4 GENERAL INFORMATION MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED NCPERS Annual Conference & Exhibition is a members-only conference. Your organization must be a current member of NCPERS in order for your registration to be processed. To verify your organization s membership status, please your inquiry to membership@ncpers.org. WHO ATTENDS? Professionals from all venues of the pension industry, including trustees, administrators and staff, state and local officials, investment and financial consultants, individuals who provide products and services to pension plans, union officers, and regulators from across the United States and Canada. REGISTRATION FEES There are no per-day registration rates for the Annual Conference. If you register on-site, the full conference rate will apply, regardless of the day you register on. Registration fees include (unless otherwise noted) the following: m Meeting materials, including the conference bag, lanyard, and pen m Daily breakfast m Daily refreshment breaks m Sunday and Wednesday night receptions m Daily Lunch & Lecture Series (not applicable to guests) m Closing dinner and show Registration fees do not include hotel accommodations, airfare, or transportation. ATTENDEE LIST All registered attendees will receive the preliminary attendee list via the week of April 25 (after the earlybird registration deadline). The final attendee list will be available on-site beginning Sunday, May 15. CORPORATE MEMBER EVENTS Corporate members should not schedule/host client events during NCPERS activities. NCPERS does not publish the addresses of its members. SPONSORSHIP Sponsoring an event does not include free conference registration. The price listed is used to offset the cost of the event. All sponsorships are on a first come, first served basis. Please call to confirm that the activity is available before submitting your request and payment. No refunds will be given once the sponsorship has been acknowledged. The guest fee includes access to breakfast (valued at $30 per day), receptions (valued at $60 per event), exhibit hall refreshment breaks (valued at $20 per event), and closing dinner with show (valued at $100 per person). Guests cannot attend the Lunch & Lecture Series as this is an educational event for trustees. A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds made before April 22. No refunds will be given after April 22.
