Volume of District Managers promoted out prior to January 1, 2013, will not count toward your Central District Volume goal for the Arbonne Incentive Trip Volume goals are based on Central District Volume for Managers and Vice Presidents. Volume goals are based on SuccessLine Volume for Independent Consultants until they promote to District Manager. Neither Pick-up Credits nor Performance Account Balances count toward Central Volume goals. Canadian volume is based on QV. 2 New District Managers: Your first generation District Managers who promote out from your Central District for the first time during the period from December 1, 2012, through June 1, 2013, will count as your New District Managers. For the purposes of the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013, District Manager promotions cannot be a spouse, domestic partner, or a person living in the household of a qualifying Independent Consultant. If multiple promote-outs from the same Central District occur in the same month, then the immediate upline promoting Manager receives credit for the direct promotion. Example: Sally (DM) sponsored Kelly (AIC) who sponsored Mary (AIC). In the month of December 2012, Kelly and Mary are in Sally s Central District, but then as of January 1, 2013, Kelly and Mary promote to DM. Sally will be able to count only Kelly as her New District Manager, and Kelly will be able to count Mary as her New District Manager. 3Bonus Cash:Based on country of residence, $1,000 (USD), $1,100 (CAD), 700 (GBP) Bonus Cash will be added to Independent Consultants July 2013 override checks if they register for and claim Level Three for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 by June 30, Independent Consultants who register for, claim Level Three, and receive double occupancy plus Bonus Cash in July s override but do not attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 will be charged the amount of the Bonus Cash, and it will be deducted from future override checks beginning with September Double Occupancy Upgrade Opportunity: Level One Independent Consultants are eligible to upgrade to double occupancy by buying-in one (1) guest for $950 USD. 3

4 DECEMBER JUMP START VOLUME Your journey to the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 begins with December Jump Start Volume. Simply register for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 from December 1 31, 2012, and you will earn double Central District Volume (Independent Consultants earn double SuccessLine Volume) as Jump Start Volume to use toward your total volume goal for December business. JUMP START VOLUME FOR NEW CONSULTANTS New Independent Consultants who sign up during the period from December 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, will receive double SuccessLine Volume in their Start Month under the Jump Start program. Preferred Clients who pay the $77 upgrade fee during the period of December 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, and register for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013, will also receive double SuccessLine Volume in their Start Month. Only the volume achieved after the upgrade qualifies for this incentive and the Jump Start program. JUMP START VOLUME TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Independent Consultants, Managers, and Vice Presidents must register and pay the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 $30 USD Independent Consultant registration fee in December 2012 to earn Jump Start Volume. 2. Independent Consultants, Managers, and Vice Presidents will not be paid on Jump Start Volume earned in December Jump Start Volume will not count toward Independent Consultant s monthly maintenance requirement. 4. Jump Start Volume will not be added into Independent Consultant s Performance Account. 5. Jump Start Volume will not count toward SuccessPlan qualifications. 6. United States volume is based on RV. 5 GUEST BUY-IN OPTIONS Level One Independent Consultants are eligible to upgrade to double occupancy by buying-in one (1) guest for $950 USD. ARBONNE INCENTIVE TRIP GUEST BUY-INS INCLUDE Five-night, six-day room accommodations at the El Conquistador Resort (includes taxes and resort fees) A total of $200 in Arbonne meal vouchers Group ground transportation to and from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) and the El Conquistador Resort on official event dates (arriving October 20, 2013, departing October 25, 2013) Arbonne Group Welcome Dinner Welcome Gifts Independent Consultants who earn or upgrade to double occupancy for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 are offered two (2) additional guest buy-ins per double occupancy. Buy-in options are based on availability and a limit of four (4) persons per room. 6 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS The dates for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 are October 20 25, The Qualification Period for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 is December 1, 2012, through May 31, Any active Independent Consultant who is in good standing is eligible to register for the Arbonne Incentive Trip Preferred Clients are not permitted to register, however, any Preferred Client who upgrades to Independent Consultant rank may register after becoming an Independent Consultant. The Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 is open to Independent Consultants in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Australian Independent Consultants will attend their Incentive Trip at a separate resort location. Registration for and claiming of the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 must be completed online in the Events section within the Internet Consultants area of arbonne.ca. The Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 registration fee is $30 USD per person. The registration dates are December 1, 2012, through May 31, The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the Independent Consultant who paid the fee does not earn or attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip When an Independent Consultant meets the Qualification Requirements, he or she MUST SEPARATELY CLAIM the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 between June 14 30, The claiming process for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 will end at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on June 30, The Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 is for one person (Independent Consultant) or two people (Independent Consultant plus spouse, significant other or one guest). Your guest may not be an Independent Consultant, unless he or she is your spouse, significant other or immediate family member. Preferred Clients who upgrade to Independent Consultant rank during the period from December 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, may participate in the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 if they pay the $77 upgrade fee. The month in which a Preferred Client upgrades to Independent Consultant status will be considered his or her Start Month for the Arbonne Incentive Trip Only the volume achieved after the Preferred Client has upgraded is counted for that month. Volume achieved prior to the upgrade is excluded for this incentive. Each Independent Consultant must be active and in compliance with his or her Arbonne Independent Consultant Application and Agreement, Arbonne Policies & Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan (the Agreements ), during the Qualification Period in order to qualify for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013, and must be active and in compliance with the Agreements at the time of the Arbonne Incentive Trip Arbonne reserves the right to disqualify any Independent Consultant at any time for any violation of the Agreements or for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Canada volume is based on QV. Volume goals are based on Central District Volume for Managers and Vice Presidents; volume goals are based on SuccessLine Volume for Independent Consultants until they promote to District Manager. Promotions of any District Manager who is a spouse, domestic partner or a person living in the household of a qualifying Independent Consultant will not count toward meeting the District Manager Qualification Requirements for the Arbonne Incentive Trip. Activity (Central District Volume and District Manager promotions) used to calculate whether an Independent Consultant has achieved the Qualification Requirements cannot be gifted or transferred to any other Independent Consultant s account for any reason. 6

