2 Led by renowned multifamily experts, the Institute for Rental Housing Studies (IRHS) is a thought-provoking meeting and gathering for corporate apartment executives to collaborate, share ideas and socialize with their peers in a relaxed setting that promotes an atmosphere conducive to networking and learning. This year, IRHS and the National Apartment Association (NAA) are working together to enhance the quality of the program and to increase the participation of senior level multifamily executives who will contribute to an enriched experience of peer to peer knowledge exchange. Senior-level multifamily executives working for ownership, management, investment and development companies are invited to participate in the annual summit of the IRHS. There is no registration fee to attend this event, however there is a $199 refundable deposit required. IRHS participants are only responsible for travel costs, lodging in Park City and any ski or snowboard rental costs. The IRHS sponsors will cover all meals, drinks and lift tickets. Fees for additional guests are listed below*. Programs and seminars held by the IRHS go outside the boundary of traditional multifamily conferences featuring the best executive networking opportunities in the multifamily marketplace. Whether it is at a breakfast meeting, on the slopes, a chair-lift or mixing with other attendees at our apres-ski functions and dinners, the IRHS promises an event like no other in the industry.
