2 OUR COMPENSATION PLAN The ForeverGreen Compensation Plan is a global seamless plan that is designed to compensate our Members in a generous fashion, beating the industry payout average on commissionable volume. Our weekly pay plan and low monthly QV/CV requirements make it easy to be quickly and handsomely rewarded for your business building efforts. Real Payout Real Payout

3 THE BASICS Before we begin, let s get familiar with some basic terms and concepts. These will help you better understand the different aspects of the ForeverGreen Compensation Plan. MEMBER Anyone who joins ForeverGreen by paying a membership fee and agreeing to the ForeverGreen Policies and Procedures. Members have exclusive benefits and responsibilities such as special Member (wholesale) pricing and the opportunity to participate in the ForeverGreen compensation plan. The size of a Member s business, network, and/or income will directly correspond to the Member s personal results! CUSTOMER A person who buys ForeverGreen product directly from a ForeverGreen Member at retail price. At this time, he or she is not interested in becoming a Member of ForeverGreen; they only want to benefit from the ForeverGreen products. Any referrals from customers are directed to their respective ForeverGreen Member. ENROLLER This is the person who first introduced you to the ForeverGreen business. This person is responsible for making sure all of their personally enrolled Members receive adequate training and support. Enrollers should also understand the goals of his/ her personally enrolled Members to better provide the support they need. UPLINE Since every Member has an Enroller, your Enroller has an Enroller, and they have an Enroller, and so on. We refer to them all together as your upline. They are all there to support you. Reach out to them and benefit from their expertise! PERSONALLY ENROLLED MEMBER (PEM) People you ve personally enrolled in ForeverGreen are your personally enrolled Members, or PEMs for short. Other names for PEMs may also include first level or front line Members. AUTOSHIP Autoship is a recurring order program that ensures Members or customers receive their favorite products automatically every four periods. Autoships can be modified or canceled anytime. THE BASICS

4 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE As they bring others into their organization, every Member builds two structures simultaneously. This is the group of Members whom you have personally enrolled. Every Member you personally enroll is on your first level. Their personally enrolled Members then become your second level, and so on. There is no limit to the number of Members you can have in your Enrollment Root. Your Enrollment Root will determine your rank and your maximum Team Bonus payout. PLACEMENT TREE This is what makes your commissions grow. All the Members that make up your Enrollment Root are also placed into a two-legged (or binary) tree-like structure. Every Member in your Enrollment Root is also part of your Placement Tree. However, your Placement Tree may also include Members that members of your upline have personally enrolled. Your Placement Tree has two branches, otherwise known as legs. Your two legs will be known as your right leg or your left leg. The larger of the two is your big or power leg. The smaller of the two is your small or lesser leg. Your smaller leg is sometimes also referred to as your pay leg.

5 LEVELS (ENROLLMENT ROOT) When your personally enrolled Members also enroll other Members, your Enrollment Root grows. Those that you personally enrolled are on your first level. Their PEMs then become your second level, their PEMs become your third level, and so on. Levels are sometimes also referred to as generations. DEPTH & WIDTH (ENROLLMENT ROOT) The depth of your organization refers to the number of levels you have in your Enrollment Root. The width is the number of Members you have at the same level in your Enrollment Root. DOWNLINE This is another name for all of the Members that make up your Enrollment Root. COMPENSATION PLAN Also sometimes referred to as simply the Comp Plan, this is the blueprint for earning additional income in ForeverGreen. The compensation plan outlines the behaviors required of Members to earn commission earnings each week and to create a long-term, sustainable business. VOLUME Every product purchase, in addition to having both a Member and retail price, is also associated with an amount of volume. The amount of volume in your organization will ultimately determine your commissions earnings. A product s volume is represented most often as QV/CV. Unless otherwise specified, QV and CV are the same. QV: This stands for Qualifying Volume. It helps you meet certain requirements such as rank and qualifications status throughout the compensation plan. CV: This stands for Commissionable Volume. This is the actual amount to be applied to percentages throughout the compensation plan and will ultimately determine commission payout. RANK As you perform certain actions and meet certain volume requirements, you are awarded titles that indicate different levels of success. These levels are referred to as ranks. Ranks at ForeverGreen, listed from lowest to highest, are Member, Starter, Starter Plus, 1-Star, -Star, 3-Star, 4-Star, 5-Star, 6-Star, 7-Star, All-Star and Hall of Fame. THE BASICS

