2 TRANSITION 1. When does PRO-LEV launch? Week 15, April 10 th, Will the MLM Bonus be paid the way it was said in Gala Dinner? There is no MLM Bonus. The Fuxion Family bonus will be paid as presented in the PRO-LEV Plan. There has not been any change in that since the presentation in Argentina. 3. If PRO-LEV will launch on Week 15, will the company begin counting the qualifications since Week 12? Yes, we will retro-calculate your 4-week volume using historical volume. 4. How long will the transition period last? Different features have different durations. The entire transition period is over after the 26th week of the new plan. Some features expire before that time. 5. Does 100% of the time a higher rank Entrepreneur earn more than one in a lower rank? It s very possible for a lower rank to earn more than a higher rank, because of the number of bonuses based on personal enrollment. 6. What will happen with the volume that I currently have in my Power Arm? The volume in your current binary organization will be the same in the new Balance tree. You will not lose it, there is no reset. 7. Is excess volume that went towards my Pay Arm disappearing in the new comp plan? Yes. Excess volume does not roll to pay side in the new plan. Instead of letting it sit and wait for binary pay, we pay out a richer plan on the retail and family side. 8. What kind of rank advancement back office tool will we have to keep our teams focused? Enrollment lines report that shows the 4 weeks of volume in each person s organization. 9. Will the plan be the same in all countries? Yes. The only variation will be the product packages due to local variables. 2

3 PRO-LEV TRANSITION 10. Why are the rank names in English? Because we are creating a unique language as we are aiming to open new international multilingual markets in the near future. 11. How is Placement recommended now? Will the binary start running at the Leader X rank? Placement rules will be limited to outside left and outside right. You will be building your Balance teams from the start, but the payment begins at Leader X. 12. Will the company keep paying Super Bonuses and Monthly Bonuses? No. The bonuses presented comprise the plan. 13. Will Leader X have the transition to 5K for 3 months and to 6K the other 3? No. Transition members will be able to attain Leader X with 5k in DV4 for weeks 1-6, and with 6k DV4 for weeks Do the existing codes up until Week have a 20% discount forever? Correct, all those EF s who registered up until one week before launching week will enjoy a 20% discount minimum in all their purchases for life. 15. If the new PRO-LEV Plan begins on week 15, would qualification ratings start on week 12? Right, the first rolling cycle for week 15 will include week 12, 13, 14 and Will Leader X go through the transition to 5k for 3 months and to 6k the other 3 months? It has been established that during the transition qualifying for Leader X will include a bonus: the first 6 weeks the required number of points will be 5000, for the next 6 weeks it will be 6000, and 13 weeks after having started the new plan, the requirement will be the one stated on the plan, that is, 7000 points. 17. How is the Commissionable Volume calculated (CV)? Each FuXion commissionable product has 2 volumes: The Qualifying Volume (QV) and the Commissionable Volume(CV). The QV is used to measure personal activation, as well as the qualifying volumes for ranks, while the CV is used for compensation, in accordance with the compensation plan. It is possible for one product to have 2 different CV values due to the political and economic situation of each country. 3

