4 Terminology Before we walk you through the plan, let s make sure we are saying the same thing. Let s use Ty as an example. Tucker is Ty s Enroller Tucker invited Ty to join ForeverGreen as a Member. Tucker is Ty s Enroller. Tucker placed Ty in his Small Leg under Troy. Troy is Ty s Placement Upline. Tucker Enroller: The person who introduced you to the ForeverGreen business. Placement Upline: The person you were placed directly under in the placement tree. Small Leg: In the placement tree, there are two sides of the tree. Both sides contain Members that purchase products. The side with more volume is considered your big leg, and the side with less volume is considered your small leg. Measured weekly Troy Ty Troy is Ty s Placement Upline Ty is on the Autoship Program for 200 Let ForeverGreen s automatic placement system place your enrollees in the most profitable position available within your placement tree, concentrating your organization s power into two main groups (legs).

5 Terminology Ty signed up in the Autoship Program (AS) which ensures his qualification to earn weekly bonuses for the next 28 days or four weeks. Ty noticed when he placed an order, Qualifying Volume () and Commisionable Volume (CV) were assigned to his order. AS (Autoship Program): This program helps ensure that you stay qualified to receive bonuses. You can decide when you want your products to ship and which products you want to receive. You are also able to change, edit or cancel your Autoship order anytime you like. Not only is Autoship the most convenient way to stay on top of the game, but you also qualify for special benefits such as the ForeverGreen Power Tools (an online tool system valued monthly at $20 USD) and more! (Qualifying Volume): The sales that qualify you to earn commissions. Each product has its own assigned amount. To qualify for bonuses, you will need either 100 or 200, depending on your status. The will qualify you to earn weekly bonuses for the next 28 days. CV (Commissionable Volume): Commissionable Volume is the amount of points on which commissions are calculated. Each product has its own assigned CV. In most countries, the CV amount is the same as the amount, but depending on the international market, we may need to adjust the CV in order for us to offer a more friendly selling price. 5

6 Terminology Ty wants to make money and build a long-term business. Ty starts to share the opportunity and enrolling people in Forever- Green. He makes sure they are all on the Autoship Program, because he knows his first goal is to become Winning Team (WT) qualified. Ty enrolled Tiffany and Tony. Both of them are now on the Autoship Program with AS Ty Ty is Winning Team Qualified OV (Organizational Volume): Each Member s added up together will become their OV. For example, if you have three people in your small leg and they each place a 100 order, the OV for your small leg will be 300. Tiffany 500 OV 100 AS Tony 1500 OV 100 AS WT (Winning Team): Next to Autoship, the most important cornerstone in the Money Tree Plan is a Winning Team. This is used to evaluate growth within your group and will help qualify you for more bonuses. Your success is measured on how many people in your groups are Winning Team Qualified. To qualify, you need to have a minimum of 100, enroll two people who also have a minimum of 100 each, and have at least 500 OV in your small leg. Ty understands if he works every week, he can get paid every week. Let s get to work. 6

7 Good business practice The ForeverGreen Money Tree Plan is created to reward the right behaviors. Even if you don t understand how the bonuses are calculated, the rewards will automatically happen as long as you keep good business practice. So, what kind of actions do you need to take to be on the right track? Here is a checklist for you. By doing these simple actions and teaching others to do the same, the magic will happen. Everyone needs to do a little. r Become a ForeverGreen Member r Signup in the Autoship Program r Enroll at least two people on Autoship r Become Winning Team Qualified r Build your Small Leg Action List for Success r Help your people become Winning Team Qualified r Enroll new people Weekly r Help new people become Winning Team Qualified

Rewards: For Beginners Action: Sell product to customers Reward: Retail Profit Example: As part of Ty s initial membership investment, he s armed with a world class personalized multi-language website. Ty is excited and starts sharing his online business with others. Ty s customers decide to try the product and order from Ty s website. Ty earns Retail Profit on each retail order that comes through his website, weekly. Once you start your ForeverGreen business, you can purchase products from the company directly at wholesale pricing. You can then sell the products at the retail price and keep the profit.* You also earn retail profit when others purchase from your online shopping cart. The retail profit on those online purchases are added to your regular weekly checks. The volume from retail orders is counted as a part of your personal qualification up to 200 points. All the personal volume that exceeds 200 points will be counted as part of your small leg volume. *Does not apply to countries on ForeverGreen s NFR (Not for Resale)/ No Fences program.