6 HOW DO I EARN ES? To be qualified to earn bonuses in the compensation plan, you must be active with a personal order of at least 50 QV. With 50 QV, you will be considered active for a total of four week-long periods (the period in which you place the order, plus three more periods). However, if you have a personal order of QV, you will be considered fully qualified for the same four periods. Members that are fully qualified have the potential to earn higher commissions as part of this plan. Any personal volume that exceeds QV will count toward your Enrollment Root volume and may help you rank advance. HOW OFTEN WILL I GET PAID? Commissions are processed weekly at the end of every seven-day period. Each period begins on Tuesday at 1:00 a.m. U.S. Mountain Time, and ends on Monday at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Mountain Time. Commission calculations are finalized and posted the Friday following the close of the period. Payments are made early the following week; 5 to 7 business days following the end of the commission period, or 1 to 3 business days after commissions are posted, depending on your selected payment method (as determined in your web office account settings). 7 SIX WAYS TO EARN (CUSTOMER) (MEMBER) 1% TEAM (UP TO $5,000 USD WEEKLY) ENROLLER MATCHING POOL (WITH COMPRESSION) RANK ADVANCE CASH (UP TO $145,500 USD TOTAL)

8 (CUSTOMER) PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Active with a minimum of 50 QV ACTION: Share the ForeverGreen products with customers. FREQUENCY: Earn this bonus every time your retail customers order products through your personalized website. Customer : The difference between the retail price and the Member price of each product. New Member When you become a Member, you are automatically provided with personalized business website(s) where retail customers can order products directly. Each time your retail customer places an order through your personalized website, you earn the difference between the retail price and the Member price of each product. The QV/CV associated with retail customer purchases will count toward your personal qualification. If you are already fully qualified with a personal purchase of QV or more, the volume will count toward your rank qualification as an extra leg in your Enrollment Root structure, and toward the lesser leg of your Placement Tree for Team Bonus earnings. 1% TEAM EXAMPLE A retail customer purchases an item that costs $39.95 USD at retail pricing. The same item is only $9.95 USD at Member pricing. You automatically earn the difference of $10.00 USD.* MATCHING POOL RANK ADVANCE CASH *Product pricing varies by product and market. Retail bonus where available.

9 RANK ADVANCE CASH (NEW MEMBER) PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Active with a minimum of 50 QV ACTION: Share the ForeverGreen products and business opportunity with new people who become Members. : The difference between the retail price and the Member price of each product. FREQUENCY: Earn this bonus on the first purchase of each new Member. Customer New Member When a new Member enrolls in ForeverGreen, their first purchase is charged at retail price. As a Member, they will begin taking advantage of the Member price on their second order. 1% TEAM EXAMPLE A new Member you enrolled purchases an item at retail pricing of $ USD. The Member price for the same item is only $ USD. You automatically earn the difference of $50.00 USD*. MATCHING POOL *Product pricing varies by product and market.

