6 All rates are expressed in USD (american dollars). Rates in UDS are tax exempt for foreigners guests not residents in Chile. To apply for a tax exemption guests must pay in USD and show their valid passport and tourist card upon the check-in. Rates are valid from September 7, 2018 to May 6, From December 19, 2018 to January 3, 2019 only 3 to 5 night All Inclusive Programs will be sold and special conditions and payment policy applies. CHILDREN between 0 to 4 years old are free of charge sharing bed with their parents. CHILDREN between 5 to 12 years old in additional bed sharing Yurt with their parents are charged as CHD rate. Maximum 1 additional bed per Yurt. Rates are subject to changes without prior notice. Transfers schedules are subjects to changes without prior notice according to national flights. Any delay in flight arrivals or cruises is out of the responsibility of Patagonia Camp. Excursions are subject to changes according to weather conditions and availability. Shared excursions will be organized in groups at guest arrival. Departures in groups of 6 pax minimum per excursion. GROUPS: 1 Yurt will be free of charge for every 15 paying Yurts. For groups we require a preliminary rooming list to be sent 90 days before the group arrival. The final rooming list must be sent 40 days before the check in date. During the high season (November to March) a maximum of 6 Yurts in B&B program can be booked. RESERVATIONS Reservations must be request via to: bookings@patagoniacamp.com For every booking made the customer will receive a confirmation number as back up on both sides. A booking is understood as confirmed only after receiving a written confirmation. TENTATIVE RESERVATION Reservations without deposits will be consider as tentative until the payment is done. In case Patagonia Camp receives enquiries for the same dates of the tentative booking, we will get in contact with the client to ask for the deposit, and the client will have 5 working days to do the payment, otherwise Patagonia Camp can cancel the reservation without prior notice. MODIFICATIONS Modifications are subject to Patagonia Camp availability. Modifications must be requested via to: bookings@patagoniacamp.com It is understood the reservation is modified only after receiving the confirmation change written. MODIFICATIONS AFTER THE DEAD LINE Patagonia Camp will make every effort to assist you if you wish to alter your arrangements, but it may not always be possible. Please note that if your request for an amendment is made within the cancellation periods detailed under our published `Cancellation Policies, such an amendment may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking and the normal cancellation charges detailed will apply. 7 INDIVIDUAL (1 to 6 persons / until 3 Yurts) To make a reservation we require a deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost within 5 days after the confirmation has been received. The remaining balance must be paid 25 days before the check in. When booking within 25 days previous the check in, the reservation must be paid immediately in full. SMALL GROUPS (7 to 18 persons / between 4-9 Yurts) To make a reservation we require a deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost within 5 days after the confirmation has been received. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the check in. When booking within 60 days previous the check in, the reservation must be paid immediately in full. LARGE GROUPS (19 or more people / 10 or more Yurts) To make a reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost within 5 days after the confirmation has been received. The remaining balance must be paid 90 days before the check in. When booking within 90 days previous the check in, the reservation must be paid immediately in full. For reservations staying during the holiday dates (individual and Small groups) we require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost (apply for reservation with stay from December 19, 2018 to January 3, 2019). For Large groups reservations we require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost and special booking conditions, payment and cancellation policy applies, please check the table at the end of this page. A reservation (individual or group) is confirmed only once payment of the deposit is received. Is understood that any reservation without the deposit is not confirmed from the client and therefore can be cancelled by Patagonia Camp according to it s needs. Important Note: All Payments to Patagonia Camp by wire transfer must include all relevant bank charges and/or other expenses, and is the responsibility of the payee to assume these charges. In this case Patagonia Camp will not be held liable to pay compensations or refunds of any sort, and therefore is suggested visitors purchase travel insurance covering this type of events.
