5 *** Process of Booking *** Determine your travel dates & who you ll be sharing a room with then click on the secure Reservation Link and fill in your information: *RESERVATION link: If you have frequent flyer miles, credit card points or airline credit vouchers Jayne is NOT able to book your flight. You must do so on your own. Please provide your flight information to Jayne as she will need it for your transfers. Determine if you want travel protection. It s highly recommended! Insurance rates below are based on your total vacation package value per person.

6 CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE: The break down is based on the TOTAL cost per person (airfare & room). This insurance allows you to cancel for any reason up to 4 hours prior to your departure flight and receive a full refund, less the cost of the insurance, back to the original credit card. It only covers trip components booked with Beach Bum Vacation, so if you book your own airfare, the insurance will not cover it. It also includes a benefit of up to $100 per person/per day (up to $200 max) for trip delays, up to $1000 per person for lost/stolen/damaged baggage/belongings, up to $100 for baggage delays, up to $5,000 for accidental or sickness medical expenses, up to $10,000 for Emergency Evacuation. After the down payment is made the final balance is due by January 31, 2019 Once you place your reservation and your payment has been applied you will receive a confirmation invoice/itinerary for your trip! *** Important Travel & Booking Information *** When should I book?: As soon as possible for the best flight schedules and perks for being a part of Kelly and Brandon s wedding group! *IMPORTANT! -- Airfare WILL fluctuate depending on availability at time you make your reservation, please make your payment with Jayne as soon as possible to ensure the lowest rate and best flight time options. Who should I ask for when making my reservation? All reservations must be made directly through Jayne at Beach Bum Vacation.

7 AIRFARE will be due at the time you are ready to add it to your package. Beach Bum Vacation s insurance policy will cover your airfare 100% if booked through Beach Bum Vacation. Airfare booked separately is not covered. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are also accepted. What travel documents will I need? You will need a valid passport in order to travel to Jamaica, no exceptions. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date. You will need to indicate on the form if you accept or decline TRIP INSURANCE. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance CANNOT be added after initial deposit is made. Insurance is due at the time of making the reservation along with the down payment. Special Needs: Please specify if anyone in your party meets any of the following criteria: (1) is hearing or vision impaired (3) has dietary restrictions (4) needs a wheelchair (5) is diabetic (6) is highly allergic. CANCELLATION POLICY: Once reservation is made up to January 30, 2019 From January 31 March 1, 2019 From March 2, 2019 onwards $150 cancellation penalty per person 2 night cancellation penalty per person 100% cancellation penalty per person The aforementioned is person or room canceling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for that person). Regarding Airline tickets if Beach Bum Vacation booked your tickets - they are 100% not refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. If optional Cancel for Any Reason insurance is purchased, the insurance will cover the above penalties & you will receive a full refund for all travel expenses paid to Beach Bum Vacation, less the cost of the travel insurance itself. Only trip components booked through Beach Bum Vacation are covered by the insurance. If you do not have insurance natural disasters (such as hurricanes), cancellations for ANY reason (medical/personal emergencies, cancelation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve them from these penalties. ONLY the Travel Insurance will help with coverage.

8 Frequently Asked Questions: -Currency: USD $ s are accepted in Jamaica. Discover card is not widely accepted in Jamaica, Master Card, Visa are accepted. -Clothing: some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar & closed toe shoes. -Airport: you must arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to flight departure time. Please reconfirm your flight within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time. - Weather: The average temperatures in the Montego Bay area during the month of April are highs in the 80 s and lows in the mid 70 s. You may want to bring a jacket or sweater for the evenings. You may also want to take a rain jacket (just in case). -Passport: go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for processing. Cost is approx $140. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date -Not Included: Phone calls, gift shop purchases, spa treatments, tours/excursions & motorized water sports are not included.
