2 Basic Incentive Trip Inclusions: Round trip transportation between Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport and the resorts Four nights in an ocean view junior suite at the beautiful all-inclusive Secrets Vallarta Bay or Now Amber Puerto Vallarta All room tax and gratuities Meals and drinks for 4 nights and 5 days 1 private excursion for two to Las Caletas General Program Rules: Only Consultants in good standing who have an effective Consultant Agreement with the company and at the time of group travel are eligible to earn this incentive. Incentive Trips are not transferable and may not be gifted or sold. No compensation will be paid to any earner for any unused portion of this Incentive Reward. All Consultant achievers must be 18 years of age or older to attend the trip. This award is redeemable for up to two people, a Jamberry Consultant and one guest. Accommodations are based on double occupancy for all Consultants (the Consultant and one guest). Buy-ins for additional guests will be available. To be considered a guest, the individual may not be a Jamberry Consultant at any time during the Incentive Trip Earning Period, 1 January 2017 at 6:00 am AEDT 1 January 2018 at 5:59 am AEDT. Jamberry Consultants who resign or are terminated, up to and including time of travel, will forfeit all incentive award points. Room drops or gifts received on site may be exchanged on site only if damaged upon receiving, and if quantities permit. Exchanges, lost items, or damaged items will not be replaced after the event has ended. Airfare and Transportation: Achievers will be reimbursed for airfare according to the Steps to Success Program (detailed below). All transportation from the achiever s home to the airport, airport parking and baggage fees are the responsibility of the achiever. Transportation from the destination airport to the resort are provided by Jamberry. Guests of the achiever must depart from the same major city airport as their host achiever, or the achiever will be responsible for the difference in cost. Group air travel from a major city airport can be arranged through Morris Meetings and Incentives. Any expenses associated with this service are the responsibility of the achiever. When arranging your own travel, you should fly into Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport. Additional Guest Buy-In: While this Incentive Trip is earned for two, you do have the opportunity to buy-in additional guests. The achiever may not buy-in another Jamberry Consultant, or a person who has been a Jamberry Consultant at any time during the earning period. Please note that all costs associated with your additional guests are not covered or compensated by Jamberry. There is a maximum occupancy of 3 adults per room if you are staying at the Secrets Puerto Vallarta Bay Resort. If you are staying at the Now Amber Puerto Vallarta Resort, there is a maximum occupancy of 3 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children per room. Any guests outside of this maximum will be required to purchase another room. You can organize this by ing Morris Meetings and Incentives (contact info to follow). Guests 18 years and older will have full access to both resorts over the program dates. 3 Alternate Award: If an Achiever opts out of the Mexico Incentive Trip, the achiever will be awarded a *$200 Spa Finder 365 Wellness Gift Card so you still have an opportunity to be pampered. Jamberry reserves the right to audit sales and recruits of each Consultant and to make adjustments when warranted. Manipulation of party dates, transferring of sales from one Consultant to another, or breaches of policy as published by Jamberry will result in disqualification for all involved. The value of the award will be included on your IRS 1099 or T4 form for the year in which you received the award and will reflect fair market value of the award. Incentive Trip Earning FAQ How do I contact Morris Meetings and Incentives? Why are the earning requirements different from those of previous years? We feel strongly that the Incentive Earning Program needed to be improved and strengthened to better support our Consultants in the long run. This program now reflects the best practices and rewards that we feel will most support each Consultant and their business. What is an eligible recruit? An eligible recruit is a personally sponsored new recruit during the Incentive Trip Earning Period that completes their Fast Start Level 1 during the same Incentive Trip Earning Period. When I promote a personal recruit to a new leadership level beginning at Lead Consultant, do I get rewarded when they maintain that rank? No, you will only receive matching points when they hit a new rank at Lead Consultant or above for the first time. What are the specific earning period date ranges for each market? Why are there two resorts - Secrets Vallarta Bay and Now Amber Puerto Vallarta? One of the unique things about this Incentive Trip is that we have the opportunity to use two resorts. These resorts are right next to each other and share the same beach. The Secrets Vallarta Bay property is an adult-only property, and the Now Amber Puerto Vallarta is a family-friendly property. Will I be able to request to stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay or Now Amber Puerto Vallarta? Yes, during the registration process for the Incentive Trip, you will be able to select your hotel preference. If you register any guests under the age of 18, you will be automatically placed in the Now Amber Puerto Vallarta. Please know that children under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the pools, hotel, spas, or any other amenity associated with the Secrets Vallarta Bay. If you and your guests are 18+ and are staying at the Secrets Vallarta Bay, you will have full access to both resorts over the program dates. Will International flights be compensated any further? No, international flights will not be compensated any further than what is outlined in the Steps to Success Program. Through this program, you have the opportunity to earn the Incentive Trip, and two flights for free based off your trip points - no matter where in the world you are! Will I need a passport to travel to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico? Yes, you will need a current passport in order to travel with us, unless you are a Mexico Consultant. You will also need your passport to check into the resorts. Compensation for obtaining a passport will not be provided by Jamberry. Can I bring my family? While this Incentive Trip can only be earned for two people, you do have the opportunity to buy-in additional guests. 5 Do I have to recruit to earn the Puerto Vallarta Incentive Trip? Yes, recruiting is required to earn the Incentive Trip. The only way to earn the Incentive Trip without recruiting is to earn 50,000+ trip points during the earning period, 1 January 2017 at 6:00 am AEDT - 1 January 2018 at 5:59 am AEDT. Any point total less than 50,000 requires 3+ eligible recruits. What do I need to know about the Zika virus in Mexico? For information on prevention, transmission, and other facts related to the Zika virus, click here. What is Las Caletas? Las Caletas is an island that we have the opportunity to take all of our Incentive Trip achievers to. This will be a private event just for Jamberry! More details about this exciting excursion can be found on the Puerto Vallarta microsite when it becomes available. When will the Puerto Vallarta microsite be available? We plan to launch this informational website in the Spring of It will be available to view on the Consultant Workstation, on the Events tab under Resources and Training. Once the microsite is available, this will be communicated to all Consultants via a Dashboard announcement. How will I receive my airfare reimbursement? After you have earned the Incentive Trip and complete your registration, you can book your travel. After you have booked your flights, please your travel receipt to incentives@jamberry.com. Upon receiving that information, our Incentives Team will process your reimbursement according to your total trip points earned and a check will be sent to you soon after. Can I gift or donate my trip points to another Consultant? No, trip points may not be gifted, donated, or transferred to any Consultant for any reason.
