The CFLA National Conference is the industry s premier networking and learning event. Showcase exhibitors are an important value-add to the national conference. It is the one-time each year that members have an opportunity to learn about products and services that can enhance their businesses. The 230 members of the Canadian Finance and Leasing Association (CFLA) represent the $108 billion asset-based financing, equipment and vehicle leasing industry. CFLA members are the largest providers of debt financing in Canada after the banks and credit unions. National Conference 2016 is expected to attract 350 delegates from large multinationals to national and smaller regional companies. EXHIBIT AREA The exhibit area is located on the conference floor of the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort where all conference traffic will congregate (See plan on last page). ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis on receipt of registration and payment. COST Members $3,000 + applicable tax First time Non-Members $4,000 + applicable tax Non-Members $5,000 + applicable tax Showcase fees include one complimentary conference delegate registration plus a one-page color insert in the Conference Delegate Roster Showcase fees must be paid in full on registration (Conference Showcase Registration form page 5) EXHIBIT HOURS Wednesday, September 21 12Noon Installation for 3:00pm 2:00pm 8:00pm Note: CFLA s Welcome Reception will be held off-site (satellite tables will be set-up for Exhibitors) Thursday, September 22 8:00am 7:00pm Friday, September 23 8:00am 12:00pm 5:00pm Dismantling deadline Installation: Exhibitors agree to install their booths with the time frame established by CFLA Wednesday, September 21 12Noon 3:00pm Dismantling: Dismantling exhibits includes packing equipment, literature, display materials, graphics or in any way altering the appearance of an exhibit. Dismantling exhibits or preparing to dismantle before the show closes is prohibited.

3 Your Exhibit Booth Package includes: One complimentary registration/badge per 8 x 10 exhibit space. This includes access to sessions, lunch and reception Food and beverage breaks in the Exhibit Hall 8 x 2 draped display table with skirting 2 chairs and one garbage bin High-speed Internet connection available at the Exhibitors cost through hotel Wi-Fi (paid by credit card) or by land line negotiated directly with the hotel. Electrical connection can be provided by the hotel at the Exhibitors cost (Details available from CFLA upon registering a Showcase). YOUR LOGO As soon as you register and pay for a Showcase exhibit, please your company logo as soon as possible to Charlene Forde at CFLA: charlene@cfla-acfl.ca. DELEGATE ROSTER ADVERTISING The Conference Delegate Roster is a reference source throughout the year. Each Showcase participant is entitled to a one page (8½ x 11 ) colored insert in the Delegate Roster. Charlene Forde at CFLA must receive your web-ready page no later than August 8, By August 8, 2016, please your final web-ready page to charlene@cfla-acfl.ca SHOWCASE EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery of all material you are responsible for delivering all materials to the conference hotel to arrive on or after Monday, September 19. DO NOT send boxes before September 19. Installation of booth Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 12noon for opening no later than 3:00pm Dismantling of booth Friday, September 23, 2016 from 12:00pm for completion no later then 5:00pm Booth MUST be staffed during all breakfasts, lunch, networking breaks and reception Internet and electricity costs for booth operation WHILE REASONABLE EFFORTS WILL BE MADE TO PROVIDE SECURITY FOR EXHIBITS, NEITHER CFLA NOR THE CONFERENCE HOTEL WILL ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXHIBITS.

4 DELIVERY OF MATERIAL Exhibitors must arrange for delivery of all their materials. Deliveries should arrive at the conference hotel no earlier than Monday, September 19, Handling charges may apply if items received more than 2 days prior to arrival. The conference hotel does not accept liability for equipment, goods or other materials, which arrive or fail to arrive at the hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their property for loss or damage. Those Exhibitors that are shipping items from the United States please make sure you have an appropriate customs broker. Failure in doing so will cause a delay in getting your shipment in time. CANCELLATION POLICY Showcase fees must be paid in full on registration. Cancellation on or before August 8, 2016, fees are 50% refundable. Fees are not refundable for any cancellation after August 8, 2016.