4 TRANSITION 18. The binary points on the Power Arm accumulated during all these years. It was said that after reaching certain ranks these points are remunerated one way or another? Balance volume will be allowed to accumulate indefinitely (as long as activity is maintained) in the new plan, even on the pay side. This happens until Leader X rank is achieved. This can create a very nice Balance payment (and Legacy Match) for the new Leader X. 19. Is there a limit on the enrollment of direct associates? An EF can enroll as many directs as possible, there is no limit, the space on the multilevel network is infinite, in all of its lines. 20. What is a generation? A generation is a group of EFs grouped together according to a special condition indicated by the company. In general, this condition is based on the presence of some EF with a minimum rank, and each week this can happen with the same person or not, that will depend on the ranks generated week by week. On the new plan, the generational cut condition will be given by the presence of a EF whose minimum rank is Leader X. When there is a Leader X in depth, this is called Generation 1, this can happen many levels below the network head being reviewed. After this position, and respecting the downline, any time a new Leader X or higher appears, we will say that is generation 2, and so on. As you can see, talking about generations means talking about several levels of depth. 21. What is a level? A level on the multilevel network, is defined by the next Downline after the person being sponsored, and so on. For example, everyone personally sponsored by the network head correspond to their first level, in the same way, those sponsored by this level would belong to their second level, and so on in depth. 22. In which bonus does compression applies, and in which roll up? For the Legacy Bonus, we say that each week there is a dynamic compression, and it is dynamic because it can vary week after week, as it is determined by the presence of EFs with a Leader X or higher rank, and this condition changes in between weeks. Every time there are EFs with this minimum rank, a generation cut happens. The roll up is rather a stable condition, as it is the change of sponsorship every time an EF loses their condition as a FuXion enrollee. This can happen under 4 situations: 1) the EF quits, 2) separation on the part of the company (ethical reasons), 3) lack of activity in the business of more than 52 weeks, or 4) nonpayment of the annual renewal fee where applicable. In those cases, all those sponsored by this EF, will now be sponsored by the first upline sponsor with an active code. 4

5 PRO-LEV I RETAIL PROFIT 23. How will the Retail Profit Bonus work? What happens if during the 4-week period I jump to a higher tier? How will the company refund that higher discount? You are paid retail commissions at the end of a week based on your PV4 at the end of that week. If your tier goes higher, you do not receive additional commissions on prior weeks retail orders. HOWEVER, if you place an order, for example, at 25% discount, and at the end of the week, you have added to your PV4 so you are on the 30% tier, we will pay you back the 5% difference on your personal order that week. 24. If someone accumulates volume within the 4-week period, how will the refund of the additional discount be made? If you place an order, for example, at 25% discount, and at the end of the week, you have added to your PV4 so you are on the 30% tier, we will pay you back the 5% difference on your personal order that week. 25. Will my activation plus any subsequent orders I place in my code work towards multilevel line? Your own orders and those of your customers count as a single Family Line. 26. If in our personal code we make 1000 points or more during the 4 weeks, will this work as a 1K Line? Yes, all purchases made with your code, or by PCs directly sponsored by you, count as one more sponsorship line, and will also be considered a 1K Line. 5

6 II PREFERRED CUSTOMER BONUS 27. What are the new requirements of the PC program? Table provided in the brochure and comp plan. 28. Is there a minimum volume required from my 6 PCs to earn the Preferred Customer Bonus? Yes. To be a Pro1, you must have a minimum of 6 PCs with a minimum of 35PV each. 29. In order to earn the Preferred Customer Bonus, do the PC need to be personally sponsored by you? Yes. 30. In order to earn the Preferred Customer Bonus, do the 6 PC need to be new every FuXion Period or will the orders of existing PCs count? Your customers all count. 31. In order to be a Pro1/Pro2/Pro3, how much activation volume are you required to have? You must meet the definition of Active. 32. How will the company return the percentage of earnings from the PC Program? Through commission payments 33. How often is the Preferred Customer Bonus paid? Fuxion will maintain our weekly payment structure. The bonuses that are not weekly in nature will be paid after they can be calculated. For example, a bonus paid on a FuXion Period which is comprised of weeks 1-4 would be paid on week What happens with the Preferred Customer Bonus if I m moving 500 PV in the space of 4 weeks and I have more than two directs doing the same? Would I get 100 dollars for each, or only 300 dollars if there are two or more? PC Bonuses are only received once for each period, therefore, Pro1 will pay 100 dollars once, the same with the other 2 bonuses. 35. Do purchases made by your PCs, or your personal volume count as a business line? Does it pay for the unilevel? Personal purchases and those made by your PCs count as a line for rank qualification purposes, however, the Family Tree Override pays for the purchases of your first line, and now you can earn up to the sixth line depending on your rank. They are not considered first level, as they are yours, therefore, they don t pay for this bonus. 6