9 Actions VS.Rewards: For Beginners Action: Enroll new people Reward: 20% FastStart Bonus Example: Ty introduced Tiffany to ForeverGreen and Tiffany decided to become a Member. Ty is Tiffany s Enroller. Tiffany placed her first order, and Ty received a 20% FastStart Bonus. Tiffany is on 200 AS 20% Tiffany Ty is on 200 AS Ty FastStart Bonuses are calculated based on 20% of the enrollee s first CV order. You need to have at least 50 to qualify for this bonus. If you do not have a qualifying purchase, then this bonus is compressed and paid to the next qualified upline Enroller. AS = Autoship Qualifiyng Volume

10 Actions VS.Rewards: For Beginners Action: Enroll two new people in one week Reward: 2% FastStart WorldWide Pool qualification. 200 Example: Ty enrolled two people to the company this week, so he will receive a share of this exclusive 2% Worldwide Pool in addition to his 20% FastStart Bonus. Ty Ty The ForeverGreen worldwide family works for you from day one. Your organization and every ForeverGreen Member in the world contributes to a more rewarding, immediate FastStart Bonus. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Tiffany Tiffany is on 200 AS Tony Tony is on 200 AS Can we lend you a hand? How about thousands of them? Weeks begin Tuesday and end the following Monday at 11:59 PM US MST. This 2%pool FastStart Worldwide Pool is created based on the entire company s 2% CV generated in the week. Qualifiers share this pool equally. Qualified Enrollers earn one share for every two new enrollees with a minimum of 100 on Autoship. There is no limit on how many shares you can earn. You must have a minimum of 100 Autoship to qualify. This pool is exclusive for those who are qualified at the rank of Determined or lower.

11 Actions VS.Rewards: For builders Action: Become Winning Team Qualified and continue building your Small Leg Reward: 10% Growth Bonus Ty Ty 200 AS Example: Ty wants to build his own organization. After being on Autoship, his next goal is becoming Winning Team Qualified. He has 200 himself, and his personally-enrolled Members, Tiffany and Tony each also have 200. He now has two legs that contain OV. Every week he can receive a 10% Growth Bonus on his small leg CV with a minimum of 500 OV. 200 AS 200 Tiffany Tony 200 AS Small Leg 1100 OV 500 Big Leg 2900 OV People in your organization can be enrolled by you or placed into your legs by upline Members. This bonus is paid through your placement tree. You must be Winning Team Qualified to earn this bonus. Any unpaid volume carries over to the next week as long as you remain active by having at least 100 in the current week. This bonus is limited to $10,000 USD per week.

12 Actions VS.Rewards: For leaders What is an Enrollment Tree? Let s use Ty as an example. Ty enrolled Tiffany, Tony, Trudy and Todd and placed them in his placement tree. Each of them also enrolled someone, and those people each enrolled someone and so on. This formed Ty s Enrollment Tree. Reward: Enroller Matching Bonus Example: Ty understands that the key to earn the lucrative Matching Bonus is based on how many people he and his people have enrolled. When his enrolled Members, or the people they enrolled are Winning Team Qualified, they earn the 10% Growth Bonus, and Ty can qualify for the Matching Bonus. His goal is to continue to rank advance until he hits the top, so he can earn up to seven generations. Qualified Rank DETERMINED Successful Part time Full time Generations paid What is a generation? When you bump into someone who is Learning rank or above, it will create a generation. Let s use Tiffany s leg as an example. Tiffany enrolled A and A enrolled B. Tiffany and A are both Winning Team Qualified and B is Learning. This will be considered one generation for Ty, and he can receive a matching. Free mvp Hall of fame Rainmaker Shareholder You need to be ranked at Determined or higher to earn this bonus. The ForeverGreen Money Tree Plan guarantees a 62% payout of the entire company s CV. The Enroller Matching Bonus is based on a floating percentage. The percentage is determined after the rest of the bonuses have been calculated, then all remaining bonuses are allocated to the Matching Bonus. This bonus is paid through your Enrollment Tree, matching on your team s 10% Growth Bonus. Each generation is defined as Learning, and all volume will be compressed to the next generation to ensure you earn your maximum potential. Your Enroller Matching Bonus cannot exceed your small leg volume. Make sure you are on the Autoship Program with 200 to qualify.

To earn a share of this pool you need to have a personally enrolled leg where there is at least one Member qualified at Learning or above. You can earn multiple shares if you have multiple qualified enrolled.