7 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS cont'd When an Independent Consultant s Arbonne ID is not renewed or is terminated for any reason, the activity and volume associated with that Arbonne ID will not transfer to the upline Independent Consultant or be included in the activity or volume used to calculate whether the upline Independent Consultant has met the Qualification Requirements. Independent Consultants, Managers, and Vice Presidents must register for and pay the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 $30 USD Independent Consultant registration fee between December 1 31, 2012, in order to earn December Jump Start Double Volume. New Independent Consultants must register for and pay the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 $30 USD Independent Consultant registration fee in their Start Month in order to earn Jump Start Double Volume. Travel expenses incurred between the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 earner s home and Puerto Rico are the incentive trip earner s responsibility. Arbonne will not reimburse Independent Consultant for travel expenses. Arbonne is not responsible for pre- or post-activities of the Independent Consultant and his or her guest(s). Independent Consultants and their guests will be personally liable and fully responsible for any expenses incurred during such pre- or post-activities. All personal expenses incurred, including hotel room incidentals, are the responsibility of the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 earner. Rooms are based on double occupancy. Single travelers who earn and claim Level One will be placed with another Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 earner who earns and claims Level One. In the event the number of Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 earners exceeds the number of rooms reserved at the selected hotel, Arbonne reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodations for some Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 earners. No compensation will be paid for any unused portion of the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 or if the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 earner is unable to attend the trip, as scheduled. The Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 is not transferable, and no earned or unused volume or promotions can be transferred to another Independent Consultant. No cash value or credits will be issued. No substitutions apply. Arbonne reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any information applicable to Central District Volume, sales, sponsoring and promotions in order to ensure the spirit of the incentive is achieved. Arbonne has the right to disqualify any Independent Consultant or Preferred Client from the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 if Arbonne determines, in its sole discretion, that tampering, fraud, compliance issues or bonus buying has occurred. Independent Consultant incentives, advancements, recruitments, and/or sponsorships or product orders that are deemed by Arbonne, at its sole discretion, to be solely for incentive manipulation will not count toward the incentive. All incentive Qualification Requirements, specifications, awards and details are subject to change at the sole discretion of Arbonne. Arbonne reserves the right to amend, change, modify and/or cancel any portion of the incentive at any time in its sole discretion. Arbonne reserves the right to determine the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 earners. All qualification decisions are final. All Independent Consultants who earn the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 are personally responsible for the reporting of any tax liabilities associated with earning the Arbonne Incentive Trip Please contact your tax professional for assistance. The purchase of business supplies or sales aids will not count toward the Arbonne Incentive Trip All outstanding balances with Arbonne must be completely paid by the qualifying Independent Consultant prior to claiming the Arbonne Incentive Trip

Can Preferred Clients participate in the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013? No, Preferred Clients may not participate in this incentive unless they pay the $77 fee to upgrade to Independent Consultant rank and then register for the Arbonne Incentive Trip 2013 within their Start Month. Only the volume achieved after the Preferred Client has upgraded is counted for that month. Volume achieved prior to the upgrade is excluded from this incentive. If my downline Independent Consultant re-qualifies to District Manager, does that count as one of my New District Managers? Yes, if your downline Independent Consultant re-qualifies to District Manager during the incentive period, it will count as a New District Manager for this incentive. Can I include the Central District Volume from my promoted-out District Managers toward my Central District Volume? Yes, you can include the Central District Volume from your promoted-out District Managers toward your Central District Volume goal if they promoted for the first time between the dates of January 1 May 1, You cannot include the Central District Volume from your promoted-out District Managers if they did not promote during that time period. If my promoted-out District Manager promotes out a District Manager, can I count both of their Central District Volumes toward my goal? No, only your first generation promoted-out District Managers count toward your New District Manager promotion goal. Do my December 1, 2012, District Manager promotions count as my New District Managers for this incentive? Yes, your first generation promoted-out District Managers will count toward your New District Manager goal if they promoted on December 1, However, their volume will not count toward your Central District Volume during the remainder of the Qualification Period. As an Independent Consultant, if I promote to District Manager during the period from December 1, 2012, through May 1, 2013, can I count myself as one of my New District Managers? No, you must promote to District Manager yourself first, and then promote at least two new District Managers during the incentive period from December 1, 2012, through May 1, If I promote someone in my household to District Manager, can I count them as one of my New District Managers? No, your New District Managers cannot live within the same household in order to count for this incentive. How can Independent Consultants earn extra volume toward this incentive?
