1 LONDON & PARTNERS STANDARD COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS These competition terms and conditions apply to all competitions promoted by the Promoter. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not enter the competition. 1. THE PROMOTER 1.1. The promoter is London & Partners Limited, a company limited by guarantee, incorporated in England and Wales under company number and whose registered office address is at Level 6 2 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2RR. 2. THE COMPETITION 2.1. The competition will run from 00:01 on the date specified on the competition website (1 February 2017) to 11:59 on the date specified on the competition website (31 March 2017) inclusive All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 11:59 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified You can enter the competition in the ways described on the competition website and the winner will be selected in the manner described on the competition website No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to enter the competition The Promoter will not accept: responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition. 3. ELIGIBILITY 3.1. The competition is only open to any person aged 18 years or over and eligible to travel to the UK, and who has been personally sent the Associations Directory by name, except: employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

2 members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above employees of the same company as a colleague sent the Associations Directory, but who were not personally sent the Associations Directory There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize(s) you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are: automatically generated by computer; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; completed by third parties or in bulk; photocopies and not originals; or incomplete The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition Competition entries cannot be returned. 4. THE PRIZE(S) 4.1. The prize is One form of transport; either economy class (or equivalent) return flights to London for two people up to the value of 250 booked through Flight Centre, or 2 x one way Eurostar train tickets for two people (one way Standard, one way Standard Premier); One afternoon tea for two within London, and; Two nights bed and breakfast basis in a standard double or twin room at The Waldorf Hilton Hotel London; Voucher valid until Voucher not valid February 2017, April 2017, 25 December Stay dates are subject to availability and hotel occupancy levels. Please check availability at last 3 weeks prior by contacting the Executive Office (details supplied on voucher) 4.2. The prize is supplied by the following suppliers with their own terms and conditions:

3 flights are supplied by 2016 Flight Centre (UK) Limited, Level 6, CI Tower, St George s Square, High Street, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4TE. ( Flight Centre ); train tickets are supplied by Eurostar International Limited, Times House, Bravingtons Walk, London, N19AW, United Kingdom ( Eurostar ); the afternoon tea will be supplied by a partner of the Promoter to be confirmed when the accommodation and transport has been booked, and; accommodation is supplied by London Hilton on Park Lane 22 Park Lane, London W1K 1BE, United Kingdom ( Hilton ) The prize does not include accommodation for more than two nights in London. It does not include any upgrades, travel insurance, medical insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, car parking charges, lounge access, excess baggage, excursions, attractions, the cost of any visa or travel document, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize(s) are the responsibility of the winner(s) You will be responsible for ensuring that if the prize(s) involve travel you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports and any necessary visas and travel documents. The Promoter does not accept responsibility if you are denied a travel document or refused entry for any reason Prize(s) are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize(s) The Promoter and the suppliers reserve the right to replace the prize(s) with an alternative prize(s) of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's and/or a supplier s control makes it necessary to do so The prize(s) are not negotiable or transferable In order to claim the prize(s) you must follow the instructions set out on the competition website, and in the notifying you as the winner The prize(s) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion offered by the supplier of the prize(s) or any third party The prize(s) may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize(s) for any reason The prize(s) may not be the subject of any claim of any nature whatsoever by the winner(s) The total value indicated for the prize(s) (if any) set out on the competition website is only given by way of a guide and is subject to change. It is the equivalent of the retail price

4 including VAT of the goods and/or services offered and as practiced or estimated as on the opening date of the competition All parts of the prize excepting the Afternoon Tea must be booked directly with the supplier and according to their own terms and conditions and subject to availability before 31 January The Afternoon Tea will be booked by London & Partners following confirmation of the desired dates. 5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT 5.1. The winner(s) of the competition will be announced in the manner set out on the competition website The decision of the Promoter or the judges nominated by the Promoter (if applicable) is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into The Promoter will contact the winner(s) personally by and/or by telephone as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the address and/or telephone number provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted. If the winner(s), once contacted by and/or by telephone, fails to respond within a period of 7 days following the date on which the is sent or telephone contact was made notifying him or her of the prize(s) the prize(s) will be relinquished and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize(s) to the next eligible winner(s) selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date The Promoter will send the name of the winner(s) to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the winner(s) and who encloses a selfaddressed envelope to the address set out in clause 1 and the name of the winner(s) will be available on request at the offices of the Promoter set out in clause 1 for a period of 30 days. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its suppliers or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize(s) except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or suppliers or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 7. OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 7.1. All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

5 waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sublicence the competition entry for such purposes. 8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY 8.1. If you are the winner(s) of the competition, you agree that the Promoter and its suppliers may use your name, town of residence, image and any social media profile to announce the winner(s) of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. 9. HILTON TERMS AND CONDITIONS 9.1. The Hilton voucher is valid until Stay dates are subject to availability and hotel occupancy levels. Please check for availability at least 3 weeks prior by contacting the Executive Office to avoid disappointment Voucher not valid 11-13th February 2017, 22nd - 24th April 2017, 25th December Travel expenses are not included This certificate has no cash value and can only be exchanged for services at the hotel. It cannot be redeemed for cash This certificate is non-transferable and not valid in conjunction with any other offer This voucher is non-extendable. 10. EUROSTAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS Complete the form on the back of the voucher

By applying for travel using the voucher you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and be bound by them You must send Eurostar the original voucher before reservations can be confirmed and tickets issued. Photocopies will not be accepted. Eurostar International Ltd accepts no liability for originals lost in the post Eurostar travel is subject to availability. You may not be able to travel on the dates you would like All passengers must travel together on both the outbound and return journeys Travel booked using this voucher excludes insurance, transport to and from the regional rail stations, across London and at your destination. This is your responsibility No alterations, exchanges or refunds will be permitted after the reservation has been made This voucher is not transferable or exchangeable nor can any form of cash or credit alternative be offered This voucher is not valid for resale This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Bookings made prior to, and, for travel during the validity of this voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for any ticker acquired under this voucher Eurostar International Ltd does not accept any liability for elements of this voucher other than the travel on Eurostar Eurostar International Ltd Conditions of Carriage apply to all travel which may be obtained by writing to the address shown overleaf or found on Eurostar.com Some dates are not available for travel including, but not limited to, all public/bank holidays and associated weekends and Valentine s Day. 11. FLIGHT CENTRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Flight Centre offers credit of 250 redeemable for travel arrangements in London booked with Flight Centre Monument FCBT If the flights the winner desires come to over 250, then the winner must pay the cost over the value Prices are subject to dates, availability and seasonality Valid until

GENERAL If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so These terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and both you and the Promoter submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
