2 SUCCEED WITH THE BEST PRODUCT! VABO-N provides a unique product that people love. A product that optimizes the cell supply and thus contributes to the general well-being. A product that you would buy and recommend anyway but we even reward you. ;) Our business model is designed to reward people who recommend VABO-N products. The VABO-N compensation plan is based on a simple concept of building two teams - one left (left leg) and one right team (right leg). Additionally, a Unilevel Bonus gives you the opportunity to participate in the same structure, at the same time to form as many lines of partners as you like. This VABO-N business model is easy to understand, fair and duplicable important factors for your success in network marketing! 2

3 Based on the VABO-N compensation plan, we pay forty percent (40 %) of the commissionable revenue on a weekly or monthly basis (depending on the bonus type) to our business partners. How can VABO-N manage that? It s simple: Instead of using traditional advertising, retail margins or our own business premises, we rely on the recommendation of our partners! That is why we prefer to pay this money to people - people like you! To be a QUALIFIED brand ambassador (business partner), you must meet a monthly qualifying volume (QV)* worth 120 QV points. To reach this, you either place a monthly autoship order worth at least 120 QV or you place a monthly autoship order of 60 QV and generate the remaining 60 QV via your personal customer volume (PEQ)*. What counts in the end are 50 % of the CV/QV of two registered customers. As an brand ambassador, you have access to the back office and to your personal website. If you enroll someone in the system, you can do this on your personal VABO-N site. Once you are qualified with 120 QV points and have at least one (1) active customer or brand ambassador registered on each side (active means an active subscription minimum order of 60 QV), you are entitled to earn commissions from the VABO-N compensation plan. Your monthly subscription order will activate your brand ambassador account for five (5) weeks including the week in which the order was placed. If you cannot achieve the Cycle Volume Bonus for six (6) months in a row, you will automatically lose the brand ambassador status and be reclassified as a customer. The VABO-N Compensation Plan offers two types of income IMMEDIATE New Customer Bonus Quantum Bonus LONG-TERM Cycle Volume Bonus Balance Team Reward Matching Bonus Rank Advancement Bonus * see glossary on the last page 3

4 IMMEDIATE NEW CUSTOMER BONUS Whenever someone orders VABO-N for the first time thanks to your efforts we immediately reward you with the New Customer Bonus. For the New Customer Bonus, you need a Qualifying Volume (QV) of 120 points. As a qualified business partner, you receive the New Customer Bonus based on the first order placed by new customers and brand ambassadors who were enrolled directly. In addition, you receive half of the Cycle Volume Points (CV) or half of the Qualifying Volume (QV), as soon as the New Costumer Bonus is paid out. If a business partner does not qualify for the New Costumer Bonus, the New Costumer Bonus is disbursed to the next active and direct Upline-brand ambassador. Payment is made on a weekly basis. The Quantum Bonus of up to 50 can be earned twice within one RA period. It is a pool bonus and therefore the payout amount depends on the number brand ambassadors qualified for the Quantum Bonus. Payment is made at the end of the RA period*. 5 LONG-TERM CYCLE VOLUME BONUS VABO-N pays out this bonus on a weekly basis. At the end of each calculation week, VABO-N calculates the actual sales of your left and right teams. Every time the achieved sales within these teams results in a 6:3 ratio (three sales on the one side with a total CV of 180, six sales on the other side with a total CV of 360), you receive the Cycle Volume Bonus of about if you are a qualified business partner. The ratio of sales must proportionally add up to 6:3 (360 CV:180 CV) or 3:6 (180 CV: 360 CV). POWER TEAM (360 points) You PROFIT TEAM (180 points) Cycle Volume Bonus Review To support our business partners when starting their business and especially to value the efforts of the initial phase in particular, your first cycles in each RA period are worth the most at VABO-N. CYCLE VOLUME CYCLE-WERT 1 9 Cycles 120 % Cycles 115 % Cycle Earnings Level The cycle earnings level only applies to the Cycle Volume Bonus and has no impact on other areas of the commissions from the VABO-N Compensation Plan. Once you reach the maximum cycle level earning of 20,000 per week in your position during four (4) consecutive weeks, you will receive one (1) new position above your current one. 6 LONG-TERM Cycle Volume Points Qualified business partners also collect a cycle volume (CV) based on their profit teams*. If you do not qualify in four (4) consecutive weeks as a QUALIFIED* business partner, the volume of the profit team is lost. All sales of your Power Team (CV) are preserved until the next qualification, if you remain active*. To put it simply: If you are not qualified accordingly as a business partner, only the sales of your stronger teams will be credited. Business partners can accumulate up to 2,000,000 CV in their power team. If you have not reached the active status in four (4) consecutive weeks during which the volume is calculated, the total accumulated volume of the two teams will be lost. If you have collected significantly more volume (CV) in your power team than in your profit team at the end of a working year of 52 weeks, the volume of your power team will be cut down to a fifteenth of the volume of the profit teams. If you have registered after the 26th week of the fiscal year, the volume is adjusted until the following year. At the beginning of the first week of the new fiscal year, the total volume of the power team, which exceeds the set limit, will be erased. This limit corresponds to fifteen times (15 times) the volume of the profit teams that will be achieved in the period between calendar week 49 to 52, or a CV of 150,000, whichever is the greater. The VABO-N business partnership expires automatically after 24 consecutive weeks without any activity (order placement). * siehe Glossar auf der letzten Seite 6

