Once on the ground, our coach will meet our 11:20 a.m. arrival and transfer us directly to lunch at Husk Nashville. Following lunch, we will adjourn to the Hatch Show Print studio in the Country Music Hall of Fame. 5:30 p.m. Enjoy a welcome champagne in the hotel s own art gallery before unpacking and heading out to enjoy dinner and some Nashville music. We will keep you informed of the options for concerts as they are scheduled. Friday, October 4 Frist/Parthenon/Grand Ole Opry B, D 9: 30 a.m. Gather in the lobby to board our coach for the nearby Frist Art Museum and our 10:00 a.m. docented tour including the exhibition, Hearts of our People-Native Women Artists. We ll enjoy lunch after on our own in the Frist s café. 2:30 p.m. Head to The Parthenon, Nashville s rendition of the ancient Greek monument housing The Cowan Collection of American paintings, spanning :30 p.m. Depart for the Grand Ole Opry live performance, located next to the Opryland Resort. 5:30 p.m. Dine before the show nearby. For those who have never visited this unique hotel, we ll plan a walk through on our way to the 7 p.m. curtain time. Saturday, October 5 Vanderbilt/Fisk/art crawl 9:30 a.m. Tour Vanderbilt University s Fine Arts Gallery and Fisk University s Carl Van Vechten Gallery. 4:00 p.m. Return to the 21C Museum Hotel. Choose an early or late supper on your own. 6 9 p.m. Take part in an art crawl on Nashville s 5 th Avenue of the Arts to enjoy many galleries featuring every genre of art at your own pace. B, L

4 A Tour of the Museums of Nashville Terms & Conditions Reservations & Payment: You are encouraged to mail your reservation without delay. Reservations will be confirmed by American Travel Association (ATA) upon receipt of the Reservation Form and a $300 per person deposit. Receipt of final payment is due in the office of ATA no later than August 3. All payments must be made by check payable to American Travel Association or by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Card. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing to ATA. To avoid discrepancies, ATA will not act on information given over the phone until written notice has been received. Land Package: A $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations regardless of the reason. Penalty on cancellations received between August 2 and departure will be a maximum of 100% of the land cost per person, depending upon the amount recoverable from the suppliers to whom payment had been sent. Cancellation penalties are required to offset nonrefundable hotel and supplier payments made by ATA in advance of the tour. There will be no refund for unused services once the tour has begun. Insurance: Trip cancellation insurance can be obtained from Allianz either online or over the phone ( ). ATA recommends trip cancellation insurance to offset non-refundable air, hotel, and operator charges. Please note the Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion in the Medical Conditions section. If one exists, you need to purchase the insurance within 14 days of your first payment. ATA suggests checking with your personal insurance agent to see what is covered under your existing homeowners and medical policies. Prices: This price is subject to change due to cost increases, and in number of participants upon which the tour cost is based (15). ATA reserves the right to increase the price for such reasons. All prices are based on rates and tariffs in effect on December 31, Health: The Participant represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to him-or-herself or other members of the tour. This program involves walking over uneven surfaces and climbing stairs at locations that are not handicap accessible. A letter of explanation of any physical or mental condition that may require medical attention or special equipment (wheelchair, for example) must be enclosed with the Reservation Form. Responsibility: American Travel Association (ATA), The Columbus Museum and/or their employees or agents, act only on behalf of the owners and contractors providing means of transportation or other services such as hotels and restaurants to purchasers of this tour and their travel companions (Participants), subject to any and all items and conditions under which any

5 transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such owners and contractors. ATA and The Columbus Museum, their affiliates and their employees and agents (collectively ATA and The Columbus Museum) shall not be liable or responsible to Participants for the acts or omissions of the aforesaid owners, contractors and employees thereof supplying transportation or other services hereunder, including but not limited to breach of contract, intentional or negligent delay or bodily or property loss, injury or damages. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they re provided. ATA and The Columbus Museum shall not be liable or responsible to Participants for any loss, injury or death, or other damages caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, breakdown or defects vehicles, machinery or equipment, acts of governments and other authorities, wars, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics or quarantines, monetary crisis, diseases, terrorism or novel conditions. Participants shall have the responsibility to be aware of and determine the validity of any travel advisories, which may exist. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on any invoice or reservation itinerary, ATA and The Columbus Museum do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings or reservations. The Participants' retention of air tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above terms and conditions. In addition, Participants shall be responsible for conveying the terms and conditions hereunder to travel companions. If, due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend additional nights before or after the tour, participants will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers, meals and related costs. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times. ATA and The Columbus Museum reserve the right to cancel any itinerary or any part thereof and to make such alterations in the itinerary they deem necessary or desirable.
