1 Active Independent Sales : A consultant is considered active as soon as her contract is accepted by the company. To maintain active status, a consultant must submit at least $200 in commissionable sales in every consecutive 3 month period. For example: $100 in sales in month (1) then $100 in sales in month (2) and $100 in month (3) or $200 in month (1) and 0 in month (2) and $200 in month(3) Active s receive Information and regular mailings from Thirty-One A merchandise discount of 40% on one of each product purchased for personal use, or for your Kit Display during September. A 25% discount on additional quantities of the same product. Inactive : A is considered inactive if she has not sold $200 in any rolling three month period. She may reactivate by submitting a $200 show. Commissionable Sales: The amount of sales for the purpose of calculating commission is called Commissionable Sales. It consists of Guest Sales (not including tax and shipping and handling), plus that which the hostess orders after her discount is taken. It does not include ½ price items or free items that the hostess might receive. Qualified Independent Sales : Has submitted $1,000 in career sales. Start Swell Month: A new consultant has 40 days from the time that her kit is shipped. Promoting to Senior and above: When a consultant has 2 or more personally qualified consultants, they earn overrides on their teams personal volume. An Override is a percentage of personal volume that Thirty-One pays a consultant to support her team. The company knows that the leaders in the field can best support our new consultants so if one is earning overrides from the company they are expected to support new and old consultants that they are receiving overrides on at any level.

Submit a minimum of $600 in personal sales, A minimum of $4,000 in personal + 1 st line sales and 12,000 from personal, first and second line sales to receive additional overrides Guidelines Apply. Senior Promotion Bonus $1,000 1 st line 5% - 1 st Line Senior C C C C C C C C C C C 3% - 2nd Line c c c c 2% - 3rd Line Qualified has submitted $1,000 in career sales. Active - $200 in commissionable sales in every consecutive 3 month period.

Submit a minimum of $600 in personal sales, A minimum of $4,000 in personal + 1 st line sales and 20,000 from personal, first, second and third line sales to receive additional overrides Guidelines Apply. Executive Promotion Bonus $1,000 1 st line $3,000 1 st line Senior 7% - 1 st Line C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C 3% - 2nd Line D D D C C C C 2% - 3rd t Line Qualified has submitted $1,000 in career sales. Active - $200 in commissionable sales in every consecutive 3 month period.

6 Senior Executive = 25% personal commission on guests sales. Must stay active. 9% Override 9% on personal sales for a total of 34% 9% override on first line sales 3% override on second line sales 2% override on third line sales Qualifications: A Thirty-One must meet all of these qualifications: Meet and Maintain requirements and promote and maintain 8 s within her direct first line. Submit a minimum of $600 in personal sales, A minimum of $4,000 in personal + 1 st line sales and 36,000 from personal, first, second and third line sales to receive additional overrides Guidelines Apply. Promotion Bonus $1,000 1 st line $3,000 1 st line Senior $5,000 1 st line Executive $7,500 1 st line Senior Executive Dir. Qualified has submitted $1,000 in career sales. Active - $200 in commissionable sales in every consecutive 3 month period.

7 & Above Team Levels~ First Line: These are the consultants personally sponsored by the and other consultants, who have been sponsored by those consultants, until another or above is present in the down line. When a is promoted from another s first line, that s personal sales will always be part of her sponsor s first line, as long as both the sponsor and recruit are at the same management level. Second Line: When a promotes from a the consultants in the promoted s first line automatically become the sponsoring s Second Line. Third Line: A third line occurs when a Manger is promoted from a Second Line s first line. 1st line 2 nd line

8 Guidelines When a consultant has fulfilled the first level of ship requirements for two month s in a row then she is promoted to and earns the title of and will be paid as a at the end of the 2 nd month. The 1 st month that a meets the minimum requirements is considered her Qualification month (DIQ). During this month she is paid at her current title of consultant or SC. The Second Month that a meets the minimum requirements is considered her First Month as a. She will receive management overrides during this month. Upon completion of that month she will receive her title as a Thirty-One. Bonus Once you meet your requirement for your First Three Consecutive Months as a, following the Qualification Month, the will receive a $1,000 one-time Bonus. Our first level of ship is the only promotion that you earn a bonus for you promoting to a new title. Senior & Above do not earn a Bonus. January You meet all qualifications to be a. You do not earn pay or overrides for January. February You meet all qualifications to be a. You earn pay & overrides for February. (Paid on 3/10) March You meet all qualifications to be a. You earn pay & overrides for March. (Paid on 4/10) April You meet all qualifications to be a. You earn pay & overrides for April. (Paid on 5/10) Once you meet all of the above you earn your bonus!!

9 Guidelines A must maintain requirements to be paid as a each month. She must meet the requirements for at least 1 month in every 3 consecutive months to maintain her title. If a fails to meet requirements for 3 consecutive months, she will roll back to a Senior. She will keep her active consultants on her team for the 2% override, they will fall back to first line, rather than second line to the upline. To re-qualify to be a upon loosing the title, a Senior must have 4 newly active and qualified consultants. Her consultants that she had under her with prior management will not count for qualification. Once she promotes and qualifies the second time, the will be paid on her first time consultants and her second time consultants. ship = Rewards + Responsibility ship is not for everyone. Passing By: This occurs when a or has personally sponsored someone and that person promotes past the level of their sponsor. Pass by to : If a consultant promotes to the title of before her sponsor, the sponsor will have three (3) months to promote to or higher title. If at the end of the three (3) month period, the sponsor has not promoted to or above, the recruit will be reassigned to the next qualified upline or above title. Example: If team member Connie meets DIQ in January and promotes to the end of February, then her sponsor Michelle has 3 months to promote to before she looses her new. In the example, Michelle must promote to during the month of May (March, April, May). If Michelle does not promote by May then Connie will roll up to Michelle s. Pass by to Senior : If a consultant promotes to the title of Senior or above title before her sponsor, the sponsor will have twelve (12) months to promote to or higher title. If at the end of the twelve (12) month period, the sponsor has not promoted to Senior or above, the recruit will be reassigned to the next qualified upline Senior or above title. Pass by for Senior and above: Once a consultant has attained the title of Senior or above, pass by no longer applies and the sponsor is entitled to maintain the recruit regardless of her their title.

11 Promotion Bonuses A $1,000 Promotion Bonus is paid to the upline s when both the upline and newly developed attaining all requirements during the first three consecutive Months of the newly developed. Promotion Bonuses are paid to the upline at the time a consultant promotes to. If Connie promotes in February, whoever is her during the month of February is who will be working with Connie to help her meet her 3 month goal and is who will be paid the promotion bonus. Additional Promotion Bonuses are paid as you promote new upper level directors and you both meet all requirements during the first three consecutive months for the new upper level, the illustration below shows how one can earn additional promotional bonuses for promoting upper level directors. Senior s and above promote the first month they meet their requirements and do not have to DIQ for their title. All Upper Level s must maintain their title requirements to be paid at that title. One will be paid at the title that they earn for that month. If a Senior and above fails to maintain her title requirements for (12) consecutive months, the consultant will be demoted to the last title for which they do qualify. The demotion is effective the first day of the following period. To re-qualify for an upper level title you must meet the requirements for the title, your previous directors and team volume will count for qualification.