10 PROGRAM This is a step-by-step program that helps you build a solid, global organization. The most successful leaders in ForeverGreen recommend this program, now based on the effective X-Tribe structure and the logical and simple duplication of it. PLUS -150 When am I? When am I PLUS? When am I - 150? -50 When am I - 50? -400 When am I - 400? You re fully qualified (or personal QV). You re fully qualified or have QV. You re fully qualified or have QV*. You meet the Starter-150 requirements* You meet the Starter-150 requirements* You have at least one fully qualified PEM anywhere in your left leg, and at least one fully qualified PEM anywhere in your right leg. You have at least one PEM in your left leg, and at least one PEM in your right leg. You have at least four Active or Fully qualified PEMs. Minimum one per leg. Out of your four (or more) Active or Fully qualified PEMs, at least one on each leg are also Starter-150. Another option is to have three or more of your PEMs (either leg) achieving Out of your four (or more) Active or Fully qualified PEMs, at least four are Starter-150. At least one of them must be on each leg. REWARD REWARD REWARD REWARD REWARD FAST TRACK FAST TRACK FAST TRACK FAST TRACK FAST TRACK When you achieve within your first two periods in the business, the company will guarantee a total twoperiod cumulative earnings of at least $75 USD! When you achieve Plus within your first four periods in the business, the company will guarantee a total four-period cumulative earnings of at least $150 USD! When you achieve -150 within your first four periods in the business, the Fast Track bonus will add an extra $150 USD in the period when this step is achieved for the first time. When you achieve -50 within your first eight periods in the business, the Fast Track bonus will add an extra $50 USD in the period when this step is achieved for the first time. When you achieve -400 within your first 1 periods in the business, the Fast Track bonus will add an extra $600 USD in the period when this step is achieved for the first time. STEP 4 STEP 5 Congratulations! You ll earn Retail Bonus (New Member) and Team Bonus. WEEKS Congratulations! You ll earn Retail Bonus (New Member) and Team Bonus. 4 WEEKS STEP 1 You have 1,000 QV within your first two levels (considering a maximum of QV per person). The Starter-150 bonus is for -Stars and below and it pays $150 USD once every four weeks when meeting the requirements. If you were 3-Star and above during any of those four weeks, ForeverGreen will pay you whichever is greater between your Starter Bonus or the Enroller Matching Bonuses earned during those 4 weeks. 4 WEEKS STEP YOU RIGHT RIGHT When a member hits Starter-400, the bonus upgrades to $500 after the Member sends the following to corporate: Copy of your car or apartment lease, and; Pictures of your car or apartment in JPG format for corporate s use for its digital marketing purposes. The upgrade applies each month the Member is Starter-400 qualified for the length of the car or apartment lease. 1 WEEKS YOU YOU RIGHT The Starter-400 bonus is for -Stars and below and it pays $400 USD once every four weeks when meeting the requirements. If you were 3-Star and above during any of those four weeks, ForeverGreen will pay you whichever is greater between your Starter Bonus or the Enroller Matching Bonuses earned during those four weeks.! YOU The Starter Program doesn t end there! Once you re Starter-400, you can upgrade your $400 bonus to $500! *All values shown in USD. 8 WEEKS STEP 3 YOU The Starter-50 bonus is for -Stars and below and it pays $50 USD once every four weeks when meeting the requirements. If you were 3-Star and above during any of those four weeks, ForeverGreen will pay you whichever is greater between your Starter Bonus or the Enroller Matching Bonuses earned during those four weeks. LIFESTYLE $500 RIGHT RIGHT

11 MATCHING POOL RANK ADVANCE CASH ACTION: Follow the steps in the Program that creates the pathway to building a sustainable business. Once you re Starter-150, the next levels can be achieved by helping your PEMs take the same steps you took on the pathway. It s just that easy! : $150 - $500 USD every four weeks when eligible. Plus Fast Track Bonuses for up to $1,000 USD. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: The Starter Bonuses are paid to -Stars and below once every four weeks when meeting the requirements. For members 3-Star and above, during any of those four weeks, ForeverGreen will pay whichever is greater between their Starter Bonus or the Enroller Matching Bonuses earned during those four weeks. All the bonuses displayed on the Starter Program are for Fully Qualified Members. If Members are not fully qualified but Active (50 Personal QV), they can still participate in the Starter Program collecting half of the bonuses. FREQUENCY: This bonus can be earned once every four periods. FastTrack bonuses will pay out the first time the step is reached. Customer New Member The program rewards you for taking the steps toward building a sustainable long-term business. The five steps in this program draw a path to successfully duplicate your business and multiply your earning potential. FAST TRACK Earn double the bonus at steps 3 and 4 (and more than double your bonus at step 5) when you reach different levels in the program within your first weeks in the business. 1% TEAM