7 PRO-LEV II PREFERRED CUSTOMER BONUS 36. All the points generated with Pro1, Pro2 and Pro3 are points that are added to ranks and are commissionable by the other bonuses, right? Pro1 points are like your own purchases, they can be used for your activation, and help you to qualify in rank as one more sponsorship line. The points of your Downlines, made in Pro1 or Pro2, count for the payment of commissions because they are your Downlines. 37. On the 500 PV of the Preferred Customer Bonus for Pro1, Pro2 and Pro3, only the Preferred Customer purchases count, right? In other words, personal purchases do not count. Correct, it is a bonus rewarding PC purchases. The 500 points must be completely from PCs. 38. How will the Preferred Customer Bonus be paid at the start of the new Plan? The PC bonus is paid in fixed periods. We begin with the new plan on week 15, which includes weeks 13, 14, 15 and 16, therefore, for this bonus, the purchases made by your PCs will be considered during all these weeks. 39. Is every Preferred Customer a different line, or do all customers feed from the same line? They all feed from one single line, together with your personal purchases. This counts for the required volume in rank qualification. 40. If you are Pro1, do you become an Executive Entrepreneur? No, because for the Executive Entrepreneur rank the Rule of Maximum Volume only allows you to contribute with 300 points, so you necessarily need at least one sponsorship line to, in this way, reach the 500 points needed to achieve this rank. 41. Are the stars of people who have qualified before maintained after week 15? No, for the starting week with the new plan, the new conditions apply, and the discounts will those indicated on the Retail Profit table. 42. For the Preferred Customer Bonus, is the 500 volume points the same in 4 weeks, right? That s right, it must be accomplished in the 4-week fixed period. For our start on week 15, the period is formed by weeks 13, 14, 15 and Will the 4 weeks considered for the Preferred Customer Bonus of the starting period be weeks 13, 14, 15 and 16? 8 II PREFERRED CUSTOMER BONUS 44. For the Preferred Customer Bonus, does it begin with week 13 but with the current PC plan regulations, that is, with discounted points? That is correct, it considers the discounted points as long as it is in the current plan. 45. Which are the first 4 weeks of the Preferred Customer Bonus with the new plan? The PC bonus pays in fixed periods. We begin with the new plan on week 15, which is part of the period 13, 14, 15 and 16; therefore, for this bonus, the purchases made by your PCs during all these weeks will be considered. 46. Will the payment be reflected on week 17 for the first 4 weeks mentioned above? Upon the closing of week 16 the commissions of the period are calculated and published. We pay 1 week in arrears. III PROFESSIONAL PACK BONUS 47. Is the percentage in the Professional Pack Bonus calculated based on the price paid by the new Entrepreneur? It s based on the sale price of the item. 48. In the Professional Pack Bonus, is the additional 20% given to the higher ranks that are in a direct Sponsorship line or in the Balance Tree in general? The Professional Pack bonus is the only bonus paid on pack orders. They do not have other CV attached to them. 49. Are the product packages in the Professional Pack Bonus pre-set or can one add products to accumulate the 100, 250 and 500 QVs? Professional Pack bonuses in the training document were just for example purpose. EFs will be able to create A La Carte enrollment orders greater than 100PV, but FuXion will also create special packs which may have other materials and advantages. 8

9 PRO-LEV III PROFESSIONAL PACK BONUS 50. On the Professional Pack Bonus, the additional 20% that is divided in upline ranks, comes from a direct sponsorship line or it s simply because they are in the binary? The distribution of this bonus will be in your upline according to the (enrollment) Family tree and not to the binary. 51. The 100, 250 and 500-point packs are already pre-established, or can the products be chosen until completing the number of points? We will have defined packs, but you will also be able to create custom packs of 100 points or more. 52. The earning percentage for the Professional Pack Bonus is the price paid for this pack in dollars not including taxes, correct? The benefit of the Professional Pack Bonus is for the net value paid by the new associate. 53. With the Professional Pack Bonus, if someone joins with 60 points, will these points generate a commission for the Sponsor and the sponsorship line? To enroll with a pack and be entitled to the Professional Pack Bonus, the orders must be of at least 100 points. But orders under 100 points will have CV, and this will pay out accordingly. 54. If a new affiliate buys 100 points in their first week, and then, in the same weeks places another order of 150 points, what percentage will I be paid for the Professional Pack Bonus? The second purchase is no longer part of the Professional Pack Bonus, therefore it does not pay you the 20% of that bonus. However, this second purchase pays 5 or 10% for Mentorship Bonus, depending on how many active directs you have in their first 12 weeks in that same purchase week. You also earn the Family Tree Override, which according to your rank can be between 5 and up to 10%. If that purchase lands in your Pay Arm of the Balance Tree, it pays you 5%. 55. When you make an A la Carte affiliation, is the 20% also divided among 4 lines above you? That is correct, it follows the same payment form. 9

