1 UNCON INCENTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS I. Qualification and Eligibility a. The UnCon Incentive period is March 1, 2018 through May 31, b. All active Consultants are eligible to participate in the UnCon Incentive. c. To earn the Monthly Award, Consultants must achieve one of the following: i. 2,000 PV and 1 new recruit, or ii. 1,500 PV and 2 new recruits, or iii. 1,000 PV and 3 new recruits during the month-long qualifying period. d. The Power Seller Bonus consists of 3 different levels and, during the UnCon Incentive, may only be earned once the Monthly Award has already been achieved. Each level earns different rewards at the following PV amounts: i. 1,500 PV ii. 3,000 PV iii. 5,000 PV Qualifying periods for Monthly Award and Power Seller Bonus are as follows: March: 12 AM (PT) March 1, :59 PM (PT) March 31, 2018 April: 12 AM (PT) April 1, :59 PM (PT) April 30, 2018 May: 12 AM (PT) May 1, :59 PM (PT) May 31, 2018 e. Power Sponsor Bonus consists of personally sponsoring a minimum of four new Consultants all three months to earn additional prizes. f. All qualifying sales and recruits must be submitted during the corresponding month s qualifying period. Only commissionable (volume) sales of Perfectly Posh products count toward the Monthly Award. Non-commissionable sales do not count toward the volume (e.g. tax and shipping costs, Posh Portal, or Starter Kit purchases). Consultants who reactivate will not count toward recruiting totals or PV totals for the recruiter. There will be absolutely NO backdating of orders or recruits for ANY reason (including heavy site traffic issues). g. In order to qualify for UnCon Incentive prizes, Consultants must earn the Monthly Award, and may earn additional rewards based on the following: Level 1 upgrade: 2 out of 3 Monthly Awards Level 2 upgrade: 3 out of 3 Monthly Awards Level 3 upgrade: Power Seller Bonus all three months Level 4 upgrade: Additional sponsoring h. Any returns or refunds that affect volume will be subtracted from volume totals and will impact your qualification in the Monthly Award. i. All participants must be active Consultants (see Polka-Dotted Guide for more information) with Perfectly Posh to be eligible to receive any Monthly Award.

Any violation of the Perfectly Posh Policies and Procedures can and likely will result in disqualification from the Monthly Award and/or UnCon Incentive, and possible termination of your Perfectly Posh business. k. During the qualifying Monthly Award period, the qualifying Consultant account must be in compliance with all Perfectly Posh Policies and Procedures as enumerated in the Perfectly Posh Consultant Agreement. Accounts must be in good standing during entire qualifying Monthly Award period. m. Perfectly Posh reserves the right to audit all sales and recruiting activities to ensure that all Policies and Procedures have been followed. Anyone who breaks any policy to qualify for the Monthly Award in conjunction with the UnCon Incentive will not earn monthly prizes, free UnCon registration, or additional Incentive prizes. n. Perfectly Posh reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make the final determination if a Consultant has earned the Monthly Award and/or UnCon Incentive prizes. II. Prizes a. Monthly Award Prizes i. All prizes will be added to the Consultant s My Rewards tab and shipped to the Consultant at no additional charge when combined with additional orders. ii. All prizes award at UnCon will only be available at UnCon. iii. Monthly Award prizes added to the My Rewards tab are as follows: March: Egg on Your Face Bundle, 1,000 business cards or $100 Monthly Award cash April: Mother s Day bundle and car vinyl or $100 Monthly Award cash May: Father s Day bundle and event banner or $100 Monthly Award cash iv. You must attend UnCon July 2018 to receive all additional awards. v. UnCon Incentive prizes for Monthly Award Earners are as follows: March: Gift basket, themed accessories, new product April: Themed accessories, new product from Portal June: Sequined tote bag, themed accessories, new Vial shade b. UnCon Incentive prizes for those who earn 2 out of 3 Monthly Awards are as follows:

3 iv. Silver diva boa c. UnCon Incentive for those who earn 3 out of 3 Monthly Awards are as follows: Night products for Consultant only vi. Reserved seating for two during Posh Night vii. Hot pink diva boa and tiara d. UnCon Incentive for those who earned 3 out of 3 Monthly Awards and 3 out of 3 Power Seller Bonus: Night products for Consultant only v. Reserved seating for two during Posh Night vi. Premium seating for two at the Lori Greiner General Session vii. Celebrity balcony seating for two on Saturday afternoon with snacks, bar, and special guests invited by Posh viii. White diva boa and large tiara vix. 50% off a hotel room at the Renaissance Inn for July 19, 20, and 21, 2018 e. Power Sponsor Bonus for those who earned 3 out of 3 Monthly Awards and 3 out of 3 Power Seller Bonuses and has a minimum of 4 new personally sponsored Consultants 3 out of 3 months:

4 Night products (for Consultant only) v. Reserved seating for two during Posh Night vi. Premium seating for you and a guest at the Lori Greiner General Session vii. Choose a meet-and-greet for two with either Sara Evans or Lori Greiner viii. Celebrity balcony seating for two on Saturday afternoon with snacks, bar, and special guests invited by Perfectly Posh vix. Special dinner with Perfectly Posh Executive Team before the Denim and Diamonds event x. Black diva boa and extra-large tiara xi. Free suite at the Renaissance Inn for July 19, 20 and 21, 2018 f. Consultants must be in attendance at UnCon to receive these awards. g. Consultant will receive an to redeem their free room, if qualified, after June 15, III. UnCon Registration a. UnCon registration ends June 30, 2018 at 10 AM (MT) or when event reaches maximum capacity, whichever happens first. b. Because UnCon registration ends before Incentive prizes are awarded, all Consultants wishing to attend UnCon, regardless of UnCon Incentive award status, will need to have pre-registered prior to the end of the Incentive. c. If a Consultant is reimbursed for the price of her UnCon registration as an award for earning the UnCon Incentive, and then later cannot attend, said Consultant is not eligible to claim any consolation prize. III. Travel a. Travel arrangements for any and all parts of the UnCon Incentive, including (but not limited to) airfare to and from Nashville, TN, ground transportation to and from the airport, convention center, etc. and accommodations must be arranged by the qualifying Consultant and will not be arranged by Perfectly Posh. Consultants are responsible for any and all fees associated with travel in any way. b. All personal expenses incurred in relation to the UnCon Incentive are the responsibility of the Consultant. IV. Other a. Consultants who earn the Monthly Award for all 3 consecutive months (March, April, and May) will still earn the $500 Consistency Award bonus as stated in regular Monthly Award Terms and Conditions.

5 b. Consultants who have previously earned Monthly Awards will continue to earn monetary prizes as stated in Consistency Award Terms and Conditions. For more information, see the Polka-Dotted Guide. c. Monetary prizes for Consistency Bonuses will be given in August 2018, as stated in the Consistency Award Terms and Conditions. For more information, see the Polka-Dotted Guide. d. Other regular Monthly Award Terms and Conditions may still apply. e. Perfectly Posh reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the UnCon Incentive and rewards as required or at its sole discretion. f. Perfectly Posh reserves the right to interpret the rules and qualifications of the program in a manner it deems appropriate. g. All program deadlines are subject to change without notice. h. The value of the award may be considered taxable income to the Consultant account and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Consultant account holder. i. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, awards, or other compensation. j. The program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. k. The laws of the State of Utah shall govern this program, and participants in the program hereby consent to the resolution of any disputes with regard to the program solely through the process described in the Consultant Agreement. l. Further, should UnCon 2018 be canceled due to any act of God, terrorism, or other uncontrollable circumstances, Perfectly Posh will not be responsible for any compensation or remuneration. m. Perfectly Posh reserves the right to use names, images, and likeness of Incentive winners for printed and online media to market Perfectly Posh products, events and promotions.
