3 NASSAU, BAHAMAS TRIP Wake Chapel Church is going to Nassau, Bahamas! We are excited about the opportunity to worship with Bishop Neil C. Ellis, Presiding Bishop for Global United Fellowship and Senior Pastor of Mount Tabor Church, Nassau, Bahamas, and his congregation. The travel dates are Friday, September 14 to Monday, September 17, The trip is open to anyone who would like to go. The full (air and hotel) package will include: 3 nights lodging at MELIÁ Nassau Beach All-inclusive Hotel o food (3 meals and snacks) o beverages o transfers (fares to and from the airport) round trip airfare from RDU International Airport MELIÁ Nassau Beach All-inclusive Hotel Deposit Required: $100 per room Deadline: February 28 The total price per person for 3 nights is as follows based on category AND occupancy (includes hotel taxes and transfers to and from airport): Category: Classic Island View $ per person for double occupancy $ per person for single occupancy $ per person for triple occupancy (with two double beds) $ per child (ages 2 12) Category: Deluxe Pool View $ per person for double occupancy $ per person for single occupancy $ per person for triple occupancy (with two double beds) $ per child (ages 2 12) Category: Premium Ocean View $ per person for double occupancy $ per person for single occupancy $ per person for triple occupancy (with two double beds) $ per child (ages 2 12) 3
4 For hotel clarification: The rates are the same per person except for a child in the same room. So, if there is a husband, wife and child in the same room, then the husband and wife pay one rate EACH and the child (ages 2 12 years) pays the child rate. Each person must complete a registration form. Drop payments with a completed registration form or payment stub in any one of the church drop boxes. Payments can also be mailed to Wake Chapel Church, 3805 Tarheel Club Road, Raleigh, NC The deadline to complete all payments for the trip is July 31, Airfare: Delta Airlines Airfare Cost: $ per person Deposit Required: $150 per seat Deposit Deadline: February 28 You must bring a valid U.S. Passport for this trip, which will be an additional cost if you do not currently possess one or need to renew (see pages 6-7).
