1 **Use this payment plan if you have already started paying** PINE HILL PUBLIC SCHOOLS Overbrook High School Dear Class of 2018 and Parents, October 2015 We are currently in the process of planning the Senior Class Trip for your class, the Class of We are pleased to be able to offer you the option to make the trip payments over three school years so hopefully this will ease the financial burden. The trip will be to Orlando, Florida during the last week of April, Attractions that we try to include on this trip are: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studio, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Blizzard Beach. A sample itinerary is enclosed. We fly out of Philadelphia or Atlantic City on chartered air on a Tuesday morning and return home Saturday evening. The approximate cost of your trip should be $1,430 ; the exact cost will be given to you in September, The package includes all the attractions listed above, all transportation, admission to all parks, lodging based on four in a room and 2 meals a day. You would be responsible for your lunch every day and souvenirs. The payment schedule is as follows: 1 st payment $ due the week of February 15, nd payment $ due the week of March14, rd payment $ due the week of April 11, th payment $ due the week of May 16, th payment $ due the week of September 12, th payment $ due the week of October 17, th payment $ due the week of November 14, th payment $ due the week of January 9, th payment $ due the week of February 13, th payment $ due the week of March 13, th payment $ due the week of April 10, th payment $ due the week of May 8, th payment $ due the week of September 18, th payment $ ** due the week of October 16, 2017 ** Approximate amount; exact amount to be determined in September of Payments can always be made before these dates. Payments can be made by seeing Mrs. Kohri in A205 or sending the payment to school, addressing the envelope to the school s address with the attention to Mrs. Kohri. Your receipt will be e mailed to you. Please include the enclosed information sheet with your first payment. If the payment is made by check, it should be made payable to: Overbrook High School. Please place your child s first and last name in the memo section of your check. Be sure to sign up and reserve your spot on the senior trip. You have nothing to lose as the trip is fully refundable, up to October 1st of your Senior year. All accounts must be paid in full by November 1, No exceptions. More information, including your exact itinerary will be given to you in your Senior year. We also hold a mandatory meeting for you and your parents in March/April of your Senior year.