10 III PROFESSIONAL PACK BONUS 56. If somebody does not enroll with a pack, does the sponsor still earn the Mentorship Bonus and the Family Tree Override? Yes. If the enrollment is not made with a professional pack, the purchase pays every other bonus in the plan. 57. What will be the benefit of promoting the packs if the Mentorship Bonus and the Family Tree Override are not going to be paid? The benefit of promoting an affiliation through a pack is that the sponsor receives 20% of the purchase value of the pack, and another 20% is divided among the Sponsorship Upline. It is an immediate benefit for those who are working to increase the network. 58. If I make an enrollment of 100 points (no established pack), there will be no 20% or 20% for the upline? The moment you make an enrollment with 100 points or more, it will be considered a custom pack, and therefore, it will pay the bonus corresponding to the Professional Pack. 59. In the case of the Professional Pack Bonus, the bonus that is divided among the Upline is paid as long as the rank has been achieved on that same week, or is it enough to reach the rank in the current or in the past period? It will always be with the rank of the week. 60. When the Professional Pack Bonus increases by ranks, if there are two equal ranks on top, will only the first be paid? The Professional Pack Bonus, after paying the direct sponsor (as long as they are active), begins a series of payments to the upline leaders, as long as they fulfill a minimum rank requirement (it can be higher). The first payment must be to the closest upline with at least a rank of Senior Entrepreneur (it can be higher, let s say Diamond, and the payment is the same) the next upline has to be at least Team Builder, it doesn t matter if the one before was a Diamond, because this is the second payment after the sponsor, and the minimum required is Team Builder, then it continues with the following which must be at least Leader X and the last payment must be the next upline with a minimum rank of Diamond. 10

11 PRO-LEV IV FAMILY TREE OVERRIDES 61. Will the Family Tree Overrides Bonus have some kind of compression? No, the Family Bonus has no compression. It is affected by rollup, when members become cancelled for some reason. 62. When is an Entrepreneur cancelled from the system for roll up to happen? Entrepreneurs are disabled in a number of manners: 1. Failure to pay an annual renewal 2. Voluntary resignation from the company 3. Not placing an order in over a year 4. Having the code terminated for ethical reasons All these are common cancellation reasons. 63. Is there a compression on the Family Tree Overrides? When does it apply? In the calculation of the bonus per se there is no compression. Before the calculation, once the week is closed, the Roll Up process is carried out; it updates the sponsorship codes whose sponsors were deleted from the system. Then, the bonus calculation is run. 64. Personal Volume does not become unilevel or mlm, or group. It is only personal and counts for the Personal Volume and the bonuses it corresponds to. Is that correct? The Family Tree Override pays for the purchases of levels 1 to 6, personal purchases are level 0, therefore your understanding is correct. 65. If I have an associate whose code has already expired, and they have abandoned 3 active 1K lines, would these become my direct lines? If so, do the active associates become Pro1, and are they considered my direct associates for be to become Pro2? After the Roll Up process, those direct associates of the former sponsor will become your directs, with all the benefits as if you had sponsored them. Pro1 qualifications would be determined independently. If qualified they would count towards your Pro2. 11