12 TEAM PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Fully qualified to earn 1%, or active to earn 8% ACTION: Build both of your Placement Tree legs. The beauty of a binary Placement Tree is how fast it can grow! Have at least one active PEM in your left leg, and one active PEM in your right leg A minimum total of QV in your small leg for the period Customer : Earn 8% or 1% of the total CV in your small leg. HOW DOES IT WORK? FREQUENCY: Earn this bonus every period you qualify! New Member The ForeverGreen compensation plan pays 8% or 1% of your lesser leg CV, up to the equivalent of 1% of your total Enrollment Root s CV* or to $0,000 USD per week for all ranks up to All-Star, and up to $5,000 USD per week for Hall of Fame. All unpaid volume from your lesser leg in the current period will roll forward one time, into the next period. Failing to maintain a minimum personal active order of 50 QV or more cancels this carryover, and starts both legs over in the new period with zero volume. EXAMPLE This period, you are fully qualified or have QV. You have at least one active PEM in each leg. Your Enrollment Root volume is 15,000 CV. Your left leg has 10,000 CV and your right leg has 1,000 CV. Your Team Bonus for this period will be 1% of your smaller leg. Therefore, 1%* 10,000 CV = $1,00 USD. 1% TEAM MATCHING POOL Your right leg will now begin the new period with,000 CV, which was the difference between the two legs before the Team Bonus was paid out. *Or 3% of their rolling four period Enrollment Root CV, whichever is greater. RANK ADVANCE CASH

13 RANK ADVANCE CASH ENROLLER MATCHING POOL PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Rank of 3-Star or higher. ACTION: Develop leadership within your Enrollment Root. : Earn a percentage of the Team Bonuses earned by all Members on your first, second, third and fourth levels on your Enrollment Root. Levels can compress to the rank of 1-Star. FREQUENCY: Earn this bonus every period that you and your PEMs meet the requirements. There is no limit to the number of PEMs in each leg on whom you can earn a Matching Pool Bonus! Customer New Member HOW DOES IT WORK? The Enroller Matching Bonus is a pool. Every week, the total amount of commissions owed for orders placed in the period are determined. The system then calculates what is owed on the, FastTrack, Team, Rank Advance Cash Bonuses, and other commissions and pays those amounts. The remaining amount becomes the Enroller Matching Bonus Pool. 1% TEAM MATCHING POOL The number of shares you earn in the Enroller Matching Bonus Pool is dependent upon your rank and the Team Bonus(es) earned by your PEMs. These shares are paid up to four levels compressed to the rank of 1-Star.

14 RANK ADVANCE CASH HOW ARE SHARE VALUES DETERMINED? The total Enroller Matching Bonus Pool amount is divided by the number of shares earned by all Members. We also apply dynamic compression to the Enrollment Root up to the rank of 1-Star, which allows qualifiers to receive even more shares of the Enroller Matching Bonus Pool. ENROLLER MATCHING POOL PAYOUT This is the number of shares you receive per dollar based on your rank and the Team Bonuses your Enrollment Root members earned in the period. ENROLLER MATCHING PAYOUT RANK 3-STAR 4-STAR 5-STAR 6-STAR 7-STAR ALL- STAR LEVEL HALL OF FAME 10 Customer New Member LEVEL LEVEL LEVEL 4 3 1% TEAM EXAMPLE One of your many PEMs earned a Team Bonus of $0 USD this period. The share value for this period is $.01 per share. By getting ten shares for each dollar your PEM earned in their Team Bonus, you d earn 10,000 shares at $.01 per share = $ USD. And that s for just one of your PEMs! MATCHING POOL

15 RANK ADVANCE CASH WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? If you skip over a rank as you advance, you can still receive the bonus(es) associated with the ranks you skipped by meeting the qualifications for those rank(s) in future weeks. Rank advance by qualifying for the Team Bonus and meeting the following requirements.
