2 2017 Mexico City Rally AIRFARE: Omnilife reserves the right to assign the departure airport GROUND TRANSFERS: airport hotel airport ACCOMODATION: 2 hotel nights GALA DINNER To qualify you must comply with the following rules and regulations: Requirements: 1- You must have a valid Independent Distribution Agreement with Omnilife USA, Inc. Said contract must remain valid for the duration of the period. 2- The periods, as well as the required points, are specified in each of the Achievement Charts. Check which one corresponds to you. 3- You have 2 (two) options: the first one is as part of a team, and the second one is the traditional individual way. Each one has different requirements, which is why it is important that you identify the ones that apply to you. 4- Points must be national, taking into account the following: a) Depending on your Career level at the start of March 2017, you must generate a minimum amount of personal points every monthly period: Ø Active Bronze to Silver Supreme Distributors: 2,500 Ø Gold Premier to Triple Diamond Distributors: 3,500 b) The remaining points that correspond to you according to your Achievement Chart may come from the Distributors in your Distribution Network provided that: Ø Ø They are part of the sliding discount scale; in other words, that they do not have a 40% fixed discount and are not directly below a Distributor who has a 40% fixed discount. You may not use the points of Distributors who are qualifying for this or any other contest/incentive, or the points of that Distributor s network. 5- For the team option, you may have a 4 or 6-person team, taking into account the following: Teams with 4 participants must include at least 1 Distributor enrolled on or after January 1 st Teams with 6 participants must include at least 2 Distributors enrolled on or after January 1 st Co-Distributors will be considered as team members. If any of the team members does not meet the minimum personal point and/or network point requirements, the entire team will be disqualified. 6- It s important that you take into account the closing days for each period as the points generated will only be counted for the requested period. 7- Points may not be accumulated or transferred for participation in any other contest or event. If during the first period you do not indicate your priority regarding the assignment of points (if you are participating in other bonuses, contests or events simultaneously), your points will be allocated at Omnilife s discretion. 8- You must have a valid passport and visa (if applicable). The passport and visa application fees, as well as the country s entry and exit taxes/fees and any other expense that may arise in relation to these proceedings or activities, are the Independent Distributor s sole responsibility. You must present a copy (or copies) of these documents at an Authorized Distribution Center of your choice on or before June 30th 2017, and they must be valid at least until the February 28th In the event that the Independent Distributor and/or Co-Distributor do not have a passport or visa, or that these documents fail to meet the

3 Important: established validity dates, the Independent Distributor may not exercise his or her for the trip, with Omnilife being exempt from any responsibility. Within your first month of, you must notify Omnilife of the complete information of all the members in your team (if this is your chosen option) and ifyour includes your Co-Distributor and child(ren). If you do not notify Omnilife before the final date established to this end, you alone will be able to attend, even if you reached the necessary points to qualify with your Co-Distributor and child(ren). You may only participate individually or as part of a team, not both options at the same time. Also, you may only participate in one team at a time. If you decide to participate as part of a team, you may not change to a different option (individual or a different team) or switch to another contest and/or event Once the period has begun, there may be no changes or cancelations in regards to your Co-Distributor or team members. Child(ren) must be 18 years old or younger on March 1 st 2017 and may not be Omnilife Independent Distributors or Co- Distributors. If you do not sign them up during the period mentioned above, only the main Distributor and /or registered Co- Distributor may participate in the event, even if you reached the necessary points to qualify with your child(ren). All of the expenses attributable to the Independent Distributor and/or Co-Distributor not included in these rules will be the responsibility of he or she who incurs them (for example: airline baggage expenses, transfer from city of residence to departure airport, telephone calls, medical expenses, payment for a lost flight or transfer, tours, tickets to shows, mini bar use, room service, pay-per-view channels, accommodation due to changes in transportation schedules/itineraries outside of Omnilife s control, etc.). In order to make any changes (change of address, transfer of the right to participate in the event to the Co-Distributor, switch to another contest, bonus, or event, etc.), you must present - in writing - the desired request at any Distribution Center or send it directly to the Multidevelopment Department no later than May 31 st After this date no changes will be made. The room assignment will take place in the following manner: If you reach single : You will share a room with one other Distributor of the same sex. With up to three children, you will be assigned one room. With more than 3 children, you will be assigned two rooms. If you reach double (with your Co-Distributor): With up to two children, you will be assigned one room. With three children or more, you will be assigned two rooms. In the event that you qualify for the trip and you and/or your Co-Distributor cannot attend for any reason, you must notify the Events Department no later than June 30th, Your spot, as well as that of your Co-Distributor, are non-transferable and will not sustain any type of reimbursement, compensation, or replacement on account of the trip or any of the included expenses. Every month your status for this event will appear in the following places: sales receipts, notice boards, and the Omnilife Mobile APP. If you detect any errors please report them immediately to your nearest Distribution Center or send an to ajustes@omnilife.com.mx. Final Dispositions:

4 Purchases must be paid in full with the exclusive resources of the main Distributor (contract holder) and/or the Co-Distributor. Any type of financing by third parties or anybody not explicitly mentioned in this point is prohibited. Any evidence of the manipulation of personal points, modification of records and/or other documents, producing incorrect information, or any other irregular practices employed in order to qualify for this contest, will be cause for automatic dis without possibility for review, with Omnilife USA, Inc. being exempt from any responsibility. The list of participants will be published periodically through any official Omnilife media; if a Distributor does not want his or her information published or does not want to be included in these lists, he or she must request their removal by writing an to ajustes@omnilife.com.mx. If a participating Distributor and/or Co-Distributor have any comments or complaints, he or she must make them known within 30 calendar days of the publication of the information; after this period, there may be no further objections. As an Independent Distributor, you are not obligated to participate in this contest/incentive. If you decide not to participate, you must notify Omnilife in writing. On the other hand, if you do decide to participate, you explicitly agree to follow the rules stipulated herein, as well as those established in the Distribution Agreement, the Independent Distributor s Manual, and the Ethics policies specified in said documents. In the event that you, the Distributor, or your Co-distributor commit any irregularity referenced in those documents, both of you will be immediately disqualified without possibility for review. These rules and regulations apply strictly and exclusively to the 2017Mexico City Rally contest; for all matters not contemplated herein, the contest will be governed by the dispositions established in the Independent Distributor s Manual and Independent Distribution Agreement, documents that regulate the contractual relationship between Omnilife and the Distributor, as well as by the legal dispositions applicable in the country. The breach of said dispositions will be cause for the immediate and automatic dis of the Distributor without possibility for review. The cancelation of the Distribution Agreement for any reason entails the immediate dis from the present trip. In the event that any of the participating Independent Distributors and/or Co-Distributors are involved in a legal or administrative process, an ongoing investigation or dispute with the Ethics department or other, or have any type of conflict of interest with Omnilife or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, etc., they may not participate in the present contest. Furthermore, in the event that there is currently no conflict between Omnilife and the Distributor but one did exist in the past, Omnilife reserves the right to approve the Distributor s participation in this contest. Omnilife reserves the right to modify the present rules and regulationsor cancel this contest/incentive at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
