8 NEW CONSULTANT JUMP START VOLUME As a new Consultant, your journey to Arbonne s Incentive Trip in Atlantis begins with New Consultant Jump Start Volume. Simply register for the Arbonne Incentive Trip in your Start Month and you ll earn an additional 50% of your SuccessLine Volume as Jump Start Volume, to use towards your total volume goal! Example: As a new Consultant, if you accumulate 3,900 SuccessLine Volume in your Start Month, 50% of that volume will be added to your to your total Start Month Volume. 50% of 3,900 SuccessLine Volume = 1,950 Jump Start Volume 3, ,950 = 5,850 Start Month Volume TERMS AND CONDITIONS New Consultants must pay the Arbonne Incentive Trip $30 registration fee in their Start month to earn Jump Start Volume. Preferred Clients who upgrade to or earn Consultant rank during the qualification period must pay the Arbonne Incentive Trip $30 registration fee the month in which they upgrade to or earn Consultant rank to earn Jump Start Volume. Consultants will not be paid on Jump Start Volume earned in their Start Month. Jump Start Volume will not count toward SuccessPlan qualifications. United States volume is based on RV. Canada, United Kingdom and Australia volume is based on QV. 6

9 GUEST BUY-IN OPTIONS Arbonne Incentive Trip attendees are offered two (2) guest buy-ins per double occupancy only. Buy-in options are based on availability and a limit of four (4) persons per room with existing bedding. GUEST BUY-IN PRICES Guest buy-in for an adult 18+ years of age: $775 USD per adult Guest buy-in for a child years of age: $495 USD per child Guest buy-in for a child 7 11 years of age: $230 USD per child Guest buy-in for a child 6 years of age and under: $30 USD per child ARBONNE INCENTIVE TRIP GUEST BUY-INS INCLUDE: Five-night, six-day resort accommodations in the Royal Towers of Atlantis Resort taxes and gratuities Breakfast & Dinner (gratuities included): Meal Plan Schedule August 7: Arrival day; dinner only August 8-11: Breakfast and dinner August 12: Departure day; breakfast only Arbonne Group Welcome Recognition Dinner Private round-trip ground transportation to and from the Nassau International Airport and the Atlantis Resort on official event dates (arriving August 7, departing August 12) 7

10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS The qualification period for the Arbonne is December 1, 2010 May 31, Any Independent Consultant is eligible to register for the Arbonne. Preferred Clients are not permitted to register; however, any Preferred Clients who upgrade to or earn Consultant rank may register after becoming a Consultant. Registration must be completed online only in the Events section within the Internet Consultants area of arbonne.com. The registration fee is $30. This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable, even if the Independent Consultant who paid the fee does not attend the Arbonne. The registration dates are December 1, 2010 May 31, If an Independent Consultant meets the program requirements, he or she must separately claim the Arbonne between June 6 24, The claiming process for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2011 will end at 10 p.m. Pacific time on June 24, The dates for the Arbonne will be August 7 12, 2011, at the Atlantis Resort in Paradise Island, Bahamas, for U.S., Canadian and UK Independent Consultants. Australian Independent Consultants will attend the Arbonne at the Cable Beach Resort & Spa in Broome, Australia. Each rank (Consultant, District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Vice President, and National Vice President) has its own qualification requirements necessary to earn the Arbonne Incentive Trip. For Independent Consultants registered with Arbonne before December 1, 2010, their rank as of this date determines the requirements that they must meet to earn the Arbonne. For new Consultants who register or advance from Preferred Client on or after December 1, 2010, the Consultant rank requirements will apply. Preferred Clients who upgrade to or earn their Consultant rank during the qualification period can participate in the Arbonne Incentive Trip program. The month in which Preferred Clients upgrade to or earn their Consultant status will be considered their Start Month for this incentive program, and they must achieve the Consultant qualification goal. United States volume is based on RV. Canada, United Kingdom and Australia volume is based on QV. Consultants, Managers and Vice Presidents must accumulate at least 150 Personal Retail Volume (PRV)/ Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV) in a month, for that month s activity to count toward their program goal. Both the volume and sponsoring goals must be achieved in order to qualify for the incentive trip. The volume and sponsoring goals are cumulative over the entire qualification period and are not monthly goals. 8

