3 Important Information Questions & Answers Do all my sales count? Net sales from all Usborne Books & More programs that earn you commission count toward your Travel Points. What are net sales? Net sales are calculated by subtracting the commission earned from the retail cost. How do I Calculate and Earn Travel Points on sales? A Travel Point is earned for each dollar in personal net sales A Travel Point is earned for each dollar in net sales submitted by your New Personal Recruits* Where do recruit points come from? You receive one Travel Point for every dollar in net sales placed by your New Personal Recruits* during the contest. You receive an additional 250 Travel Points for every New Personal Recruit* who attains Success Bound level between June 1, 2014 and February 1, A Success Bound recruit is a New Personal Recruit who attains $750 in net sales during their incentive period (or before February 1, 2015, whichever comes first). *Who counts as a New Personal Recruit? All consultants you personally sponsor to join the company between June 1, 2014 and January 30, PLUS all those you personally sponsored who are within their incentive period at the start of the contest, June 1, Do Re- signing Consultants count as a new recruit? Yes. To be eligible to re- sign, a consultant must have had no sales in the past 12 calendar months and no more than two previous consultant numbers. Promotion Points are earned as follows: Promote to Team Leader between March 1, 2014 and February 1, 2015, to receive 1500 Travel Points. Promote out a Team Leader from your Central Group between June 1, 2014 and February 1, 2015, to receive 1000 Travel Points.

4 Promote yourself to a higher Leader level between March 1, 2014 and February 1, 2015, to receive 1000 Travel Points per level. You receive 1000 bonus points for every higher level you attain. A higher Leader promotion is considered to be when a Team Leader has the groups in place to achieve a higher title you do not need the group sales necessary to earn the higher overrides or bonuses associated with that title. Convention Points 500 Travel Points will be added after Convention 2014 is held. Consultants must be in attendance to receive Convention Points. Guest Buy- In You may buy- in for your immediate family subject to space availability. The buy- in cost will be made available closer to the close of the contest. You may not buy- in for an Usborne Books & More Consultant or Leader. Can I bring my children on the trip? Yes, you may buy- in for children subject to availability. Will I need a Passport? Yes, Passports are required for adults and children and must not expire within six months of the date of the trip. Registering for the Trip February 21 deadline When the contest ends all those earning the contest will be notified by and asked to complete an online registration form showing their choice of award. This document must be fully completed and submitted no later than February 21, 2015 in order for us to meet booking deadlines. If a fully completed registration form is not received by February 21, 2015, you will be awarded $2000 books. HOC II TRIP CASH Bonus Achieve HOC II seven of the eight months of the contest, (June to January) and receive $250 TRIP CASH. Achieve HOC II all eight months of the contest, (June to January) and receive an additional $100 TRIP CASH (for a total of $350).

5 ORDER DEADLINES IMPORTANT! ALL are 10:00 am Central Standard Time. All Orders must be received by the Home Office fully completed and must ship by the deadline date for sales to count toward the Contest. No exceptions will be made. Last Business Day of every month, June 2014 to January 2015 For sales and recruits to count toward monthly HOC II Trip Cash Bonus Last day of Personal Recruits Incentive Period All New Recruit orders must be received in time to ship by the last day of their incentive period in order to count for 250 Success Bound Travel Points. All Consigned Inventory Reconciliation orders must be received by the published cut off date in order to ship by the last day of the Contest. Friday, January 30, 2015 Final day to submit orders by 10:00 am. All Orders must ship by the last day of the Contest. Plan to submit your orders prior to the deadline each month. Remember that the totals on your tracker update the evening after your order ships. Definitions & Clarifications 1. The Travel Contest runs from June 1, 2014 through January 30, The Vacation is scheduled for July 23-29, Alternative dates are not offered. 3. Location and timing could be subject to change. 4. If you prefer an Alternative Prize you may select $2,000 in Usborne and Kane Miller books or $ in CASH. Select your choice on the Registration document. 5. Air travel originates in the United States and will be based out of cities decided by the travel company. 6. Accommodation is based on double occupancy by two adults. Single travelers will be placed with another trip earner. 7. Airline baggage charges and travel expenses incurred between your home and the airport are not included. 8. Awards are not transferable. 9. HOC II Trip Cash is part of the vacation and is not in addition to the Cash or Books Alternative Prizes. 10. Once a Consultant buying- in for a guest has registered for the trip and flights are purchased ANY cancellation for ANY reason will result in the earner being held responsible for costs incurred by the Company and any applicable fees imposed by the hotel, or other providers. 11. Usborne Books & More, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to review a Consultant s activity, not limited to personal sales, recruiting, and contest requirements.

6 Manipulation of sales, transferring sales, or other breaches of Usborne Books & More guidelines may result in forfeiture of all trip points and a possible termination of contract. 12. No exceptions will be made for missing a deadline, insufficient deposits, mail delay, weather conditions or any other reason. 13. In the case of disputes, Usborne Books & More has the final authority over the outcome of the dispute and over the interpretation of the rules. 14. All outstanding balances with Usborne Books & More must be completely paid and inventory orders accounted for prior to awards being honored. 15. Consultants and guests traveling give full permission to Usborne Books & More to use photographs taken during the trip for future marketing materials and any other uses deemed appropriate by the Company. 16. You must be an active Usborne Books & More consultant at the time of the trip.
