1 BAUER RADIO LIMITED COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Bauer Radio Limited s standard terms and conditions at: (the General Terms ). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General Terms shall be referred to as the Terms. Item 1: Competition Name Air France - The Competition Item 2: Promoter Bauer Radio Limited registered under company number trading as: - Forth One Registered office: 1 Lincoln Court, Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2FR and (the Promoter ) Item 3: Website - (the Website ) Item 4: Competition START and FINISHING Dates Start Date: 15/02/2016 at End Date: 19/02/2016 at Any entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid. Forth 1 reserves the right to change the opening and/or closing dates of this competition. Item 5: Competition Information Each day 2 listeners will compete against each other by answering a closest to the pin style question. Whoever gives the closest answer will be that day s winner and will progress on to the next day. Listeners need to answer correctly to stay in the game. The winner of the grand prize (a weekend trip to Paris) will be whoever gives the closest answer on Friday.

2 Item 6: Entrant Restrictions The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry. Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered. Item 7: Routes of Entry & Cost You can enter by 1) Telephone by calling the number stipulated on-air as directed by the Presenter. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that the number they call is the exact one referenced on-air for the competition they wish to enter Item 8: Draw Details Each day the winner will be whoever has given the correct or closest answer to the competition question. Item 9: Winner Announcement The winner will be announced on air at the close of the competition. Item 10: Prize Details A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition. Contestants have the opportunity to win between 200 and 1000 as well as: 2 x economy Air France return flights

3 Return transfers from airport to hotel 2 nights accommodation in 4 star hotel Breakfast for 2 people in hotel each morning Dinner for 2 people at Le Coq Rico on one evening Dinner for 2 people at Ze Kitchen Galerie one evening Eiffel Tower Summit, Louvre Museum and Seine Cruise for 2 people French wine and Champagne tasting for 2 Private horse and carriage ride around Paris for 2 people Travel insurance Prize includes one pair of Economy Class return tickets from Glasgow, via Paris-Charles de Gaulle, to any destination operated by Air France, excluding Papeete. Tickets are subject to availability. Each return ticket must be used together (both passengers must travel together). One of the passengers must be the prize winner. An adult must accompany any children or infant. Air France is not responsible for transfers to or from the airports, accommodation or any other travel expense. Booking must be made at least 28 days before the preferred date of travel and must be made by 22 July Travel period starts 15 April and finishes on 15 December No extension of the date or change of destination is allowed from those specified in the terms and conditions. No change of companion, names, travel dates or any other detail in the tickets is allowed once these have been issued. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value. Income taxes (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable surcharges, shall be the responsibility of the winner, parent or legal guardian. Winning tickets are excluded from the Flying Blue programme. Winners who are members of this programme, including those who accompany them, may not accrue Miles for the prize flights. Winner must be over the age of 18 with a valid passport to travel (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date for the trip). Winner and accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and other documentation required. Air France is not liable for the costs of obtaining the correct entry documents. Transfers are not private and may be shared with other passengers. Hotel will be classed as a minimum of 5 star and will be based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room (winners choice) with ensuite bathroom and a bed and breakfast basis. Eiffel Tower Summit, Louvre Museum and Seine Cruise are all subject to availability. Attraction opening times vary throughout the year. River cruise lasts 1 hour. Duration of horse and carriage ride lasts between 1 hour and 1houur 30 mins. Must be booked in advance & is subject to availability. Wine and champagne tasting will last approximately 2 hours and is subject to availability. Must be over 18 years old to participate. Dinner at Le Coq Rico is based on 2 adults enjoying a three course meal from the a la carte menu including ½ bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee. Dinner at Ze Kitchen Galerie is based on 2 adults enjoying 6 course menu excluding drinks. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.

4 All prizes bust be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of NDL s initital correspondence with them. Item 11: Prize Provider Air France and NDL are the prize providers. Please note that where prizes are provided by third parties, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party. The Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery. Item 12: Data Protection Entrants personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes, unless the entrant has ticked the opt in box of the Promoter and / or the Prize Provider on entry. For further information on our uses of personal data, please see our general terms and conditions along with our privacy policy at: Item 13: Intellectual Property and Consents Entrants consent to their voice being used on the Promoter s radio broadcasts, and to a copy of this broadcast (the Recording ) being stored by the Promoter for exploitation in any and all media for promotional or other purposes. To the extent possible, entrants agree to assign to the Promoter the title to any intellectual property rights or interest that they may have in the Recording.

5 Item 14: Other Conditions Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted. Participants may enter the Competition more than once. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. If there is any misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by winner(s), or the operation of any technical/communications system, the Promoter s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into on this subject. The correct answers to questions must exactly match the Promoter s answers to win. The Promoter has no responsibility or liability if participants fail to get through when they call to enter. This includes a failure to complete a phone call due to loss of signal, even if the entrant gets through to the studio initially. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website. In order to maintain the quality of the Promoter s radio programming and to protect listeners from harm, participants may be disqualified if they are incomprehensible, inaudible or if it appears to the Promoter (in its sole discretion) that the caller is driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Whilst participants are on-air, they promise not to make any statement which (in the Promoter s sole and reasonable discretion) is inappropriate or which would be likely to bring the Promoter into disrepute. Other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence and so far as permitted by law, Forth 1 hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition or any aspect of the Prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Competition if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
