glasgow. With 10 participants in every team you will enjoy a fun filled action packed day whilst fundraising for our Super Summer Campaign. Great for staff morale and teambuilding! Every penny raised locally stays locally and goes towards supporting the most vulnerable children living in your community.

4 What your cash could 10 do could help a Kinship family to purchase clothes, bedding and other essentials for their children 50 could provide food to five children for a week during the summer holidays could buy a pair of shoes for a child with holes in theirs 250 could provide a memorable daytrip or experience for children living in poverty during the summer holidays 500 could provide support to a food bank to enable distribution of hot meals to 30 children once a week for the entire summer holidays 1,000 could provide 6 children with a weeklong residential experience providing confidence team building and communication skills

5 Why should you help? To be somebody s hero! To do something good in your community To make someone feel good! To make a difference locally! To change the life of a local child!