12 IV FAMILY TREE OVERRIDES 66. On week 15 your personal enrolled associate makes a purchase. In week 16 they do not buy anything, how much do you earn from them? The payment of the Family Tree Override is for the purchases made by your associates during the week. If in week 16 your first level does not make any purchases, then you will not earn for that level. However, if in the other levels there are purchases, you will be able to earn up to the 6th level, according to the rank you reach that week. With the Leader X rank, you can earn in the 6 levels. 67. For the Family Tree Override, if there are inactive people within a sponsorship line, is there a dynamic compression? If they are inactive in a week, you will earn for those who made purchases. There is no compression applied to this bonus. 68. If a first level reaches Leader X, they will begin to earn the generational, will they be able to keep earning the Family Tree Override? They are independent bonuses. If an EF from your first level is Leader X and you are too, will also earn from him the Family Tree Override and the Legacy Match Bonus. 69. In the Family Tree Override, are the percentages paid for the amount of the re-purchases or for the PV4 purchased? PV4 represents your personal purchases and those of your PCs in the current week plus the 3 past weeks. It Works as a business indicator to know if you are active. Commissions are paid for the purchase of the week, in this case, for your PV. The Family Tree Override pays for the CV, not for money value. Only the Professional Bonus Pack pays a percentage in money value of the pack depending on the country. 12

13 IV FAMILY TREE OVERRIDES 70. If in each line I have a depth of more than 200 levels, am I only earning up to 7 levels? And if in each line I only have one Leader X, do I only earn what the leader makes or produces? A generation can be made up of several levels. The generation is produced when the first EF with Leader X rank or higher appears in depth. When we have 7 generations this could include dozens or hundreds of levels. In regards with what the Legacy Bonus pays, it is a percentage of the check of your EF in generational cut, of what they makes for the Family Tree Override + Balance + Mentoring of that week. 71. In the Family Tree Override, do you earn the percentage of the Personal Volume of each line or of the total production of that line? It pays on the CV of the personal purchases of each EF included in each one of the levels for which you are earning. All the purchases of your PCs are included in the personal volume. 72. In the Family Tree Override, if you are a Leader X and, for example, somebody entered on the 5th level with 500 points, does it count as volume for the payment of that 4%, or is it only re-consumptions? If it is a purchase made with a pack, only the pack bonus is paid, but if it is a second purchase on the same enrollment week, it does pays all the bonuses of the plan, and then, this would also be paid. MENTORSHIP BONUS 73. Is the 5% in the Mentorship Bonus applied to all my Level 1, or just to the newly sponsored Entrepreneur? The Mentorship Bonus is applied to all of the personally sponsored EFs who are in their first 12 weeks. 74. Is the additional 5% in the Mentorship Bonus paid for directly sponsoring new EFs or for helping my directly sponsored EFs affiliate their own within the 12-week window? The bonus is paid on the volume of your new EFs during their first 12 weeks. Keeping your new affiliates engaged in the business for three months is crucial for the ongoing success of your organization. 75. Is the Mentoring Bonus paid starting on the 2nd purchase? In case the first purchase was made with a pack, then this is correct. But if the first purchase was made without a pack, it does pays Mentoring. 13

14 VI BALANCE BONUS 76. The Balance Bonus pays for the volume in your Pay Arm, but, is it for the total volume, or for the multilevel volume in your Pay arm? The Balance Bonus pays for all the commissionable volume in your Pay Arm, without discriminating between the volume of your FuXion Family team, or your Balance team. 77. There will be no surplus points anymore? The surplus concept does not exist in the new plan. With the Balance Bonus you earn for the arm with the Downlines lowest amount of points, including their PCs. The wonderful thing about this bonus is that you accumulate both arms up to the moment when you reach the rank and earn, you don t lose any points, unless you become inactive. 78. The points with which I become active thanks to my Preferred Customers, do they go to the arm with the lowest amount of points to contribute to the Balance Bonus? For example, if I m active with 600 points and the minimum for my rank is 200, would those 300 go to the shortest arm? No, the surplus concept does not apply to the new plan, therefore the purchases made by your PCs, because they are considered your own, do not pay Balance Bonus or Family Tree Override. They pay Retail Profit, and if you qualify, Preferred Customer Bonus. 79. If I become active with 1000 points, that is considered a 1K line, right? All your personal purchases and those of your PCs, count as a sponsorship line, also subject to the Rule of Maximum Volume per line, and will be used towards rank qualification. They will also count as 1K Line. 80. Do arms switch places to be earned in the Balance Bonus? The concept remains, you will always earn for the arm with the lowest amount of points, and this can change according to the behavior of your business. If your Pay Arm begins to generate more volume each week than that of the Power Arm, in time the Arm that is now the Power Arm can become the Pay Arm and in this way, you take advantage of the accumulated balance. 14

