15 Questions Answers Do My Points have an expiration date? My Points are valid until 31 December of the year following the year they were earned. e.g. One My point earned on 20/11/2018 is valid until 31/12/2019. Do Loyalty Points have an expiration date? LOYALTY PROGRAMME. My Monte-Carlo 16 Loyalty Points are earned from 1 January to 31 December of each year. The counter resets to zero every year on 1 January. How can I achieve a higher status? All year round, from 1 January to 31 December, we calculate your Loyalty Points. As soon as you obtain the number of Loyalty Points necessary to move up to a higher status, you gain instant access to the benefits of the new status. The status you achieve one year is maintained until 31 December of the year following the year it was achieved. To maintain your status beyond the year in progress, all you have to do is achieve the required number of Loyalty Points. Can I earn My Points and Loyalty Points if I bill a participating restaurant to my room? At this stage, to earn My Points and Loyalty Points in casino bars and restaurants, you must pay the bill on site.

16 I did not have my My Monte-Carlo card with me when I visited the Casino Café de Paris Bar and played the slot machines. Can I still earn My Points and Loyalty Points? Since we have no way of recovering this information, we cannot reward you for expenses that occurred when you didn t have your card. That is why you must present the card every time: that way, we are absolutely sure to reward you for your loyalty. Can I earn My Points and Loyalty Points when I play table games? Yes, if you present your card to the gaming staff as soon as you arrive at the table. The casino staff will evaluate your gaming. Your My Points and Loyalty Points will be credited to your account the following day. Can I pay for my room with My Points? This will be become possible sometime in 2018 as a way to further enrich your My Monte-Carlo programme experience. How about extras that I ve billed to my room during my stay? Yes, you can pay your hotel bill with My Points. Only rooms/suites and disbursements are not eligible and must be paid for with your own means. How can I stay informed of my account balance for My Points and Loyalty Points? You will receive regular s with a summary of your My Points and Loyalty Points account balances. You can also obtain account balance information from My Monte-Carlo staff at our loyalty programme counters.

17 What is a joint account? A joint account allows a member to share their status and rewards with a friend. If you ask to create a joint account, your friend will be a co-account holder. The friend will have a card in their name but with your status, thus benefiting from your advantages as well as earning and using My Points in your account. If the joint account is terminated, the main account holder will retain the My Points and Loyalty Points balances existing at the moment of termination. If the card is strictly personal, how can my children use My Points in the Resort when I am not with them? LOYALTY PROGRAMME. My Monte-Carlo Get them a My Monte-Carlo Kids card! By creating a Kids card in their name, you authorise your children to use your My Points directly in all participating Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Resort establishments. I usually play on two machines at the same time. How can I earn rewards for both? Every member is allowed up to two active My Monte-Carlo cards. Just ask for a second card from the My Monte-Carlo counter in your casino. However, each card must only be used by the account holder. If you and a friend would like to earn points in the same account, ask for a joint account instead. 18 I paid my bill at Le Train Bleu and then played blackjack this afternoon. 19 Practical information Your My Monte-Carlo card is a payment card. In case of loss or theft, please contact the My Monte-Carlo Department.