7 LONG-TERM BALANCED TEAM BUILDING BONUS This bonus is a pool bonus and is divided among all qualified brand ambassadors. Initial orders are NOT added using the calculation of 500 QV. Payment is made at the end of each RA period. Accumulated volume is not transferred to the next RA period. Brand ambassadors who occupy the same rank for more than twelve months, may no longer participate in this bonus pool and can YOu Silver qualify again after reaching the next rank. 8 LONG-TERM MATCHING BONUS To receive the Matching Bonus, you need a personal Qualifying Volume (QV) of 120 and four personally recruited active business partners. One in each team, the others at any level within your teams. Overall, four directly registered active business partners are required. With the Matching Bonus, you get 10 % of the value of the Cycle Volume Bonus earnings of your directly registered business partners (1st line) and their personally sponsored business partners (2 nd line). If the respective business partners for the Matching Bonus are not qualified, the Matching Bonus from the first line is paid out to the next active upline business partner from the direct enrollment line. Matching Bonus Limit As a Matching Bonus, you receive a commission of up to 5, within the 4-week accounting period without having to fulfill special conditions. In order to obtain commissions of more than 5, via the Enroller Matching Bonus, you must have achieved and kept the Paid as rank Ruby or higher A business partner cannot receive both boni, the Enroller Matching Bonus and the Enroller Matching Bonus 2nd generation for the same downline business partner. 8

9 LONG-TERM RANK ADVANCEMENT BONUS Once a business partner, starting from the Silver rank, qualifies for a new rank in two consecutive RA periods (starting from Saphire (Elite Club) six consecutive RA periods), a one-time bonus is paid out. The bonus for the rank advancement will be paid out once as follows depending on the achieved rank: TWO (2) RA PERIODS SIX (6) RA PERIODS Silver Gold Platinum Star Platinum Ruby Star Ruby 1, Emerald 1, ELITE CLUB Saphire 3, Star Saphire 5, Royal Saphire 10, Diamond 15, Star Diamond 20, Royal Diamond 50, Star Emerald 2, When reaching the Elite Club ( Paid as rank Saphire), the brand ambassador has to meet the criteria of the the Balanced Team Building Bonus (see above) to obtain the Rank Advancement Bonus. The brand ambassador has a grace period of 12 weeks to meet this criteria before the entitlement expires irrevocably. 9

10 LONG-TERM Rank Awards Only if you have a goal, you can achieve it. At VABO-N there are many goals you can achieve, and they always come with a great feeling of success. Having achieved something and getting the proper appreciation for it, feels really good. ;) The number of all achieved cycles within an RA period determines your rank. 11 TEAM REQUIREMENTS Balanced customer/ distributor structure: In order to obtain commissions from the VABO-N compensation plan, the weekly total volume of your entire organization needs to be reached (as a majority) by customer sales (50.1 % or higher). If this condition is not met, no commissions from the VABO-N compensation plan will be paid out for the relevant period. These unpaid commissions return to the bonus pool in the following month and will be divided once again among all our business partners. Balanced structure of the distribution network: VABO-N business partners are required to meet certain criteria on both sides of their organization. When failing the criteria for a balanced structure of the distribution network, the Cycle bonus is deduction percentage, after the expiration of a grace period. For the Elite Club and higher the following is valid: If, for example, the Paid as rank Royal Saphire is not reached and at the same time also the Paid as ranks Saphire or Star Saphire are not reached, 20 % will be deducted. However, if you reach the Paid as rank Royal Saphire, Saphire or Star Saphire, the brand ambassador only has to contribute 10 % of his Cycle Volume Bonus. If brand ambassadors boni are subtracted or were not paid out, these boni are returned to the Cycle Volume Bonus in the following week to be divided again among all business partners that receive the Cycle Volume Bonus. 12

13 BACKOFFICE Each brand ambassador receives a personal website and an extensive back office with his business start, which support him to track and plan his business, manage orders and much more. This is complimentary until he reaches the first cycle and thus the Bronze rank. Thereafter, the overhead is as follows: BACKOFFICE COST CONTRIBUTIONS From Bronze rank 4.00 From Silver rank 6.00 From Gold rank From Platinum rank Once a month, this will be automatically subtracted from the Cycle Volume Bonus 13

14 GLOSSARY QV Qualifying Volume Points. Points, brand ambassadors accumulate in order to qualify for certain bonuses. Each product is worth a certain number of points, which is noted above. CV Cycle Volume Points. Points, the brand ambassador collects for subject to commission volume and which are summarized in cycles. Each product counts for a certain number of points, which is noted above. RA Period Rank Advancement Period. The RA period is a determined period of 4 weeks. The number of cycles, which the brand ambassadors reached in this period, determines their VABO-N rank. Active To qualify as being active, it is necessary to have an autoship order of minimum 60 QV every five (5) weeks. As an active brand ambassador you collect volume from the sales of your Power Team. Qualified Brand Ambassador As a qualified brand ambassador you collect volume from the sales of both of your teams. Enrollment Line Involves everyone, who is interconnected through direct recruitment. Thus, for example, all your directly recruited brand ambassadors as well as their directly recruited brand ambassadors, etc. represent your direct enrollment line. Enroller The enroller is the person who has integrated you into the world of VABO-N. Therefore you are the enroller of everyone who you ve integrated into the system. PEQ Directly enrolled active brand ambassador or customer. Autoship If you have placed an autoship order, you automatically receive your placed order on a monthly basis. The autoship can be terminated at any time with immediate effect until the monthly processing of it. Autoship points QV/CV points from autoship orders. Onetime orders are not considered. Power Team The team that achieves a higher volume. Profit Team The team that achieves a lower volume. Paid as status The actual rank reached during the relevant RA Period. 14