11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTINUED Volume goals are based on Central Volume for Managers and Vice Presidents; volume goals are based on SuccessLine Volume for Consultants. Personally sponsored new Business-Building Consultants must achieve 500 PRV/PQV in their Start Month to count as a new Business-Building Consultant for the month. Preferred Clients do not count as a personally sponsored new Business-Building Consultant. Pick-up Credits and Promotion Credits do not count toward volume goals. Managers and VPs who promote out from your Central October 1, 2010 May 1, 2011, will count toward your Central Volume goal. Consultants who promote out from your SuccessLine October 1, 2010 May 1, 2011, will count toward your SuccessLine Volume goal. If multiple promote-outs occur from the same Central in the same month, the immediate upline promoting manager receives the Central Volume. Example: Sally (DM) sponsored Kelly (CONS) who sponsored Mary (CONS). In the month of December, Kelly and Mary are in Sally s Central District, but then as of January 1, Kelly and Mary promote to DM. Sally can count Kelly s Central Volume for the trip qualification and Kelly will be able to count Mary s Central Volume for the trip qualification. Sally will not be able to count Mary s volume, because she s not the immediate upline promoting manager of Mary. Preferred Clients who upgrade to or earn Consultant rank during the qualification period will only count as personally sponsored new Business-Building Consultants if their Start Date as a Preferred Client falls between December 1, 2010 May 31, The month in which Preferred Clients upgrade to or earn Consultant rank will be considered their Start Month for this incentive. All Preferred Clients who upgrade to or earn Consultant rank and all new Business-Building Consultants sponsored during the qualification period must remain at their pay status or higher throughout the qualification period, in order to count as your personally sponsored new Business-Building Consultant for this incentive. Any Independent Consultants who do not maintain their pay status held as of December 1, 2010 or their Start Date (if later) during the qualification period will not be eligible to claim the Arbonne, unless they re-promote by May 1, 2011 and achieve the cumulative volume and sponsoring goals set forth in the Program Documents for the rank they held as of December 1, 2010 or their Start Date (if later). Your activity (Retail Volume/Qualifying Volume and sponsoring) used to calculate whether you have achieved the program requirements cannot be transferred to any other Independent Consultant s account. There is no volume cap; all Central Volume earned will count toward the total volume goal. Arbonne reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any portion of the Arbonne at any time at its sole discretion. 9

The qualification period for this program is December 1, 2010 May 31, Q. Who is eligible to participate in this incentive program? A. Any registered and active Arbonne Independent Consultant is eligible to participate in this incentive program. This program is a global program; however, U.S., Canadian and UK Independent Consultants will attend the Arbonne at the Atlantis Resort in Paradise Island, Bahamas. Q. Where do Independent Consultants register for the trip? A. Independent Consultants must register online only by clicking to arbonne.com > Internet Consultants > Events > Arbonne > Register Now. Q. If Preferred Clients upgrade or earn their Consultant status in January 2011 May 2011, the month in which they achieve Consultant rank will be considered their Start Month for this incentive. They will earn an additional 50% of their Start Month SuccessLine Volume as Jump Start Volume when they register for the Arbonne in their Start Month as a Consultant. Q. Will I be paid commissions, overrides or bonuses on the Jump Start Volume I earn in December? A. No. The Jump Start Volume will only count toward your Arbonne volume goal and does not carry any Retail Volume (RV) or Qualifying Volume (QV). Q. Are my volume goals based on RV or QV? A. In the United States, volume goals will be based on RV for the Arbonne. In Canada, Australia and the UK, volume goals will be based on QV for the Arbonne. 11

Please see the Program Documents entitled Consultant Qualification Goals, District Manager Qualification Goals, Area Manager Qualification Goals, Regional Vice President Qualification Goals, and National Vice President Qualification Goals. Q. If I demote during the qualification period, can I still participate in the Arbonne Incentive Trip program? A. If an Independent Consultant demotes after December 1, 2010, or their Start Date (if later), but then re-promotes by May 1, 2011, to his or her original rank held as of December 1, 2010, or their Start Date (if later) and achieves the cumulative volume and sponsoring goals set forth in the Program Documents for that rank, they will earn the trip. For example, someone starts the program as an AM as of December 1, 2010, and on January 1 demotes to DM, but then on May 1 re-promotes to AM and meets the AM requirements for the trip by the end of May, that Independent Consultant earns the trip. Q. If I demote during the trip qualification period and then re-promote on April, what volume can I count toward achieving my trip requirements? A. You will count your Central Volume at the level you started the program with as of December 1, 2010, or your Start Date (if later), and then during the months you re being paid at the lower level, you ll count your SuccessLine Volume. For example, if you started the program at the paid-as rank of AM on December 1, 2010, and then drop to paid-as rank of DM in February and March and then re-promote to paid-as AM rank in April, you ll count your Central Area Volume for December & January, your District SuccessLine Volume for February & March, and then your Central Area Volume for April & May. 12