15 VII LEGACY MATCH BONUS 81. Regarding the Legacy Match Bonus, do generations after the 7th one generate any kind of earnings? The generations only generate earnings a maximum of 6 generations in depth from the EF in question. 82. The Legacy Match Bonus only derives from the Family Tree Overrides, Mentoring and Balance Bonuses? Then, we don t get the percentage reflected (in the plan) of our Leaders X check? This bonus pays a percentage of the 3 bonuses mentioned above, and not of the total amount of bonuses earned by the EF. 83. Is there a dynamic compression in the Legacy Match Bonus? Correct. As a general rule, dynamic compression implies a variation that appears in between each qualification period (week) and that produces bonuses in different levels each time. Because the Legacy Match Bonus and the Professional Pack Bonus are paid if a rank appears on the Uplines and Downlines, this situation may vary from one week to the next, therefore, both include dynamic compression. 84. When there is dynamic compression, does my new direct also count for the requirement of someone being sponsored that is in the Pro1, Pro2 and Pro3? The process is called Roll Up, and with this process, a change of sponsorship takes place, therefore, the new sponsor has the same rights as if they would have made the enrollment directly. 85. Do you have to request a Roll Up? No. It is an automatic process that will take place every week. First the codes of the week are deleted, and then the Roll Up is activated before commissions. 15

16 VIII LIFESTYLE FREEDOM! 86. What happens if nobody qualifies in the 4th period? To begin earning the Lifestyle Freedom Bonus you need to qualify for 3 consecutive periods, minimum of Elite Leader. From this third period you begin to earn the bonus. If in the next period you do not mantain the rank, you don t earn anything, but if by the following period you get back to the rank again, you earn. Now, if during 3 consecutive periods, you don t get the rank you were earning, you lose eligibility for that rank, and if you want to earn again, you have to qualify again for 3 periods. 87. Where it says Reach and maintain rank 2 of the 4 weeks in a FuXion Period and do it for 3 consecutive periods. On the 3rd period you will be qualified. Qualified for what? To earn the bonus, as long as you fulfill the requirement of car purchase and/or lease. 88. When do I begin to earn the LIFESTYLE FREEDOM bonus? And if I remain qualified for the required rank, do I keep getting paid the bonus with no installments, or is there also 48 months? The amazing thing with this bonus is that the payment does not expire. The concept is that you will be able to renew your car each season and always have a new car, and as you progress in rank, exchange it for a better model. IX FUXION EXPERIENCES 89. With the FuXion Experiences bonus, is it enough to reach Diamond once to earn the Diamond s trip or is there another requirement? Each FuXion period you must have minimum the Diamond rank in all 4 weeks. The qualification rank of the period will be given by the highest rank achieved in 2 of the 4 weeks. At the end of the period, the shares each EF has earned are counted and the result is the amount for the trip. As you accumulate more shares, your benefits will increase. A minimum of 3 shares is required to participate. 16

17 X ELITE LEADERSHIP POOL 90. As of which rank is this bonus paid? The minimum rank is Elite Leader to have access to this bonus. You must have, in the 4 weeks of each period, a minimum rank of Elite Leader, otherwise, this period does not qualify. This bonus divides a pool, which is distributed through a system of shares. In order to know the number of shares you accumulate in the qualification quarter, the DV points of your network will be accumulated, applying the Rule of Maximum Volume per line and for each 100,000 points, you will receive one share. Now, if during the quarter you achieve a rank higher to your historic rank you will accumulate 2 shares for every 100,000 points, plus one more share. BONO VIAJE 91. If there are EFs that have just achieved Platinum and are in the running to accumulate 30,000 MLM points to qualify for Bono Viaje with the current plan, will they be able to qualify until Week 21 even when this rank will disappear in the new comp plan? This is right. Those EFs will qualify with the current plan until Week
