If you are applying as an individual, a couple, or for your family... you may use the form on the following pages, to submit an initial application to register and secure your spot for the 10th Annual, Upper Room Experience camp meeting retreat. 3 PAGE 2 II. Lodging and Meals Cost for lodging and meals are packaged into one convenient price. These plans span the duration of the retreat (meals beginning Wednesday morning and ending on Sunday afternoon, with a sack lunch). NOTE: Any child 5 years old and under, attends at no cost! = meal included with plan. These meals will be directed by our camp meeting cooks. We serve a plant-based vegetarian menu (free of milk and eggs); served twice a day. MOTEL $295 PER PERSON DORMITORY $255 PER PERSON Standard: 2 full size beds, sleeps 2 to 6 people; double (2) occupant minimum. Number of persons Extended: 2 full size beds, 2 bunk beds, sleeps 4 to 8 people; quad (4) occupant minimum. Tents sleep as many as your personal tent will hold. The area has a food preparation facility, restrooms, and showers.
